In regards to the Revdex.com complaint # [redacted] , I would like to first apologize for the misunderstanding that Mrs [redacted] has about her dish network monthly priceAfter the technician installed her dish network equipment he had the customer sign a DHA month agreement for Dish Network There is a section that the customer signed and in it says that Dish Network has the right to change programming and monthly pricing at anytime with notice Unfortunately our third party contract does not over ride the Dish Network DHA month agreementAs a retailer we don’t have access to Mrs [redacted] s DHA month agreementShe can however call Dish Network at [redacted] and they will send her a copy of the DHAmonth agreementWe here at DishOne would like to once again apologize for any inconveniences Mrs [redacted] is experiencing

In regards to the Revdex.com complaint # [redacted] We would like to apologize to MrG [redacted] for any inconveniences experiencedBefore any account is set up, we review with the potential customer the order being placed and go through a series of questions to make sure all information in regards to the Dish Network account is providedOne of the questions we ask is if the customer has seen and gone over a channel lineup, and are they satisfied with itAccording to the recorded call MrG [redacted] said he had and was satisfied In addition to that recording, MrG [redacted] signed an agreement that states: “You acknowledge and agree that DISH shall have the right to change: (A) any and all prices, fees and charges at any time and from time to time, including, without limitation, during any term commitment to which you have agreed; (B) packages, programming, programming suppliers, services offered by programming suppliers, features and functionality at any time and from time to time, including, without limitation, during any term commitment to which you have agreed; AND (C) your payment terms if you fail to make payments by your payment due date.” If MrG [redacted] would reach out to us and provide us with a list of channels he is missing, we may be able to figure out a solutionNo such list has been provided to us here at DishOne SatelliteAt this time, MrG [redacted] has signed a month agreement and the early termination fee is valid Thank You, Chris S [redacted] Customer Relations Manager DishOne Satellite [redacted]

In regards the Revdex.com complaint case # [redacted] , we have reviewed the complaint and would like to help the customer out with their early cancellation fees with DirectvI have called Ms [redacted] and left her a voice mail for her to call me at [redacted] ext ***, I would like for her to send me a copy of her directv bill showing what her early cancellation fees are with DirectvShe can either fax me at [redacted] or email it to me at [redacted] @dishd2d.comOnce I have received that information I can than issue a check for those feesI have also reported this incident to our sales operations teamI am sorry for any inconveniences that this may have caused Ms [redacted]

In regards to the Revdex.com complaint # [redacted] On behalf of DishOne Satellite LLC, we would like to apologize to Ms [redacted] for the inconveniences she has experiencedI have listened to the disclosure call that was completed with Ms [redacted] We are required to go over all the terms and conditions, and during this call there was no mention of any gift cardsThe purpose of this call is to ensure the customer is aware of exactly what they will be receiving so there are no surprisesIf there were any text messages or other contact unauthorized by DishOne Satellite, this would need to be settled between the independent contractor and the customerMs [redacted] did however qualify for our promotion where Dish Network will cover up to $of cancellation fees as long as the instructions to redeem this promotion are followed properlyThe instructions were sent via email to the email address given to us by Ms [redacted] We have reached out to the sales representative and his manager and have handled this matter internallyAs for Ms [redacted] , we again would like to apologize and will be able to do the following for her: Cover up to $of early termination fees(Fulfilled by Dish Network) Discount the monthly bill $for ten months(This has already been applied) Send an additional $check(Will need address verification) Unfortunately we are unable to compensate Ms [redacted] more than this without written documentation of these alleged promises Thank You, Chris S [redacted] Customer Relations Manager DishOne Satellite ###-###-####

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I would like to know exactly how they plan on "assisting" meI was contacted by Dish One asking if I could send in proof of my cancellation fee on the final bill from Directv, and that I would hear back from a supervisor the next dayI e-mailed a copy of the bill that same day and haven't heard back from Dish One sinceI don't want to agree to the vague message that they will assist me and then only get the $I was offered over the phone when their sales guy stood in my home and told me my cancellation fee would be covered in fullAs far as them "listening to the sales call" and not hearing any mention of the Internet pricing-there was no sales call for itThe salesman with your company came into my home and offered me all of these thingsIf your company isn't affiliated with Comcast and your company doesn't cover early termination fees then your contractors shouldn't be offering themI would not be taking my complaint this far if I wasn't offered these thingsAs far as "assisting" me with my termination fee I would like to know what the plan is Sincerely, Nicole J***

Revdex.com: I did speak with someone from Dish One on July 7th who asked for proof of my final bill with the $ [redacted] early termination fee, I was told I would hear back from a supervisor the next day and never did hear back from anyone I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I have already paid the amount owed to Directv to avoid any negative credit rating, so please send a check to me to cover the said amount Sincerely, Nicole J***
