I am rejecting this response because:I would like to know exactly how they plan on "assisting" me. I was contacted by Dish One asking if I could send in proof of my cancellation fee on the final bill from Directv, and that I would hear back from a supervisor the next day. I e-mailed a copy of the bill that same day and haven't heard back from Dish One since. I don't want to agree to the vague message that they will assist me and then only get the $100 I was offered over the phone when their sales guy stood in my home and told me my cancellation fee would be covered in full. As far as them "listening to the sales call" and not hearing any mention of the Internet pricing-there was no sales call for it. The salesman with your company came into my home and offered me all of these things. If your company isn't affiliated with Comcast and your company doesn't cover early termination fees then your contractors shouldn't be offering them. I would not be taking my complaint this far if I wasn't offered these things. As far as "assisting" me with my termination fee I would like to know what the plan is.

            First we would like to apologize to
Ms. [redacted] for the inconveniences she has experienced. After further review of
the bank statements both the posted charge of $50 and the...

pending payment of
$50 were made by Dish Network. We did in fact speak to Ms. [redacted] and referred
her to Dish Network so that they could look into the situation because we have
no way to access the billing or charges of Dish Networks systems. They informed
her that they could only see one transaction and they would refund it, but
until the other charge posted there was not much more they could do. A refund
of $50 was submitted on 10/22/2015 by Dish Network and by now all money should
have been returned to Ms. [redacted]. Again we would like to apologize and hope Ms.
[redacted] will consider us in the near future.

            First we would like to apologize to
Mr. R[redacted] for the inconvenience. We have listened to the sales call and
there was no mention of Frontier internet/phone service. This...

must have been
done through the sales rep who is an independent contractor. Frontier is a
completely separate company and DishOne has no influence on their technicians
or installation times. Mr. R[redacted] has signed a contract with Dish Network so
the cancellation fee is valid. However, because of the problems with Frontier
Mr. R[redacted] has had, he will receive a $100 credit on his Dish Network bill
in addition to receiving free premium movie channels for an additional 3
months. Again we apologize to Mr. R[redacted] and will apply another $** credit
for a total of a $[redacted] in credits.

In regards to the Revdex.com complaint #[redacted],
            Thank
you for providing that information. After further review we refunded the $49.99
to the card. However we did complete a welcome call with the customer and
notified them that the first month’s bill would be charged to the card on file
2 weeks after the installation. We apologize for the misunderstanding and it
appears Dish Network, the one who charges the monthly bill gave Ms. [redacted] two
options. The current customer could pay the bill and they would refund the
money to the card, or the customer could just pay Ms. [redacted] directly. Due to
being a 3rd party retailer of Dish Network we have no ability to
remove the card on file from the Dish Network system and this will need to be
done directly through them. If Ms. [redacted] would like to further discuss the issue

In regards to the Revdex.com complaint #[redacted]               Ms. [redacted], if WOW tv did not charge you a cancellation fee for the tv portion of the bill then there is no cancellation fee for Dish to pay. Unfortunately this does void the ETF promotion.   Thank you for providing evidence of the $50 promised gift card. Due to this document we will be able to honor it and add the $50 value to the $100 check previously offered. In regards to the check, DishOne will be able to send a check in the amount of $150 ($100 offered plus $50 for the gift card) directly to your address. To ensure this check is received, we will need Ms. [redacted] to verify her address via email or by calling ###-###-#### and asking for Chris.   Again, we would like to apologize and hope Ms. [redacted] will enjoy our top of the line service. In regards to this complaint. What the customer provided us was a worksheet and not a contract stating that we are setting them up with the internet. The customer is not being charged for any cancellation fee's. The customer wasn't charged anything so there is nothing that we can refund or pay out to the customer. We have sent the complaint onto the sales representative's manager so he can discuss this complaint and provide further training. We would like to consider this matter closed.

In regards to the Revdex.com complaint

            We would like
to apologize to Mr. G[redacted] for any inconveniences experienced. Before any
account is set up, we review with the potential customer the order being placed
and...

go through a series of questions to make sure all information in regards to
the Dish Network account is provided. One of the questions we ask is if the
customer has seen and gone over a channel lineup, and are they satisfied with
it. According to the recorded call Mr. G[redacted] said he had and was satisfied.
In addition to that recording, Mr. G[redacted] signed an agreement that states:
           
“You
acknowledge and agree that DISH shall have the right to change: (A) any and all
prices, fees and charges at any time and from time to time, including, without
limitation, during any term commitment to which you have agreed; (B) packages,
programming, programming suppliers, services offered by programming suppliers,
features and functionality at any time and from time to time, including,
without limitation, during any term commitment to which you have agreed; AND
(C) your payment terms if you fail to make payments by your payment due date.”
If Mr. G[redacted] would reach
out to us and provide us with a list of channels he is missing, we may be able
to figure out a solution. No such list has been provided to us here at DishOne
Satellite. At this time, Mr. G[redacted] has signed a 24 month agreement and the
early termination fee is valid.

In regards to Revdex.com complaint [redacted], I have reviewed the
customer’s complaint against DishOne Satellite Inc. I would like to first
apologize for any incontinences that Ms. [redacted] might have been experiencing.  We did quote the customer that her first year
price was to be at $[redacted]....

However when the technician was there Ms. [redacted]
signed a contract with Dish Network where in there it states that Dish Network
can change the customers pricing and programming package at anytime without
notice. It looks like that Dish Network has taken advantage of that clause and
increased the monthly price for the second year. As a retailer I can’t change
that so Ms. [redacted] will have to pay the higher 2nd year price. As for
the play station 4 promotion we here at DishOne Satellite do not show any record
of us or the sales representative  saying
that the customer was going to get a free play station 4. There was a promotion
at the time if the customer referred 3 friends then they would get a free play
station. I don’t see that the customer took advantage of that promotion. Once
again we apologize to Ms. [redacted] for any confusion that she had about that
promotion. If Ms. [redacted] would like to speak with Dish Network she can reach them

behalf of DishOne Satellite LLC, we would like to apologize for the problems
Mr. C[redacted] has experienced. We have reviewed this complaint and Mr. C[redacted] was
made aware that he would be entering a 24 month agreement with Dish Network.
One policy we have here at DishOne is that we do not set up accounts for
customers until we have reviewed disclosures and terms with the potential
account holders directly. This was completed with Mr. C[redacted] who brought up no
questions or concerns about a trial period. It appears that the reason for the
cancellation was due to technical problems and we were given no time to try and
correct them before Mr. C[redacted] had his previous service reinstalled. If Mr.
C[redacted] can provide us with any written documents confirming the special allowance
of a trial period we will honor it. Again, we apologize to Mr. C[redacted] for the
inconvenience.

In regards the Revdex.com complaint case # [redacted], we have
reviewed the complaint and would like to help the customer out with their early
cancellation fees with Directv. I have called Ms. [redacted] and left her a
voice mail for her to call me at [redacted] ext [redacted], I would like for her to
send...

me a copy of her directv bill showing what her early cancellation fees are
with Directv. She can either fax me at [redacted] or email it to me at [redacted]@dishd2d.com. Once I
have received that information I can than issue a check for those fees. I have
also reported this incident to our sales operations team. I am sorry for any inconveniences
that this may have caused Ms. [redacted].

In regards to the Revdex.com complaint #[redacted]. First off we would like to apologize to Ms. [redacted] and her mother [redacted] for any inconveniences that this situation may have caused them. After looking into the complaint, it appears that Ms. [redacted] was never visited by a door to door representative,...

but rather spoke to one of our outbound sales representatives. We have spoken to that individual and provided further training to both prevent and avoid any possibility of miscommunication in the future. I am rejecting this response because:they were supplied a list the very day of the contract and the next day I called and supplied (again) the list. It consisted of theses channels; Metv, Grittv,Gettv and Thistv. The representative said they don not and can not supply these channels even though the person selling the contract said it would be supplied. I'm having to serve a sentence for a product and service that they are not supplying. This is greedy attempt to bind a unsatisfied customer to a terrible service which came about by dishonest means!
