Throughout this process I was threatened with having my account suspended with disruptor beam Although no reasonable reading of disruptor beam's terms of service supports it, Disruptor Beam repeatedly emphasized that if I shared any portion of my support ticket with anyone, that my account would be suspended Disruptor beam messed up, refused to respond, and then refused to correct its problemWe agreed to a resolution--although it's hard to get much of a "resolution" when they threaten to suspend your account Even now, they've not followed through with the agreed upon resolution They've yet to respond to kongregate to handle any refund It's been a while they've not fulfilled their end of the agreement and yet they've marked the support ticket "resolved." And let's also appreciate that they brag about me having to open response tickets over three years---many of which took a very long time tor resolve---and query whether that's something a company should be proud of forcing customers to do. Account has been integrated to one DBID I can access via SteamHowever, the account will not transfer to *** (where I had it initially), and as such I do not have mobility the way I had prior to the technical difficultiesThis difficulty remains technical problems not on my end but on Disruptor Beam'sI had proposed terms to compensate for the loss of mobility- fittingly, I suggested Captain Janeway (1/4) and Mobile Doctor (1/5)I asked *** to relay that (she said she'd have to get director's approval) but that was nearly days ago, no responseLooking for a response to resolve this

To whom it may concern: I believe if you read the ticket you know that part of the solution they proposed was the extension of the paid boost by daysHowever, go back and check the new ticket (#***): the extension was incomplete. Also, days without a response is a travesty that has gone without explanation"We're busy" is never an acceptable explanation in customer service, you know that as well as I doIt takes minutes to type out a simple response to acknowledge the receipt of information you requested, and yet for days there was no such reply. The problem itself may have been partially resolved at this point, however the reason I contacted the Revdex.com is being ignored. *** Revdex.com:

Hi ***,No one at Disruptor Beam has taken any action to attempt to crash your game on your device or cause you any form of poor game performance.As I previously mentioned buying a random pack of rewards provides with exactly that, a random selection of rewards.We would not issue a refund due to you not liking the random rewards you receivedThe product is working as intended.Thanks

As I have explained, I spent over $while I had access to the game under ***This technical problem still does not allow me to play my account on ***The account may have been integrated onto Steam, but that doesn't allow me the mobility I had under ***, when I spent the moneyAs no additional in-game compensation is possible, we are left with two solutionsFix it so that I am once again allowed to access my account and play it on ***, or issue refunds as I cannot play as I once did due to technical difficulty on Disruptor Beam's endCurrently, Summer is addressing my ticket and that is the goalShe's not been having much luck either, however. In short, I still can't access my account via *** where I spent the money, Disruptor Beam is not compensating me for the loss of platform, so they either can restore account access on that platform or issue refunds.

Dear Revdex.com, I have received a reply from Disruptor Beam that due to some unstated issues between them and their payments provider *** ***, they cannot issue a refund back to my credit cardFirst of all, I find this statement unacceptableThe same way *** can accept payments should make it just as easy for them to issue refunds. Instead, Disruptor Beam suggests that they issue a refund through ***I have sent them a reply that I would not prefer this due to the fact that I don't actively use *** and have no use for keeping money there on account. To illustrate the lack of use of such a refund to me, I am quoting ***'s withdrawal policy: *** * Cost -1.5% of the amount withdrawn or a minimum of USD (whichever is greater)So if you were to refund USD to my *** account, which as mentioned before, I do not use, I would have to pay USD for the withdrawal to my bank account, which makes the refund worth USDAnd I am sure there would be the additional fees my bank would impose on me for this transaction. At this time I have no further responses from Disruptor Beam and cannot accept their proposed resolution
