For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowIt took this knucklehead (and that is a polite term--fraudster would be more appropriate for how he conducts his business) so long to respond that I assumed he was not going to respond I just kept the item HOWEVER I have made several posts on Yelp and the like, advising unsuspecting victims that they should not do business with this guy And the Revdex.com should list his name on your Offender list

The business said that my order would be shipped on 10/and tracking information sent to me the same day It is now 10/and I have not received any shipping confirmation, tracking information, or communication of any kind from the business

I placed a very large order online and received an email back with a link to my order (but no status) The only way to check the status of an order is to call When I called the number, it rolled to a voicemail box that was full I called back and entered the number as if I was placing a new order and the person said that they would have to take my information and get back to me Surprise, surprise no one didIs this even a legitimate company? Cancelled the credit card transaction because I think this is a scam

The response is simply not true, on several counts(1) The business never emailed us about no longer dealing with WedgwoodThe last email from Mr*** was on 6/11/and stated that they expected to have the order shipped by 6/(2) The company's web site shows the order is still pending(3) More importantly, it is not true that DinnerwareEtc has stopped dealing with WedgwoodTheir web site home page (http://www.dinnerwareetc.com) features the Wedgwood logo and a top-level category for WedgwoodThey offer many different styles of Wedgwood china (http://www.dinnerwareetc.com/wedgwood-china.html), listing more than items in the Renaissance Gold pattern (http://www.dinnerwareetc.com/wedgwood-renaissance-gold.html) including the specific 10-inch serving bowl that we ordered (http://www.dinnerwareetc.com/5-c1021-2217.html#.VaAEHf_bJ_M)There is NO indication that Wedgwood items are discontinued or out of stock, even if the customer clicks to order and check outIt is not clear why this business continues to try to sell these products but then refuses to communicate or to deliver the products ordered

I am having the exact same problem as the first person who reviewed this business I paid for an order via paypal and they collected the money but gave no communications as to when the good were coming When I called I got a full mail box and no one ever answered the phone When I contacted them via the internet, I got back different acknowledgments of my inquiry with different numbers for me to log in to send them an e-mail I also think that this is not a bonafide business and also think it looks a lot like a scam

I have taken care of this credit personally today and it has been doneI am sorry for the delay as my assistant should have had it completed that day
I have sent a separate email with the credit being completed

Horrible customer service! I ordered plates -- dinner, salad -- to complete my set Instead Dinnerware Etc shipped me dinner plates I contacted them and was told they would ship the missing salad plates at no charge A month went by -- no salad plates I contacted them AGAIN and was again told they would ship the missing salad plates A month went by -- no salad plates This cycle has continued for 1/years And now my plates are discontinued and unavailable I have been contacting customer service for a credit to my credit card for the plates I never received -- nothing Terrible experience

This package delivered to the Dinnerware Etc office and was signed by the owner on 5/7/14. Please see attachment from UPS.Due to the 6 month delay of my refund, I am requesting to receive a tracking number for the return check and any expenses incurred for the mailing of that check to be entirely covered by this business without being deducted from my refund total.

I had specifically requested to receive written assurance that there will be no restocking fee and I will receive full credit after the order is received in their warehouse. That was not addressed in the follow-up response. I am responding, as requested, with my email address for the call tag request [redacted]). However, I would like to simply note that my preferred email for the call tag request was already included in the body of my complaint.

We are no longer carrying Wedgwood and Waterford. The order was canceled and nothing has been charged to the customer's card. I apologize for the confusion but this is the status. We have some items from Waterford/Wedgwood and are currently updating the website. We do not have these items available and have canceled the order.Sincerely,DinnerwareEtc.com

I did send a reply. These are on backorder and not expected to ship for another 2 to 4 weeks. If you do not want to wait on them, we can cancel the order. Please advise.

I will email her a UPS label to return this entire order.

somewhat satisfactory to me.  I have received the UPS return label and returned the merchandise to Dinnerware Etc.com. I feel [redacted] has no regard for customers who have problems. It took the Revdex.com to solve my problem, along with having to dispute the charge with my credit card company. [redacted] should be more aware of his customer service mail box. It should never be full! When I find a place to rate Dinnerware Etc.com, customer service and packaging will get 0 (zero) stars. Thank you for your help.
