Review: On Aug 12 2014, I ordered an ifant car seat (order ID [redacted]). The website price is $144.82, and I had a 20% off coupon for first time customer. I'm their first time customer and this was the first time I ordered from diapers.com.

The website applied the 20% off to $115.8. But after I clicked the "confirm order" button, it took away the 20% discount and charged me the original price of $144.82 (became $157.67 after tax)Desired Settlement: Diapers.com should refund me the $31.53 it overcharged me.

Response:

We took a look into the customer’s account and although the New Customer Discount should not have been applied to the customer’s account because they had used it before, we went ahead and provided the customer with a refund. Please reach out to me if you have any questions.

Review: Tried to go to Soap.com to purchase [redacted] bags. There is a current sale for 20% off [redacted] bags, two or more with the code [redacted]. When trying to use the code it said it is not valid or expired. When I called in to ask, they refused to honor it but asked questions about my account. When I told them why would I need to give them an account, they continued to press for my personal information unrelated to the code working. Then they hung up the phone after 12 minutes of waiting.Desired Settlement: They should honor the code and give 20% off [redacted] products like I had requested, plus free shipping, because now I would have to do an order separately.

Review: my son received a blue dog-pillow for his birthday and it had a tear in the bottom so I found out from his grandmother where it was from and emailed right away to tell them, but they needed a receipt which she didn't have and my son was so upset he new favorite animal was ruined and I couldn't get them to find the order number so now he can't use his dog and i'm upset that he doesn't have it and can't get a replacement.Desired Settlement: i'd like to mail the blue dog and receive an intact one.

Review: Hi,

I recently found an incredible deal on [redacted] for 3 [redacted] products: cream cleanser $55, rose water $60 and spontaneous recovery cream $165, a total worth $275 for $225. This face cream is the only thing that cures my eczema, I was ecstatic at this deal! I ordered the products, and received my order last Friday. To my disappointment the face cream I purchased was not in my box, instead the [redacted] orange neroli face cream was in there, worth $95. The price difference in creams is $70, the neroli cream was not what I ordered and does not cure my condition. I called customer service, I spoke with 2 different supervisors over the span of 3 days who were all quite rude and short with me. I asked if they could replace my cream with the one I ordered, they said the cream was sold out and they could not, that they were issueing me a refund for the cream I purchased instead. Here's the kicker, on my invoice I was charged $80 for the cream cleanser and $80 for the rose water, actual price on [redacted] is only $55 and $60, and $65 for the recovery cream, $165 on website. They charged me more than full price for two items and then issued me a $65 refund for a $165 product, that's $100 less than the purchase price of the cream I ordered. They pulled a bait and switch scam on me and changed the prices of the goods I purchased to disadvantage my refund as well. They are unwilling to rectify the situation by sending me the product I ordered when it is back in stock. I am so upset that I can't even sleep. Please help me bring justice to this situation. Thank you for your time.Desired Settlement: I would be satisfied with one of two outcomes, one would be simply fulfilling my order by sending me the face cream I ordered when it returns to stock. The other would be to let me keep the partial order they sent me, but issue me a full refund.

Response:

I spoke with our supervisors and this issue was resolved. We sent out the correct product and as a courtesy, let them keep the wrong item. The cistomer was content with this solution.

Review: Ordered a stroller through [redacted] Dec 1st it was on back order but was told it should not be a problem to get it as a Christmas gift by Dec 21st. Was emailed Dec 12th that this was stilll in process and had confirmation numbers. When nothing came went online to check confiration # it was cancelled I was never was informed. Now its with the Holiday its more expensive to reviece and they are saying sorry on there part that it shows its available but its not.Desired Settlement: That product be removed from [redacted] all together because its miss leading that they say its available and its not plus you have expectations of confirmation that it will be here and its not. I'm thankfull we were not charged but its such a waist of time now and being miss lead. Ultamatly now I wish with all my hassle and stress being pregnant that I would have had my stoller.

Hi, This order [redacted] was cancelled on December 22 due to the Recaro Performance Denali Stroller in Onyx being out of stock. The authorization of $253.43 was reversed on the same day to their Amazon payment method. We emailed the customer on December22 letting them know of this. This item is still out of stock. Please feel free to contact us should you have any questions, comments, or suggestions regarding our service. We're open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Sincerely, [redacted]Customer Care Team

Review: On August 14, 2014 I made a purchase through (Soap.com (Quidsi Retail an [redacted] company) - [redacted] Marketplace) This was for what was listed and still listed as [redacted] Ultra Concentrated Dish Liquid and Antibacterial Hand Soap, Apple Blossom Scent, Case Pack, Eight - 38 Fluid Ounce Bottles . Yes that says CASE PACK, 8 bottles. The listing actually stated 8 pack IN TWO DIFFERENT PLACES. Well, I ordered 2 cases from them and on August 16, I received TWO BOTTLES. yes only two bottles. I contacted the company because the listing stated $8.89/case + $5.99 shipping. I should have gotten 16 BOTTLES. They are telling me all they can do is refund the price as they WILL NOT HONOR the listing. ( which by the way , has been running for more than a week now ) THEY tell me it must be a error in the listing and they are "investigating" it but again will not honor it and send me the additional 14 bottles. Supposably they have refunded the $25.01 to my method of payment( which has not shown up as being done) AS OF August 17 2014 the listing is still the same, stating CASE OF 8. O also kept a screen shot of it. I have worked in retail long enough that when something was mis-priced on the shelf, we had to honor that price to make it right with the cutomer, THEN we fix it. As of today, this company has done nothing. I can go to the local grocery and buy this same product for $3.47/bottle and no shipping so why on earth would anyone pay $8.89 +$5.99 shipping on each bottle? I am entitled to the remaining 14 bottles and the company needs to make it right!Desired Settlement: I have worked in retail long enough and when something was mis-priced on the shelf we had to HONOR that price TO MAKE IT RIGHT WITH THE CUTOMER. Then we would fix it. Yes, the company said they would refund the $25.01 BUT THAT IS NOT WHAT I WANT. I WANT THE PRODUCT I ORDERED . I FEEL THEY SHOULD SEND ME THE REMAINING 14 BOTTLES that I already paid for when I ordered what was listed and still listed as a CASE OF 8. THEY SHOULD SEND ME THE 14 BOTTLES AT NO COST.

Customer did call into our call center about this issue on August 16th. We explained to her that it was a listing error with [redacted] at the [redacted] Market Place. We also let her know that we refunded her in full and let her keep the (2) [redacted] Ultra Antibacterial Dishwashing Liquid, Apple Blossom - 38 oz , at no charge; There would be no way that we could sell (14)- 38 ounce bottles at $17.78Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.

Response:

I am rejecting this response because:as of 8/30/14 this company has done abosulutely NOTHING to correct their so called "listing error". This item is still listed on [redacted].com AS BEING an 8 PACK CASE. it states this in two different places on the screen. This is FRAUDULENT ADVERTISING PLAIN AND SIMPLE WHICH IS AGAINST THE LAW. HOW MANY OTHERS HAVE THEY DEFRAUDED?... This listing has been the same for weeks and weeks now and rather than change the listing all they want to do is "refund" the cost they again have made NO ATTEMPT to FIX or remove the said listing and I SHOULD BE ENTITLED TO the 14 BOTTLES I should have gotten but did not. I never asked for a refund. This company needs to stand behind their listing because they are falsely advertising an item that they have no intention of ever providing. they are BREAKING THE LAW.
