I am rejecting this response because: I feel nothing is being done at all to resolve this situation.Yes, you have provided a car for us, but our first car payment is due in days and we have only had the Jeep in our possession for one weekI don't understand how they can say that they are diligently work on it when we were told weeks ago that since they could not figure out what was wrong with it, they would be calling in an "Expert" to look at itAs of today, my Jeep is still sitting in the same spot and has not been looked at by anyone else since last ThursdayThey also sold the vehicle we were suppose to trade for this past weekendWe keep getting different stories from different employees at Boerne Chrysler*** (in the service dept) told me that they were waiting to hear back from Chrysler as to what their next step should beSo, I contact Chrysler yesterday to get a status update from themThe rep I spoke to stated that we were going to have to start paying for the rental car on our own since Boerne Dodge Chrysler Jeep had not called them to update our accountThe rep himself was shocked to know that my Jeep is still being worked on and the amount of time it has been back in the dealerships possession. While on the phone with me, the Chrysler rep called to Boerne Chrysler Dodge to find out what was wrong with the Jeep, because nothing had been reported to themThe Chrysler rep also called Andy (service manager @ Boerne Chrysler Dodge) to find out about the rental car, as that too has been messed up. Today May 3, 2016, I called Jeep Customer Service Center at *** Case# ***, and they told me that they are not paying for the rental because we are the FOURTH OWNER, when the Carfax only shows two, and because it is a So some where, some how an additional owner and 11,miles never got put on the Carfax for this Jeep I feel that we are just getting the run around from this companyThey are very unprofessional and untrustworthy and do not wish to give them my business

Just so that we are clear, what do you want from my company? Do you want a $check to make up the difference between the that were sent out the other day? If so then that is an easy situation to rectify If you would like something more than that, or that is not what you want, then please call me at *** *** ***, or email me at *** to further discuss the situation We take customer concern resolution very seriously here at Boerne Dodge, and I want to make you happy if it is at all possible to do so
The customer is upset that his car is in the shop. He has been in a rental car, paid for by Chrysler, since day 1, so he has not been out of transportation at all When he originally filed his Revdex.com complaint, he was concerned that Chrysler was not going to keep paying for his rental car, but we got that sorted out for him so that he is not out of pocket for any expense on his vehicle repairs. We have also offered to trade him into a different vehicle, without success From reading the original complaint, the customer stated that we were "unable to fix his vehicle". Clearly, that is not the case, as it will be fixed in a few days, and as I stated above he has not had to pay for alternative transportation while we completed his repairs. The rest of his complaint is concerning his dissatisfaction with a negotiated price for a new vehicle purchase, which I would assume does not fall under the purview of a Revdex.com complaint Based upon the above, I would like to ask for options: 1. Delete the complaint, as it does not fall under Revdex.com guidelines or 2. Wait a few days to verify that the vehicle has been repaired, then show the case as "resolved" because his vehicle was fixed (in direct contradiction to what he stated in his original complaint)

We had to call the Sheriff to get the complainant to pay his shop bill, he actually took the vehicle without permission from our shop Additionally, he proved incredibly difficult to reach, leading to such a long time in the shop His truck was down to quarts of oil when he brought it
to us, and it has an extreme rattle any time it goes over the smallest of bumps His battery had a dead cell, necessitating the replacement, and he authorized all of the charges that were on his repair order. I am happy to provide a copy of the repair order that the customer signed, as well

I am rejecting this response because: Number 1, I never said I called Mr***. I asked the F & I employee to have him call me.Number 2: It is not my bank's response to correct Boerne Dodge's foul up in not paying off the loan in a timely manner. Their disregard for their fiduciary duties cost me $407.00. Their fault, not my bank's.I received a check from Boerne Dodge today in the amount of $397.92. Notation on the check says "Difference in Payoff." Even that is not correct. They adjusted my trade for the payoff in the amount of $and they paid the credit union $(a difference of $400.12).I am not accepting the check and still waiting to hear from Boerne Dodge

I am rejecting this response because: I have copies of my contract and how much I paid for the 5 year warranty. If you are trying to make it right then, give me a 5 year warranty with 175,000 miles like Boerne Dodge sold me, or give me my money so I can purchase an extended warranty. Again I have PAID Boerne Dodge $2000, I DO have my CONTRACT which shows I PAID, and I Have NOT received what was in our Contract or what I PAID for.
