I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].  
 Account has been integrated to one DBID I can access via Steam. However, the account will not transfer to [redacted] (where I had it initially), and as such I do not have mobility the way I had prior to the technical difficulties. This difficulty remains technical problems not on my end but on Disruptor Beam's. I had proposed terms to compensate for the loss of mobility- fittingly, I suggested 1 Captain Janeway (1/4) and 1 Mobile Doctor (1/5). I asked [redacted] to relay that (she said she'd have to get director's approval) but that was nearly 2 days ago, no response. Looking for a response to resolve this.

Hi [redacted],No one at Disruptor Beam has taken any action to attempt to crash your game on your device or cause you any form of poor game performance.As I previously mentioned buying a random pack of rewards provides with exactly that, a random selection of rewards.We would not issue a refund due to you not liking the random rewards you received. Throughout this process I was threatened with having my account suspended with disruptor beam.  Although no reasonable reading of disruptor beam's terms of service supports it, Disruptor Beam repeatedly emphasized that if I shared any portion of my support ticket with anyone, that my account would be suspended.  Disruptor beam messed up, refused to respond, and then refused to correct its problem. We agreed to a resolution--although it's hard to get much of a "resolution" when they threaten to suspend your account.  Even now, they've not followed through with the agreed upon resolution.  They've yet to respond to kongregate to handle any refund.  It's been a while.  they've not fulfilled their end of the agreement and yet they've marked the support ticket "resolved." And let's also appreciate that they brag about me having to open 29 response tickets over three years---many of which took a very long time tor resolve---and query whether that's something a company should be proud of forcing customers to do.  Regards,

Once successful [redacted] then instructs Disruptor Beam to credit your in game account with any items or in game currency.I hope that all makes sense and please let me know if you have any further questions.I'd also like to apologize for the delay with this response.
