I purchased a DIY Home Therapy System on July 9, with a satisfaction/money back guaranteeI tried the system to help with my neuropathy pain & it did not help meI returned the system on October 15, & still have not received my refund
I've called numerous times and seem to be getting the runaround with a different excuse every time I callI'm in a lot of pain & this is causing me even more emotional distressI need my money returned to help pay for my ongoing medical expenses

I have neuropathy and went to a meeting advertised in the newspaper We attended the meeting and then Tanya came to the house and after much high pressure and us telling her we were not interested she stayed on for several hours and called her "boss" and he tried to sell us, which he finally didI even got up and left the room once and she still didn't leaveOur MISTAKE! We should have escorted her out the door! I did all the things they told me to do and made all the calls to JuneI told them several times that it had not helped at allAbout weeks ago I talked to Tanya and she told me that I couldn't get a refund until after March 1stand they would call me immediately after that, and I didn't need to call themThey would tell me at that time what to return and how much I would get as our refundNone of that was mentioned at the time of purchase, just a warranty that said we would get !00% of our money back

My name is Cindy Mayer,
I have had pain and numbness in my legs and arms for many many yearsI have been to many doctors, tried many things to get relief
In my local news paper was yet one more thing to trySo we went to the seminar to hear of one more treatment
The seminar was great and got more information on the treatment plan,
This company D.I.YHave agreed to help me with the program to get betterIt's been plus years of pain and suffering I am looking forward to being able to live a semi life again
I wish everyone with pain and numbness in your legs and arms could do this program, it's a good company and they listen to your problems and do their very best to help everyone

I am a customer of D.I.YI have used the system for over months with very positive resultsI measure these results in the loss of painI have reduced the amount of Lyrica I need to take by over 30%I have reduced the Oxycodone from over mg a day to under mg occasionally, when flare up arise
The best result for me is in the morningsI use to take mg of Oxycodone when I woke up and was still in bedIn about minutes, I could get up and walk with little painNow I don't take any Oxycodone in the mornings and can function with little or no painthis allows me to get dressed and take my meds in a structured time frame
The results are excellentWhere I could not walk with my wife on shopping trips or nature hikes, I can now do thisI almost feel again, with just minor attention to my neuropathy instead of it controlling my lifeVery satisfied with the results
Also the support with phone calls for any questions, and personal visits to support my treatment schedules, is appreciatedI am not alone trying to resolve my discomfortVery supportive peopleI could not recommend this system any strongerThank you for the opportunity to tell others how wonderful this experience is

My husband and I went to one of the advertised "dinners", as he suffers from Neuropathy We watched a minute video by DrJoseph D***, Chiropractor, giving information What DIY means, we found out later is simply "do it yourself." There is no store front "company" called DIYIf one attends one of the dinners you will find:
That the people there want you sign up to have his "representative" come to your home, to assess, and judge the severity of the neuropathyThat person has no qualifications- he's just a "someone." The "tests" for Neuropathy he performs are a "joke"- no one could do these, neuropathy, or no neuropathy
The goal of the dinners, and the home visit is for a person to buy what is called the "ProNeuro Light"; and a sheet called the "DIY NeuroCare Home Therapy system: involving "home coaching phone calls", and various spray vitamins, and a breakdown of the $4,cost To further connect DIY with DrD***, we were given a sheet with the DIY logo on one side and Dr.D*** picture on the other, with a description of his "designations" plus the book he wrote We found items on that sheet that were not true, plus many references to his "office" in Casa Grande, with the *** phone number
The "ProNeuro Light" is the main sales pointIn searching logos on the box, with the implication that they "recommend the Light" and with reaching out to these organizations, we have emails from them that deny any recommendations of the ProNeuro LightIn searching further, I discovered the same "Light" with the same nm numbers on ***com for $plus other web sites for the same price
The Light was represented to us as "healing" Neuropathy- it d**s not and cannot- the other web sites only say it is for relief of pain
The dinners being advertised presently as I write this, are now "talks" it would sevideos-= and in calling the numbers I discovered two of them were by DrJ**(as he's called, and the first person did not want to give me his last name, but the 2nd one did)I was also told that he is a "Neurologist"In the present ad, he says that he treats "carpal tunnel"- what the connections of that to Neuropathy is more than I can understand, as I recently had hand surgery myself
As indicated to us by the State Board of Chiropracters in Phx., AZ, DrD*** license has been inactive since Dec, of 2015, and we told that takes away his right to offer any medical advice, do any "manipulating", etc- check with the State Board for further information at ***
Presently, there is a complaint with the State Board, a reply from DrD***, a reply from the Complainant; and then there will be a hearing
Through much research, and many hours, we were finally able to show my Husband's credit card people, the above, and much more questionable, at best, the procedures of DIY His credit card read "DIY of Sun City, AZ"- as if there was truly a "company" located in Sun City, AZ, which there is not, and finally the $4,charge was removed, though it is claimed it was removed under the worthless "money back guarantee" by which one has a year to "prove that the Neuropathy did not improve."
As may be seen on DIY on this web site, the email is ***; and the address in Casa Grande is all over our printed material However, according to Phx., MLS, that property is for sale The address given on Osborn Road, is a huge apartment dwelling called *** *** ***- we saw the title and checked out the web site There is also an address in Maricopa, AZ, from which our request for a copy of my husband's medical records was returned as well as the Osborn Rd addressAccording to the State, any doctor with a written request for records has days to respond; and as of this date business days have elapsed
I saw the same fliers on the internet in Tucson, Prescott, Austin, TX, and recently in Utah Do the math- if people at a "dinner" buy into this for the $5,we paid- look at the money being "raked in" by someone who has a inactive license

my wife and I attended the seminar in October We paid the $for home consultation On the day of the consultation we canceled four hours in advance and asked if we could receive a refund We were told yes, the check would be mailed the Friday of that week, October The refund was not received and I called back Oct19,24,31,Nov8, and Nov Each time I was told the check was to be mailed out on Friday It has not happened yet I was always lead to believe that I would receive a refund Would not recommended this company nor their product to anyone

While my husband was ill I put my health aside as I took care of him for about yearsIn the beginning he had an operation so he couldn't walk for some timeSeveral times hospitalizedI already had some numbness in my feet especially toes and front of the feetI consulted physicians and they didn't reply to my concerns at allThey did nothingThen I went for treatment at acupuncturist for my neck painFrom there I found out I had neuropathyShe suggested I take bso I took a lozenge and I didn't really notice a big improvement in time I saw the advertisement at American Family Restaurant in Green Valley which I attendedI started treatment May I have really noticed improvement in my feet and also my sciatica pain has really improvedI couldn't even do my pruning and now I can do it twice a week and I can do it myself nowIts really good exerciseI used to have an issue lifting my foot out of the tub and catch my toes always but now I can lift my legs betterSomehow the message doesn't get down to me feet but I know I needed to lift them outI didn't realize until I started getting betterI have tiles in the kitchen and I fell and hurt my ribs and couldn't figure out why I fellThat was before I started treatment and now I can wear different shoes even! I like the seminar the speaker was very good and the examples of what people go through was very appropriateMy feet hurt and I could't walk and now I have new sneakers and can walk up to minutesThat was always my main exercise so now I'm getting back to itMy neighbors even noticed how good I'm doing June, my coach is very niceIn the beginning I couldn't take it that long and she made suggestions and I did what she said and I've been getting better every day nowWe've been going to natropaths since and they have always treated with natural and no sweets because I know there is some diabetes in my family and I know my diet has something to do with feeling betterMy experience is they are funny, positive and told it like it is.I don't regret ever saying yes to the treatment

Following a surgery on my back and left leg over a few months time I was riding with the chairman of the Pappago tribe We were hit by a drunk driver on the Sells Indian reservation and we were hit by driverIt tore out the hardware of the back surgery and I had to have more surgery and that was followed by several years of high levels of oxycodone and other pain killersI had very high pain levels with sciatica pain and had to be hospitalized numerous times over several years I determined that I would not take any more of the pain med's and heard about the DIY treatments I enrolled and have taken no more med's for pain and I feel it is greatly helping my pain levels

Sort of a health issue The company sold me these pads with red lights you put on your feet - twice a day for about minutes and they claimed it would relieve my Neuropathy I paid them $and they came with a one year money back warranty if you did the treatments for a year and took the supplements they sent I did the treatments twice a day minutes and took all their supplements for a whole year (May - May 2017) My neuropathy did not get any better When I went to contact them about the refund - I find out they are out of business The refund was the reason I paid them and tried it in the first place The owners of the company should be held responsible for the promises they made (and collected money for)

I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia in and I've coped with it since that timeI had to quit as an RN in May because I could not concentrate and made a few mistakes and was NOT OK with thatI worked the night shift and soon had no energy - life was going to work for hours & to bed for the rest of that hour day In I read a book about a treatment with Guaifenesin for Fibromyalgia and started this regimen and it got me up out of bed But if I did too much or over exerted myself with every day life kind of things it would impact me for the next several days or longerI learned to have to not be upset when things like laundry or dishes aren't doneWe moved to Tucson in to help my mother as she could not take care of herselfIn Feb I was rear ended and now had whiplashIn the x-rays they discovered degenerative disease and my entire arm would go numbI had a non stop headache since For that I had injections, pain medications like Vicodin and epidurals which never really helpedWhen I received a postcard to treat myself at home and was interestedJust the general presentation was impressiveWhat really impressed me was the ulcer wound and the healingI take care of a young lady who has similar wounds and I've used the lights on her to heal her woundsI noticed as they were talking about symptoms how many symptoms I also haveSince I've started using DIY Neurocare's treatments in May, I no longer have pain and numbness in my left armI've been checked out and do not have carpal tunnelWhen I am having sciatic nerve pain the lights help Sometimes i'll do an extra treatment if the pain flares upI don't have to take the Vicodin, and am noticing now I have less and less painAll in all I am so impressed with this "simple treatment"I do my treatments in the morning as I gradually wake up and I'm good for the dayThe treatment just feels so good and what it has done to take this pain and numbness away is fantastic!

On 9/29/I purchased light therapy product from salesperson Jason for $I followed all their instructions for the past eight months for daily use and got no results Furthermore, they have not supplied me with the supplements promised, however that is a small point Therefore I requested a full refund under their No Risk- Month 100% Money Back Guarantee and was offered no explanation for my request other than case is under reviewI called again 4/10/to initiate the process, and was told they would begin the process No response I have called several times and left messages I called on 5/2/and talked with an actual person, who said they would call back that same day There was no call back
Although they advertise "turn off pain, turn on relief", which implies a health issue, they are a private business, NOT a health care provider--thus the "NO" response to "'does your complaint involve a health issue"The contract specifically states "This is NOT medical ad

I have neuropathy in both my feet and hands caused by a type of chemo I was on years ago for colon cancerIn May I went to a DIY Neurocare sales pitch and had a rep to my house to explain about their low level light therapy for neuropathyAt that time I asked the sales person if the product would work for chemo related neuropathy, he said "try it for months and if no improvement, get your money back"I have witnesses to that statement as my neighbors were also at my home for the presentationSo by Nov I had no improvement after following the protocol exactly and doing what the "coaches" said to try, I called DIY to discuss a refund, there was a lot of back and forth (you can read about in negative reviews I wrote about this company)So eventually Tanya in finance sent me a mailing label and a contract to sign to return the lights and all documentation, which I did on Dec 14thThey rec'd the lights on 12/16/and stated they needed business days to issue refund ($

Item was purchased through DIY Neurocare of America to help relieved neuropathyItem was purchased for $3,Upon using the pad, I started to have increase swelling and blisters, I did notify customer service and was told to return the item for a full refund, a return postage paid stamped was mailed to my address, item was shipped on November 29, and received by December 2, 2016, I was told that the refund will be issued in days, after not hearing from them from them, I did contact them mid december and was told that the person handling working at finance is on vacation and the other person is on medical leave and was told that they would return after New Years Day, I did contact them on the first week of January and was told that they are in the process of changing staff at the finance department and will issues the refund as soon as they are able to get it and was told that the financial dept would call us to let us know that the refund will be mailed, after calling ever

My husband and I went to a seminar where this company was trying to sell a "light machine" for pain managementWe thought it might help with my husband's neuropathy, so we paid the $for an appointment with a consultant to come evaluate his pain in two weeks When we got home, we started researching the product and have come to believe this company is just out for money Another negative Revdex.com review indicated that the same product with the same serial number could be purchased online for only $rather than the $4000-this company is selling them forWe actually found them for $We called DIY Neurocare the very next day and asked to cancel our appointmentThe lady said we could cancel, but the $would not be refunded despite our appointment still being weeks awayShe said we'd been told the $would not be returned and that the forfeiture was also in the "fine print" that we had signedWe were not told this, nor did we sign anythingnot even the credit card receipt My husband told her we would take it up with the Revdex.com and cancel our credit card paymentHer only reply was that we should read the fine print next timeWe re-read all the literature we'd been given and nowhere did it address a forfiture of our money if the appointment was cancelledWithin minutes a man called us back, not once, but twice, and finally left a message saying they would refund the money to our credit cardRegardless of whether they do or not, we feel it's important for others to know how this company operatesIf you want to try the light technology for pain, there are MUCH cheaper ways to do soAlso BE WARY before handing over money for a future evaluation appointment

I went to this seminar and the lady that was speaking Tanya had gone through a lot of hospitalizations and medications and when she found DIY NeuroCare and Dr Joe D*** she got the help where no other doctor couldI had been using a smaller handheld device with the infrared lights that helped small parts but it wasn't strong enough and I didn't know how to do it to get better reliefIt did work thoughIt grabbed my interest this works better and on a larger scaleThe doctors not being sure how much of my problems are Neuropathy and which were symptoms of arthritis Tanya giving me the hope that I could get off of the heavier medications I am on made it of interest to me to find out more about this treatmentI myself have the numbness in my feet and left legMy spine and back has nerve damageMy hands are almost to the point I cant use them and Im having more and more therapy on my neck nowMy hopes are that I can cut down on the medications I am on and have a little less pain and be more mobile without those thingsI have a problem with my eyes and vision and they have given me hope that it may even help thatThe company has worked with me to make it affordable for me when I never thought I could afford itIt was very gracious of the company to make it affordable for me so I can get to my goals of less medications and less pain and having the product at home and not going to the doctors so oftenJust the strong possibility of getting off medications that make you worse makes it a big drawing point because they are only masking your issuesThey never take away any pills they only give you moreThe days of them saying you have good health are gone in your older years without trying something that might allow you to feel better like with DIY NeuroCare!

Recently went to a Neuropathy seminar at Golden Corral with DIY Neurocare and was very interested to find out more about the system so scheduled a home consultationJason the case manager came out and broke it down and explained in detail the photo biomogilation system and how it operates and daily usage to regenerate nerve damageWas very impressed and finally found an affordable way that I can treat at home and eliminate pain medication in the future

We received a card in the mail about the seminars and it peaked our interest to go and find out more about itWith all of the issues we both had we are constantly on the lookout for help for our pain We've been hit several times in car accidents and they caused several problems from chronic pain and neuropathy, neck and back injuries and decreased mobilityWe are everything from stiff and sore to what I call phantom painsNo rhyme or reason and happens quick or a long intense painWe were one of the largest Tennessee walker breeders in the stateWe were stopped at a red light and a drunk driver plowed into the back of usAfterwards we had to liquidate the ranch after that accident It crushed our lives and of course we put in our money, health and hope and it was taken awaySuddenly it was crushed just when we were ready to be successfulAll our years of hard work and financial sacrifice was going to be rewardedIt also was very physical and we couldn't take are of the horses any moreSo we lost the ranch and couldn't go on another day and we had to re-home all of our horsesThe ranch required a significant amount of work we could no longer doMy husbands pain was so bad he couldn't walkWe had neck and back injuries and resulting in neuropathy and painMore recently we've had more accidents and the problems increased over timeMy knees were bad and getting worseMy hands were numb, burning and stabbing and on fire really intense painMy legs were hurting more and moreI had a sore stabbing pain on the top of my headIt restricted movement and had muscle spasmsThe first thing I noticed when I started using the pads the tenderness and sore spot on my head went awayOur ever worsening symptoms in our bodies was a combination of numbness hypersensitivity and painEven though we've only been doing it a short time the pain is going away and have increased energyMy husbands injuries were C6, CL1, Land Tand burned all the skin off one calf from knee down to top of the footWhen we went to the seminar and had DIY Neurocare come out to learn more we knew it worked because years ago they put us in a trial therapy and we had good results with itThe case manager who came out was not high pressure and we appreciated thatThe people are very knowledgeable caring and respectfulIt helps my husband to relax and have better sleep so those live active nerves are able to relax and allow him to restHaving everyone at DIY be so understanding is wonderful tooWe highly recommend it! After exhausting all other avenues of help we are so happy we found DIY!

On or about December 1, I purchased Home therapy System (low level light pads) for $2,USD and after following instruction provided by Case Managers assigned to me for months have not had any results to my condition which was numbness bottom of my feet,Cramps in my legs, and Authorities on my hands, I have been in Contact with Three Case managers for the past months, and finally received a letter from MrKeith D** the new owner for the Company indicating he would give a Refund due to Shareholders living the company and not keeping p with customers calls and customer issuesI called Mr D** I spoke with him twice I disused getting a refund, and said he would response back to meI have called MrD** on April 7, 17,18, 21,have left messages and as of this Date have not received a response, so this is why I'm filing a compliant for my refund

This place is a SCAM Read the other reviews as they are an accurate description of exactly what happened to us as well They seem to only want your money, and not really care whether or not you have neuropathy, or if they can fix it Do your research, the $4k lights they try to sell you are no where near that expensive online These people are preying on the elderly and it's sad

I was given an opportunity to go to a DIY seminar in Hastings NeI was interested in the light therapy but wasn't able to afford it at this timeThis awesome company gave me hope for all the pain I have endured with restless legs and having MS for years!! They donated this to meHow shock I was when I heard him Donate!!!! This was the greatest High I've had in a long timeThe feelings cannot be describedSoI've been using it for a week I'm noticing some changes in my legsI'm able to go longer without my medication and when my legs start to bother me it doesn't take 2-1/hours to settle down I'm following the program of getting up and doing it before going to workSo I'm up at 4:Am doing the lights for an hour I am so grateful for DIY and look forward to continue to feel better!!! I would definitely recommend this company.!!! Thank you
