Hi ***, I do apologize for your experience, and I certainly wish that it had been handled differently As far as the vehicle you were looking at, it was the only MKT that we had and it is definitely sold Our online listings typically take a day or to reflect any status changes I would be surprised if it was still up on our site tomorrow I'm particularly sorry that you thought that you had already spoken with me, as it would have been enormously easier for me to fix the situation if we still had that MKT As I mentioned in my earlier post, I would be happy to try to accommodate you by finding you another MKT Please let me know if this is agreeable If so, you can reach me at the email and phone numbers that I gave you earlier: [redacted] *** I look forward to hearing from you, and to resolving your concern amicably
