In regards to the Revdex.com complaint #*** On behalf of DishOne Satellite LLC, we would like to apologize to Ms*** for the inconveniences she has
experiencedWhen setting up the account, we were able to apply an offer code that allows the customer to receive a check from Dish Network for up to $to help with early termination fees from other companiesTo receive this check, each customer set up with the promotion is sent instructions through email to be followedThe email was sent out 2/9/Failure to follow these instructions correctly may result in a forfeit of the offerWe did not receive any faxes on February 21stPer the instructions, a copy of the bill showing the early termination fee needed to be uploaded directly to Dish Network through mydish.comAgain on June 2nd, the customer was advised to visit mydish.com and submit the requested informationDue to this promotion coming from Dish Network, if the instructions are not followed correctly, DishOne has no ability to reapply the promotionDue to the frustrations, DishOne offered to send out a check for $to help with the early termination feeDish Network also offered to credit their account an additional $We feel that the customer had two different opportunities to take advantage of the offer and failed to do soHowever, DishOne will still honor the $offer and will need Ms*** to verify her address over the phoneIn regards to channels being promised, our policy is that any new customer that we sign up has to go over disclosures and agree to the terms and conditionsIncluded in the disclosures is the question “Have you looked over the channels you will be receiving and are you satisfied with them?” It appears that *** *** agreed that he had looked over the channels and was satisfied Thank You, Chris S*** Customer Relations Manager DishOne Satellite ###-###-####

First we would like to apologize to
Ms*** for the inconvenienceAs a retailer of Dish Network, we were
given the opportunity to add a promotional code to Ms***’s
account to
receive a $gift cardThis was included when the account was set up and was
to be fulfilled by Dish Network in the time frame of 6-weeksWe were contacted
by Ms*** on 10/26/to let us know she still had still not received
itWe explained that the promotional code was entered but was to be fulfilled
by Dish NetworkThe proper phone number was provided to her so she could get
an update on the gift cardWe had not heard from Ms*** assuming the
problem was taken care ofDish Network has resubmitted the request for the
gift card as of 3/16/and it will be sent outAgain we apologize for the
inconvenience experienced but will make sure Ms*** receives the
promised gift card

In regards to Revdex.com complaint ID *** against DishOne Satellite LLC, we have reviewed the complaint and would like to apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused Mr***Unfortunately Mr*** is going to have to contact Dish Network so they can send a technician out to look at
his receiversDishOne Satellite LLC is a retailer and we do not have technicians to send to Mr***He must call 800-333-and they can set up a time to have a technician go out to Mr***Thank you

inconvenienceWe have reviewed the complaint and will refund the $
processing fee back to the bank account it was taken from, even though during
our recorded order verification MsJ*** agreed to have that processing fee
charged 6/30/This was the same day the account was createdWe also made
sure MsJ*** was aware during the verification and overview of the order that
the premium movie channels were only free for months and would go up to their
regular prices after that free trial periodThe current bill is at $***
before taxes but has a higher balance due to the first month’s bill which was
due 7/14/2015, not being paid yetAs far as the concerns with the
installation, we again apologize for the troubles experienced, but it appears
the damage claim has been resolved and a secondary technician was sent out to repair
the holes in the wall as well as relocate the coax cable

In regards to the Revdex.com complaint # *** First we would like to apologize to Ms*** for any inconvenience experiencedOur representatives are not authorized to collect any sort of payment whether by cash or check
Processing fees, however, are collected by the office through a credit/debit card provided by the customer with the approval to charge itIt appears that on 6/10/the card provided was charged $We are happy to reverse this charge and refund it back to the cardThis will take 3-business days to be completedIf a check was collected and cashed, we also would like to make sure this is returnedWe will need proof of the cashed check sent in to us and will be able to send a check for the same amountDishOne requires each potential customer to complete a disclosure call in which we ask if the customer has seen the channel lineup and are satisfiedThis call was completed with Ms*** so we do not feel there was any foul play in regards to the channels offeredAfter reviewing the claim of the buyout being denied, I found that the instructions for this promotion were not correctly followedThe bill submitted did not clearly show the early termination fee and amountMs*** was notified through email that she would need to reply with the correct documentThis was not completed and therefore the promotion was never fulfilledWe are sorry to hear Ms*** discontinued services with DishDue to the breach of contract and disclosures accepted before termination, we are unable to waive the disconnection fee Thank You, Chris S*** Customer Relations Manager DishOne Satellite ###-###-####

According to our records, it shows we spoke to the customer on 7/and we will be covering the amount of $*** for the early termination feesOnce again, we apologize but here at DishOne we do not set up customers with ComcastThe sales reps are independent contractors and any offers made will have to go through him directly

has experiencedAfter reviewing the complaint, we are confused on why she is
claiming she had no knowledge of any contract when we completed an overview of
the service and commitment with the customer directlyWe have worked directly
with Dish network and have been able to waive the early termination fee
Unfortunately we do not have any way to send someone out to the house to remove
the dish from the roof due to the fact that DishOne does not have any
technicians

experienced. After reviewing the complaint we will honor the agreement of
covering the remaining balance of the early termination fee made between our
sales representative and Ms. [redacted]. We have no record of Ms. [redacted] calling
into DishOne Satellite and have reached out to her multiple times to resolve
this issue. We will be issuing a $50 refund to the credit card on file that was
collected on 7/14/2015. In addition to the refund we will send out a check for
the amount of $160 to total the $210 reimbursement. Before the check can be
issued, we will need Ms. [redacted] to verify the mailing address to ensure she
receives the check. Again we apologize to Ms. [redacted] for the troubles. DishOne

I am rejecting this response because:  I have not seen the video portion of the order???  I've attached the sheet your rep, Leka P[redacted], filled out, discussed with us, and gave to me.  It says Internet on it along with the 3 TVs and he wrote the $100.23 'for everything'.  As for the installation...we wouldn't have had Dish Network here if 'your' rep hadn't sold us a lie, so the fault is still yours.

I am rejecting this response because:I do show that 2 calls came from DISH One; however I do not answer phone calls from toll free numbers ###-###-#### especially ones that I do not recognize.The reason why I am reporting this is because I do not have an account with your company, yet funds were deducted from my account without my authorization or knowledge. As I have stated before I do not have an account with DISH One nor have I ever. I gave a manager from your company my card information just to bill $1.00 to my card to hold the promotional sale that they were doing in our neighborhood. He ensured me that my card would only be used for the promotion and be billed for $1.00.  I did not sign any documentation or forms authorizing DISH One Billing to place my Visa Debit card on AutoPay to deduct funds from my account.My daughter has an account with you all and she was the one who called up to put her card on file and to ensure that DISH One would not bill my account. She was told that everything was taken care of and that her card was on file. Lo and behold my card was the one that was charged and was still on file and even set up for AutoPay each month.What I have as proof is a bank statement showing the amounts of $97.50 & $49.99 taken out of my account, which I will be happy to fax or email you a copy of my bank statements. Ironically the $1.00 charge was never deducted.Sincerely,[redacted]

In regards to the Revdex.com complaint # [redacted], I would like to
first apologize for the misunderstanding that Mrs. [redacted] has about her dish
network monthly price. After the technician installed her dish network
equipment he had the customer sign a DHA 24 month agreement for Dish Network.
There...

is a section that the customer signed and in it says that Dish Network
has the right to change programming and monthly pricing at anytime with notice.
Unfortunately our third party contract does not over ride the Dish Network DHA
24 month agreement. As a retailer we don’t have access to Mrs. [redacted]s DHA 24
month agreement. She can however call Dish Network at [redacted] and they
will send her a copy of the DHA24 month agreement. We here at DishOne would
like to once again apologize for any inconveniences Mrs. [redacted] is experiencing.

reviewing the complaint we have contacted the customer and will assist them in
covering the cancellation fees associated with her previous service. In regards
to the Comcast claim, we have listened to the sales call and there was no
mention of setting up internet or pricing. Here at DishOne we are not
affiliated with Comcast whatsoever so any agreement made would be between the
independent contractor and Ms. J[redacted].

I did speak with someone from Dish One on July 7th who asked for proof of my final bill with the $[redacted] early termination fee, I was told I would hear back from a supervisor the next day and never did hear back from anyone.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
 I have already paid the amount owed to Directv to avoid any negative credit rating, so please send a check to me to cover the said amount.

experienced. I have listened to the disclosure call that was completed with Ms. [redacted]. We are required to go over all the terms and conditions, and during this call there was no mention of any gift cards. The purpose of this call is to ensure the customer is aware of exactly what they will be receiving so there are no surprises. If there were any text messages or other contact unauthorized by DishOne Satellite, this would need to be settled between the independent contractor and the customer. Ms. [redacted] did however qualify for our promotion where Dish Network will cover up to $250 of cancellation fees as long as the instructions to redeem this promotion are followed properly. The instructions were sent via email to the email address given to us by Ms. [redacted]. We have reached out to the sales representative and his manager and have handled this matter internally. As for Ms. [redacted], we again would like to apologize and will be able to do the following for her:   1.      Cover up to $250 of early termination fees. (Fulfilled by Dish Network) 2.      Discount the monthly bill $10 for ten months. (This has already been applied) 3.      Send an additional $100 check.
