Diamond H2O Reviews (60)

This is the first instance we have heard of our payment website not generating a receipt. We do apologize for the inconvenience and are sending one out today. Thank you

This has been removed from his credit, and he will be receiving a letter. As stated before we did not have access to the client system and had asked the client for verification.  This account was referred to our office in 2013.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The letter that was claimed to be mailed to me was not.  It was likely mailed to the actual debtor.  In an effort to collect money, an individual with a similar name was selected.  The Social Security number will not match, nor will the signature on the agreement to pay. These are both easily verified. He original owner of the debt has told me that Med-1 has access to the billing records, so "contacting the owner" is incorrect.  If Med-1 does not have the necessary information to collect the debt, and cannot validate the debt in a timely manner, they must cancel the debt.  Regards,[redacted]

We have reviewed this account and the details associated with this. Judgment was taken in 2005. Mr [redacted] set up a pay arrangement in June, 2005, and was making payments. May arrangmments stopped, so we set a proceedings supplemental in 2006. Mr. [redacted] set an arrangement in December 2006, and again...

in January 2007. Pay arrangments broke, so we set another hearing in 2007. We made monthly phone calls until 2013, when we spoke again to Mr. [redacted]. At that point we mailed him a balance letter. We had made numerous attempts to reach him to no avail. Due to the age of the account we have moved the account to an inactive status. As far as a judgment being removed from his credit, we do not report judgments to credit. They are a matter of public record. The tradeline for the collection account should not be showing up, as those should fall off after seven years, we have marked it as deleted just in case.

I have not received the requested documentation. Copies of hospital invoices (with zero balance due) were sent to me but no signed contract between myself and MED1 or contract between MED1 and the hospital listed or anything outlining the alleged debt owed to MED1.
Regards,
[redacted]

We have reviewed this account, and as soon as we returned the account to the original creditor, it was placed on the monthly file to be deleted from his credit. We have since manually deleted this from his credit.

Thank you

We have spoken with our client, which is the physician group and not the hospital. Even though the physician group did not originally grant charity, they have reconsidered and have written these accounts off to charity now.

thank you

Payments are not applied to accounts randomly. Unless an account number is specifically given, payments are applied to the oldest account first. The payment in question was not applied to a 2017 date of service.  The complainant cancelled the autopays. Despite that fact, we have marked the...

accounts for credit bureau deletion. The accounts were in default when reported.

The payment was made on the the 21st.  The PA that took the payment requested the receipt in Window 705.  We were closed Thursday, and Jennifer U[redacted] was out on PTO Friday. Monday the 28th was the first day back from the holiday, and the receipt was sent out, but it was sent out via...

regular mail instead of e-mail, which prompted yesterday’s call

We have reviewed this account and do not show any phone calls to the complainant. We would not threaten an individual in any way. Despite the fact that this physician account is not paid, we have marked it for deletion from the credit bureaus.

The response, like the reporting is innacurate. Nine open accounts? Where? Perhaps the inclusion of this arbitrary number was an attempt to make my complaint seem frivolous. I've waited since my initial request in April for validation of TWO alleged debts being reported. Contrary to what was stated in the response, the alleged debt STILL (as of 7/1/2017) appears on my credit report WITHOUT the dispute verbiage. I would like for the innacurate information removed from my account immediately.

This is a completely different answer than the business told me.  Either the statement that they gave to me was untrue, or the one they have given to you is false.  They informed me on 3 different occasions that they had emailed me receipts and they had no idea why I wasn't receiving them.  They offered me no other solutions and basically told me that it wasn't their problem that I didn't get a receipt nor did they care.  Once I filed this complaint I promptly received an emailed copy of my receipt from a director.  I had previously asked them to scan a copy and email it to me and they informed me that it was not possible, which clearly was not true.  The company lied to me on several occasions because they were either uninterested or too lazy to simply provide me with written proof of payment, which I needed by a specific date for financial reasons.  I have the receipt now, so you can close my complaint.  However, I do not find the response that they submitted satisfactory due to the false information that was given.Thank you for looking into this matter.

we have contacted our client to verify the balances. We have marked the accounts as disputed with the credit bureaus. Our client is showing the balances as due. We are mailing copies of the bills as well as the consent form signed by the complainant. thank you

We are not able to access the original creditor's billing system, so we have asked the original creditor,  for records. As stated before, once we receive this, we will forward to the complainant. The last four digits of the social security number we were given is 5187

Our system does not generate monthly statements. We are more than happy to send out a balance letter. I have requested one. If you need a balance letter in the future, please email my office.

Ms. [redacted] has 9 open accounts referred to us by [redacted]. We have marked the accounts as disputed, and are currently obtaining copies of the bills and consents from the original creditor to send to Ms. [redacted]. thank you

our only rebuttal is that we have policies and procedures to follow, and our notes and.investigation conclude that we followed them according to my original answer

This account was referred to our office on 12/21/16. We sent an initial demand letter on 12/22/16, and 4 subsequent letters. None were returned or responded to. We made numerous phone attempts with no response.  We then reported it 180 days after list date. We sent the account to the client...

for review. The original creditor has recalled the client and we have marked the account to be deleted from her credit. thank you

We have mailed out detailed billing on all of the accounts, along with the signed consents. Any accounts that were reported to her credit have been marked as disputed.
