thank you for cancelling the parking ticketI will definitely be mindful and read all signs when I park in this lotIt is confusing and there are not always places in front of the shoppersmy prior understanding was that you could park in the lot if you were shopping at one of the stores

However the bases on which ticket was issued is totally unaccepted and I am surprised that organization issuing illegal tickets is allowed to stay in business.? Diamond Parking Services should clear their act together or get out of business and not be allow to carry any business licence in Edmonton, and preferably in the whole Canada
