Mr*** purchased this car on 04/14/which is Months agoI am not sure why it toke so long to file a complaint on the matterMr*** can you send me a email of the work preformed at the dealer I will not promise anything but I will see what I can do for you as far as the repairs

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. This is not an acceptable choice. I purchased this vehicle in good faith and that was not the case. The vehicle had issues, in which I contacted Kyle he had me bring it back for repairs. They had the truck for two weeks in which they claimed to make all these repairs, which were not made. This was not just once, but twice. Kyle said he would make sure that the items were fixed. I provided him with a estimate sheet of all the work back in December, and he said when they had the truck to two weeks that they did the repairs. It was still not running correctly so I took it back to Stanley, they said they had taken pictures the first time I brought it in in December and nothing had been done. Kyle lied to me about what all was done to this vehicle as far as repairs. I went ahead and started work on the truck to fix the items in which he claimed they fixed but did notI know for fact not only did they not fix the items as Stanley Chevy stated, but also one of their sales reps told me that they did not fix anything on the vehicle. I have attached the warranty letter that says after May they will no longer honor the warranty I paid for, which was 1,dollars. The sales representative will confirm that the vehicle was never fixed as they claimed, his name is Sean *** and number is 513-***. I feel not only have I been taken advantage of, but flat out lied to about what all was done. I spent numerous hours driving it back and forth from Indianapolis to Cincinnati and then hours spent at the Stanley dealership here getting it fixed. I feel I should be reimbursed for my expenses and my time, since they lied about fixing the vehicle that they claimed they fixed.

RE: Complaint [redacted]To whom it may concern:AS we do sympathize with Mr. [redacted] situation there is nothing we can do reagarding this matter. Mr [redacted] drove the vehicle prior to purchase, at which time we were more than happy to let him take the car to have it looked at but did not. When he purchased the vehicle he signed a paper (attached) and stated that he understood he was buying the car as is. He was given a third party after market warranty free of charge which we paid for.

ONCE AGAIN DIXIE MOTORS IS SYMPATHETIC TO THE CUSTOMERS CURRENT SITUTATION.. THE CUSTOMER TEST DROVE THE CAR COUPLE OF TIMES. THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR OR WERE WE AWARE OF ANYTHING. THE VEHICLE WAS SOLD AS IS NO WARRANTY. BUT WE DID GIVE THE CUSTOMER A FREE THIRD PARTY WARRANTY. ABSOLUTELY NOT BECAUSE WE NEW SOMETHING WAS WRONG. DIXIE MOTORS GAVE A WARRANTY IN GOOD FAITH.. THE CUSTOMER CALLED THE WARRANTY CO. AND SAID THAT THE CAR HAS PRE-EXISTING ISSUE. THAT IS FALSE. THERE WAS NO PRE-EXISTING ISSUE AT TIME OF PURCHASE. CUSTOMER EVAN TOLD US THAT THE CAR WAS NOT DOING THAT WHEN THEY TEST DROVE IT AND WHEN THEY LEFT THE DEASLERSHIP.  THANK YOU
