Revdex.com:
I contacted Mr. Bryan [redacted] at Boerne Dodge as he requested. He apologized for the misunderstanding and said he would put a check in the mail today for the difference between the check I received last week and the $407 that was deducted from my account. This is all that I wanted and I accept the resolution of the situation.
Regards,
[redacted]

I received documents from Boerne Dodge just a few moments ago, but they don't list the item it was brought in for. I sent an e-mail back to them asking why that wasn't on there. Their records must be pretty bad...V/R,[redacted]

Hi [redacted]We are working diligently to fix your vehicle, and we have provided you with a vehicle to drive while your vehicle is in the shop. Additionally, we tried to work a trade in for you, and we are still looking for other vehicles for your consideration.

I am rejecting this response because:It seems to me that there will be no resolution here. [redacted] didn't make a mistake and I don't appreciate the implication. You're establishment already inspected my vehicle. You seeing it personally seems ridiculous as I'm sure you don't normally do this. I didn't buy your vehicle the first time because I was low balled by 2K. I went to [redacted] for that reason. I came back to you because I received a reasonable (attached) offer. We've been over this in all of my past replies. Nothing has changed since my vehicle was appraised by your establishement 13 days ago, except that I put on 4 new rotors and 4 new brake pads. I'm not driving 45 minutes out there again to get aggravated and hear how you will not match or beat [redacted]'s offer as you initially alluded to doing. You either will or you won't price match and I see absolutely no reason for me to go through this appraisal process with you AGAIN. Either put it in writing or we're done discussing it. As a side note, I thought that the person who came to speak with me was the GM. That's who we asked for and he's the guy who came in. He represented himself as the personal in charge. I didn't ask for his credentials and had no way of knowing that he wasn't the guy in charge. He failed to mention that there was another person who outranked him who was off the premises. And it was he who refused to sell me the vehicle. That's not my fault. It's his. And if one of my employees acted that way in my absence there would be disciplinary action. I suppose at the very least you have admitted that you personally would have conducted this transaction differently had you been present at the time. But I'm sure you can appreciate that none of this is about you personally. Whether you were there at the time or not is irrelevant as I've already stated. Your people represent your business. They are dishonest and unethical and have illegal practices. They are bullies and scammers who pulled a bait and switch with me. Whether this happens on your watch or not is not the issue. Sadly you have still failed to be accountable for their behavior and unethical illegal practices. It would be nice to hear that disciplinary action had been taken, or that some training would have been provided (in case people really don't know any better). It's unfortunate that you are not willing to resolve this. After all, you paying 13 or 14K for a vehicle that is currently listing for 20K and up with double the miles seems to make good business sense to me.Should you decide to put something in writing and spare the repetition of a process that has already been completed then please do so within this forumRegards,

I'm asking for the written service records that fall between the months of late Jan 2015 to March 2015. This is a matter of record documenting the continuous problems we have had since purchasing this truck at Boerne Dodge. It is very possible that a written record was never created, since our normal service advisor was on vacation. We are not concerned if this fell through the cracks or someone dropped the ball in creating this. In order to resolve this, all we ask for is the written record that we brought the truck in for service, listing the date, items requiring attention & the service department's action. This may require creating this record if it does not presently exist. Our issue is not with who may or may not have missed this, it is about reasonably documenting our actions in attempting to get our truck repaired & documenting the dealer's actions. Thanks for your cooperation. V/R, [redacted] Sent from my iPhone
Hi, it sounds like [redacted] has already responded to this complaint. Please let me know if I may assist further. [redacted], General Manager, [redacted], [redacted]
The sales manager [redacted] reached out multiple times and left voice mails with the husband with no response.
Hi [redacted], we are not showing any records of your vehicle in my shop for the February/March 2015 timeframe. In fact, I just did a search for your email address in my inbox, and it appears that it was already at Star Dodge by that point. Are you sure that you're not looking for service records from the end of 2014 from my store? You did reference that you wanted service records from the 2014 visit in your first email to me. I will forward all of our email correspondence back to you right now, as well.

I am rejecting this response because:My husband can prove that he didnt receive any response, I am the account holder, why won't they contact me? they have my number and address, they even sent me recently the registration and plate. Nobody has reached out to us, it is even us who is calling them to follow up with the registration and plate of the vehicle, this company has not done anything to settle this with us. We can prove that they didnt contact us.

I am rejecting this response because:I have used the opt out methods. I just started receiving emails and have opted out again. The mail continues to come in occasionally. It seems the "opt out" is temporary and you start sending stuff again at some point. I have responded to your questions to me about opting out and using your "opt out" options. Please directly address my request to delete my information from your systems. You have completely avoided this request in your last 2 responses.
