Review: I had ordered Wedgwood Bone China on June 2014 calling the phone number on www.DinnerwareEtc.com website (1-877-777-8140). Order for Wedgwood Wild Strawberry 8pcs. setting, 8pcs. Rim Soup Bowls and 8pcs. Accent Plates. My Visa Credit card was charged a total of $1,860.00. by DinnerwareEtc. I was informed by the operator that all questions would be answered by the owner [redacted] by clicking on the "contact us" on the website. I was informed by [redacted] that the shipment from Wedgwood be be in by end of September or early October. On October 14, 2014 I emailed [redacted] that I wanted the $1,860.00 refunded, on October 16, 2014 he stated that the everything came in and was dropped of at USPS. Sent him another email that I wanted the refund, it took too long and my event it was needed for was over. On October 18, 2014 received an email from [redacted] that credit has been made, to allow 2 to 3 days to post to my financial institution. It is now October 25, 2014 and no credit to my Visa card has been made by [redacted], sent another email October 24,2014 with no response. Phone number on website now is inoperative.Desired Settlement: Refund to my Visa credit card for $1,860.00 ending in #8258.

I am having the exact same problem as the first person who reviewed this business. I paid for an order via paypal and they collected the money but gave no communications as to when the good were coming. When I called I got a full mail box and no one ever answered the phone. When I contacted them via the internet, I got back 3 different acknowledgments of my inquiry with different numbers for me to log in to send them an e-mail. I also think that this is not a bonafide business and also think it looks a lot like a scam.

Review: The products ordered two months ago have not been delivered or even shipped and the company does not communicate or provide any reliable status.

We ordered 2 Wedgwood 'Renaissance Gold' 10-inch serving bowls from DinnerwareEtc.com on May 3, 2015 (order number in details section).

The company's web site (http://www.dinnerwareetc.com/shipping.html) states that "DinnerwareEtc.com will provide you with an estimated delivery date from the carrier within 48 hours of receiving your order."

After a week went by with no such communication, we contacted the company on May 11 via an inquiry form on their web site. After 3 days, they replied on May 14 that the order "should ship by the end of next week."

After another 3 weeks went by with no further communication from the company, we again sent a web inquiry on June 9. On June 11 the company responded with another vague statement that "We are hoping to have this order shipped by 6/15." Again, that date came and went weeks ago with no further communication to us from the company.

The company's order status page shows this order with the order date and number, but still has no status or tracking information. (URL to this or electronic copy can be provided.)

DinnerwareEtc's customer service and communication is almost non-existent, and when they do reply it appears that they simply refer in vague terms to some random date a week or so in the future, but with no real basis for the statement.Desired Settlement: We want (1) commitment to an actual date or reasonable date range by which the goods will be shipped, and (2) prompt receipt of the products ordered, in good condition, at the price ordered.

Review: I placed an order on-line with this company. I paid through Pay Pal and the transaction was posted on my bank statement dated 11/27. I have tried many times to contact them by phone, I always get a message. I have tried many times to contact them by e-mail. They have ignored my repeated attempts to contact them and will not respond by phone or e-mail. I called the number for placing an order. I was told they couldn't help me but they would have someone return my call. Nobody did. Unfortunately I don't have the order number but I'm sure they can find it or they could contact me by phone or e-mail. I ordered two serving pieces of Wilton Armetale. I would like a full refund, I do not want to do business with this company again.Desired Settlement: I want the company to refund my money.

I placed a very large order online and received an email back with a link to my order (but no status). The only way to check the status of an order is to call. When I called the number, it rolled to a voicemail box that was full. I called back and entered the number as if I was placing a new order and the person said that they would have to take my information and get back to me. Surprise, surprise no one did. Is this even a legitimate company? Cancelled the credit card transaction because I think this is a scam.
