I'm very anxious to get this treatment started and can't wait to feel better! I was so excited to go to this seminarI've tried tens units, medicines, physical therapy, trying anything I could even overdosing on pain pills just to be able to functionFor 3-years I've slowly been getting worse and worseWithin the last six months now my right foot has had problems and the numbness has gotten worseI even joined the gym until my fingers started locking into place because they would be so painfulTried braces tooI can't sleep it hurts too much and I'm up and down every 2-hours that's when I can sleepPatch therapy didn't work eitherThe seminar was very informative and when Tanya was talking I found out there are people out there like me and I wasnt aloneI know this will take a while but I believe for the first time now I can get help and not have to stay in my house a prisoner and go do things I want to do like shopping, going out and bowlingI just want to be able to just shop and enjoy myself and not have to use a walker or the ride around cartI have to have others live with me so they can help with the kidsThings I miss and my oldest child had to help me and grew up faster than I like and she was afraid she would come home and I was on the floorThis will give my children hope to get their mom backBecause of the generosity of Keith Day, Dr Joe D*** and DIY they gave us hope! I've always been the one to help people and now I need help and its being paid forward and it means I don't take that lightlyIt makes me emotional because nowadays you just dont find people like this to help

On May 4, 2016, I purchased a low level laser therapy program from DIY Neurocare It was purchased by credit card after an informational session that it would help the pain of spinal stenosis and neuropathy under the following conditions: Daily application of the LED Low Lever Light pads twice daily (hours), participate in all monthly home coaching calls (there were not monthly coaching calls--some 3-during the year), follow the nutritional supplemental diet (vitamins D6, B12, etc.), After a three month period, it was very difficult to get in touch with any help from DIY--my calls were not returned, a new supplemental support was never delivered, This program cost $and when I called in May, for a refund after following the conditions to the letter and having no results,, I was told the company was out of business and there were no refunds For the time spent using the laser therapy for three hours a day, days and the money spent with no results entirely wiped o

We signed up with this organization being told they guarantee we would get relief from our pain for 4ooo dollars Yes I understand we where foolish
but my husband had been in so much pain for so long we where ready to try anything and sense it was homeopathic sort of we thought we would try it At first we got all the vitamins they promised and of course we had the lights that where suppose to generated circulation and promised that if it did not work we would get our dollars returned to us no question We about months into it we stopped receiving the vitamins and would have to call to get them if at all and we stopped getting the call from the suppose pain management person and then nothing at all not even anyone answering the phone We tried to contact them and could not all contact avehad been shut down and the y where gone NO FOOL LIKE AN OLD FOOL

I've been messing around with this for years, at least 7-years doctor after doctor never answered my questionsIt began when I was walking my dogs and losing my strideWhen I moved here I went to acupuncture and the numbness and lack of balance continued but it improved a bitI tried virtually everything like deep tissue fascia massage, chiropractic, PT, extensive walking, working out and topical creamsIt isn't something I woke up with and it was just real bad but it snuck up on meThere was always some relief in micro bits and you get alongI found that I had drop foot as well as Neuropathy and meniscus tear in my right kneeAt some point I tried a laser program runs from legs to toes and hands and provided relief but it needed to be updated every two monthsThat's when I read the advertisement for the lunch and I thought why notI like to be in control and this program has given me that control of my health and I'm spending less money than I was with the other things I was doingI found the application an hour in the morning and time at night over the months I've been using it there has been improvementThis is like anything else worth while doing it takes time and you have to do it every day but its worth it! During this time I had the repair done on my right kneeIn talking to my DIY coach she suggested I use it on my kneeI also got a cortisone shot and weeks later I needed another and they said I had to wait months to get another oneI used the lights and then cancelled my appointment for the next shot because I no longer needed itThe pain was gone after using the lightsThe follow up has been good and always get my questions answeredI've accomplished what DIY said I would it has even improved my drop footI am extremely pleased with everything

DIY offers a twelve-month conditional guarantee for their DIY Home Therapy System if you are not satisfied with it
I have been unable to reach anyone at DIY to request a refund and my messages are not being returned In addition their customer service has been shoddy and unacceptable

Saturday April 9, paid $down with $balance to pay in full
Tuesday April 12, Called times to cancel contract (within business day limit) left detailed message and did not receive a call back
Wednesday April Called again to follow up but still was not able to talk to anyoneLeft another message
My cased manager David C*** said we would have no trouble getting a refund if requested but I have no way of contacting himSince no one will speak to me about this issue, I feel I must file a complaint in order to validate my refund request within the legal day limit

On February 26, 2016, I purchased from DIYNurocare of America, LLC their neurocare program from an in-home sales representative for $3,I am writing this review to warn others considering this purchase of my unfortunate experience with D.I.YBeing retired and on fixed income this was significant expenditure for me that would have to be justifiedBefore making the purchase, I checked with the Revdex.comThe reviews did show approximately 80% positive resultsI felt this was nearly unbelievable for a medical procedure which is not covered by medical insuranceThis should put up some red flags My neuropathy had been going on for several years and I was ready for reliefThe only way I could justify this expenditure was due to the 100% one year warranty that came with the purchase and the positive reviewsWithout the warranty, I would certainly not have make the purchaseI felt I had a no-lose situation I continued the therapy twice daily as specified for approximately seven months without any noticeable results
I decided that the D.I.Yprogram was just not working for me and I needed a refund of my purchase under the warrantyOn February 2, 2017, I called the D.I.Yhome office in Temp, AZ, and was directed to MsTanya M***oI was put through to her voice mail and left a message to call meOn February, 8th after not receiving a call back, I again called MsM***oThis time I did talk to MsM***o and explained the reason for the callWe talked about my use of the therapy and she asked a few questions which led to her refusal to honor the warranty
First, she indicated that I did not participate in the eight weekly phone coaching calls made by June from D.I.YThese calls essentially entailed June asking me how the program was going and if I had any questions I did participate all of them either talking directly to June who called each week, or when I could not answer the phone, I returned all her calls only to be put through to the voice mail recordingI always left messages that I had no questions or issues as I continued the programThis back and forth telephone tag was very frustratingWith a couple weeks left in the eight weekly calls I left a message with June suggesting that, since I really don’t have any questions or issues would it be ok if I just initiate the call when I had something to discussThere was no response to my suggestion and since the calls stopped I assumed it was approvedOn one of the calls when I did talk to June, I asked her “how long before I experience results”June indicated that the time varies and did not answer my question directly
Secondly, MsM***o said that, since I did not do the therapy for a full year, this voided the warrantyI was very surprised by this commentThere was never a mention of this requirement and furthermore, nothing is written in the warranty or contract making this a requirementAlso, I am aware of another Tucson patient/customer of the D.I.Yprogram who had the units picked up by MsM***o after seven months use with the promise of a refund within daysAfter four months, the patient still has not received the refund and is being given a runaround!
Another reason MsM***o gave for not honoring the warranty was that I did not participate in monthly callsThere were no calls from D.I.YAlso, she said I did not call when I felt the program was not working where D.I.Ycould make “adjustments” Again, these requirements were never brought up to me either verbally or written in the warranty or contractThe warranty requirements are either very vague or non-existent
I hope that anyone who is considering purchase of the D.I.Yprogram heed my warning that they will go to extremes including citing fictitious undocumented situations to try and void the warrantyI feel that I have no recourse other than to pursue this through the legal system Thanks for reading

DIY Neurocare of America Review
The Sales Process:
In late February 2016, my wife and I attended a DIY Neurocare of America (DIY) dinner presentation after receiving an invitation flyerWe were very aware that no company pays for a dinner without presenting some product or serviceThis is a very common marketing technique so we attended "with our eyes open," so to speak
In watching the presentation, we were impressed that the presenter explained the technical description of neuropathyThis was followed by the effects that neuropathy can have on the human body and some rather descriptive photos and videos of the results(If you attend this presentation, be prepared for some medically graphic pictures.) The presentation ended with a review of the DIY Home Therapy system and a question and answer sessionThe presenter remained on site until everyone with individual questions could be answered
It should be noted that at no time did the DIY presenter imply that the Home Therapy System can CURE neuropathyIn fact, he took extreme care to point out that neuropathy cannot be cured and that only the symptoms can be mitigated
It is also important to note that, while the presentation was a sales offer, there was no pressuring of the prospects attending the dinnerBasically, the approach was to present the facts surrounding neuropathy and leave it to the attendee to decide if they wanted more information
We chose to take the next step and have an in-home representative come to the house for a detailed discussionPart of the in-home stage is to "evaluate" the current state of the prospect's neuropathy and take a fairly detailed health historyThis information was transmitted to DIYFinally, the representative reviewed the Home Therapy System productAll in all, a fairly routine sales callIt was clear that the choice was ours based on the facts presented
Due to the long term nature of our personal neuropathy conditions, we chose to go forward and buy the Home Therapy SystemTo be honest, the IR LED pads, vitamins and supplements didn't look like much for the moneyAs you will read below, looks can be deceiving
The Results:
We began using the System almost immediatelyWe were told not to expect an immediate effect and that proved to be trueIt did take a few weeks for symptoms to begin mitigatingWe were told to continue to use the product daily and eventually the results would comeThe assigned DIY case manager regularly reaches out to us to monitor our progress and answer any questions
As a side note, we spoke with our Podiatrist who has a similar machine in his office that cost $70,He told us what to look for to validate the DIY productIt turns out that his $70,system uses the same technology as the DIY productFor the rest of our lives, we won't have to pay for repeated office visits for this kind of treatment
After a few weeks, we began to notice that feeling was returning to the areas of our bodies affected by the neuropathyContinual daily use of the Home Therapy System has continued to reduce the numbnessIn addition, severe leg cramps at night have been virtually eliminatedStrong prescription muscle relaxant medications are no longer needed
It is clear that stopping the use of the System will lead to a return of the neuropathy symptomsWhile skipping a few days may not cause a problem, maintaining reduced symptoms does require steady useUnfortunately, a commitment is necessary minimize the symptoms of the neuropathy
Does this therapy work for everyone with neuropathy? With so many variables to the symptoms, we can only presume that some people may not experience our same level of improvement
Conclusions:
DIY is selling a product that works well for usNever were we led to believe that this was a CURE, only a symptom reducing technology
What concerns do we have? We are uncertain of the long-term durability of the IR pads given our daily useOf course, we hope that the pads will continue to function as intended but would like some clarification of DIY's policy in the event of a problem
Was it worth the money spent? For us, ABSOLUTELY! It has worked as advertised and beyond our realistic expectationsWe are daily users of the Home Therapy SystemWe believe that DIY has brought to market a product that eliminates the need for repeated office visits, repeated payments for non-insured treatments and is reasonably convenient to useEveryone with neuropathy should take the time to evaluate the DIY Neurocare Home Therapy System

It's a ripoff I tried it ,it didn't work you can't get your money back.***

In response to Ms. [redacted] complaint, while we dispute some of the details recounted in the complaint, and assert that she was only charged the sum of $2,000.00.  We acknowledge that Ms. [redacted] requested to return her system, which we have received.  Upon receipt we did promptly arrange...

to refund her credit card the $2,000 she paid, and thus was surprised to receive her complaint.  We cannot explain why her card was not credited to date, but to avoid any further issues with the card, we will mail her a refund for the full amount of $2,000.00.   To be clear, upon her request, we immediately cancelled her payment agreement, and there was never any further charges to her credit card.  We further stand behind the legitimacy and efficacy of our products and services, and we do honor the money back guarantee set forth in the contract to purchase our DIY Home therapy System.  We apologize for the inconvenience, and will provide her with something extra along with the refund check as an expression of our sincerity.  Please call me with any further questions or concerns. Sincerely; Don S[redacted]Vice President of Compliance

I too went to a seminar in September 2016, was impressed by the presentation, and booked for $29 a home visit. Dustin Duke presented the program, acted very genuine and like a Christian, stating he was messed up by an accident and did the program at Dr.DiDuros office for a long time, then switched to the lights. From not being able to walk at all, to walking normal again, he highly reccommnded the program, and even wrote n our receipt full refund if it doesn't work within a year. The vitamins yourmsuppose to take with the treatment were always on backorder. Now I tried to call today, after two weeks of waiting again, for my vitamins, the phones were all disconnected. Reding reviews, turns out to be a big scam. Hope everyone involved gets caught and have to pay back everyone's money they lied to.

On February 26, 2016, I purchased from D. I. Y. Nurocare of America, LLC their neurocare program from an in-home sales representative for $3,995. I am writing this review to warn others considering this purchase of my unfortunate experience with D.I.Y. Being retired and on fixed income this was significant expenditure for me that would have to be justified. Before making the purchase, I checked with the Revdex.com. The reviews did show approximately 80% positive results. I felt this was nearly unbelievable for a medical procedure which is not covered by medical insurance. This should put up some red flags. My neuropathy had been going on for several years and I was ready for relief. The only way I could justify this expenditure was due to the 100% one year warranty that came with the purchase and the positive reviews. Without the warranty, I would certainly not have make the purchase. I felt I had a no-lose situation. I continued the therapy twice daily as specified for approximately seven months without any noticeable results.
I decided that the D.I.Y. program was just not working for me and I needed a refund of my purchase under the warranty. On February 2, 2017, I called the D.I.Y. home office in Temp, AZ, and was directed to Ms. Tanya Matarano. I was put through to her voice mail and left a message to call me. On February, 8th after not receiving a call back, I again called Ms. Matarano. This time I did talk to Ms. Matarano and explained the reason for the call. We talked about my use of the therapy and she asked a few questions which led to her refusal to honor the warranty.
First, she indicated that I did not participate in the eight weekly phone coaching calls made by June from D.I.Y. These calls essentially entailed June asking me how the program was going and if I had any questions. I did participate all of them either talking directly to June who called each week, or when I could not answer the phone, I returned all her calls only to be put through to the voice mail recording. I always left messages that I had no questions or issues as I continued the program. This back and forth telephone tag was very frustrating. With a couple weeks left in the eight weekly calls I left a message with June suggesting that, since I really don’t have any questions or issues would it be ok if I just initiate the call when I had something to discuss. There was no response to my suggestion and since the calls stopped I assumed it was approved. On one of the calls when I did talk to June, I asked her “how long before I experience results”. June indicated that the time varies and did not answer my question directly.
Secondly, Ms. Matarano said that, since I did not do the therapy for a full year, this voided the warranty. I was very surprised by this comment. There was never a mention of this requirement and furthermore, nothing is written in the warranty or contract making this a requirement. Also, I am aware of another Tucson patient/customer of the D.I.Y. program who had the units picked up by Ms. Matarano after seven months use with the promise of a refund within 30 days. After four months, the patient still has not received the refund and is being given a runaround!
Another reason Ms. Matarano gave for not honoring the warranty was that I did not participate in monthly calls. There were no calls from D.I.Y. Also, she said I did not call when I felt the program was not working where D.I.Y. could make “adjustments”. Again, these requirements were never brought up to me either verbally or written in the warranty or contract. The warranty requirements are either very vague or non-existent.
I hope that anyone who is considering purchase of the D.I.Y. program heed my warning that they will go to extremes including citing fictitious undocumented situations to try and void the warranty. I feel that I have no recourse other than to pursue this through the legal system. Thanks for reading.

I've been messing around with this for years, at least 7-8 years doctor after doctor never answered my questions. It began when I was walking my dogs and losing my stride. When I moved here I went to acupuncture and the numbness and lack of balance continued but it improved a bit. I tried virtually everything like deep tissue fascia massage, chiropractic, PT, extensive walking, working out and topical creams. It isn't something I woke up with and it was just real bad but it snuck up on me. There was always some relief in micro bits and you get along. I found that I had drop foot as well as Neuropathy and meniscus tear in my right knee. At some point I tried a laser program runs from legs to toes and hands and provided relief but it needed to be updated every two months. That's when I read the advertisement for the lunch and I thought why not. I like to be in control and this program has given me that control of my health and I'm spending less money than I was with the other things I was doing. I found the application an hour in the morning and time at night over the 8 months I've been using it there has been improvement. This is like anything else worth while doing it takes time and you have to do it every day but its worth it! During this time I had the repair done on my right knee. In talking to my DIY coach she suggested I use it on my knee. I also got a cortisone shot and 3 weeks later I needed another and they said I had to wait 3 months to get another one. I used the lights and then cancelled my appointment for the next shot because I no longer needed it. The pain was gone after using the lights. The follow up has been good and always get my questions answered. I've accomplished what DIY said I would it has even improved my drop foot. I am extremely pleased with everything.

I am a customer of D.I.Y. I have used the system for over 3 months with very positive results. I measure these results in the loss of pain. I have reduced the amount of Lyrica I need to take by over 30%. I have reduced the Oxycodone from over 40 mg a day to under 5 mg occasionally, when flare up arise.

The best result for me is in the mornings. I use to take 10 mg of Oxycodone when I woke up and was still in bed. In about 20 minutes, I could get up and walk with little pain. Now I don't take any Oxycodone in the mornings and can function with little or no pain. this allows me to get dressed and take my meds in a structured time frame.

The results are excellent. Where I could not walk with my wife on shopping trips or nature hikes, I can now do this. I almost feel normal again, with just minor attention to my neuropathy instead of it controlling my life. Very satisfied with the results.

Also the support with phone calls for any questions, and personal visits to support my treatment schedules, is appreciated. I am not alone trying to resolve my discomfort. Very supportive people. I could not recommend this system any stronger. Thank you for the opportunity to tell others how wonderful this experience is.

My neuropathy started maybe 20-25 years ago. I had severe pain in my feet and ankles and felt like needles. I went to my doctor and he told me to go to the neurologist and they did those tests with the needles. When I left I was bleeding from my feet, my shins, legs and my arms and in more pain than when I went in. They told me what neuropathy was and I would never get any better only worse. This was just not acceptable to me and he sent me on my way. Phil my husband was reading an article from Dr G[redacted] and a lady wrote in that she was doing vick's vapo rub and light therapy and I wanted to try it but couldnt afford it. There was an article but I missed it but Pat my friend got an invite and wanted me to go. I went and liked that he explained what neuropathy was and that it can be reversed and then after they said they would come to my home. I started and love it so much! It feels warm and just feels good! Its easy and only an hour a day just sit and do your treatment. Even the vitamins I dont like medicines but these are so wonderful! I think the support I have g[redacted]en from my coach June has been wonderful and so nice to have someone there I know I can count. For my feet I dont have the pain anymore or the RLS where youre jumpng and popping has gone away but I still do my treatments and vitamins and I really really like it. My advice is to just try it! Its not a joke! I didnt think it was working but then it hit me I could wear sandles, s*s and dont need socks anymore. We went on a vacation for the first time in 6 years. When you dont feel good it cripples your life. I will never give this up! Someone asked me what d**s it do..my answer is it gives me LIFE! I even use it on my canine family member and still working on my husband! Thank you Dr J** for making this your life's work!

I had the most wonderful experience with Jason. My wife and I met and went over my health issues and discovered the Neoropathy Treatment Protocol would help her as well. Keith and Jason offered us an affordable option that would give us relief and return homeostasis. I look forward to meeting my coach and meeting my goals. Fish beware I'm coming for ya!

The company's representative presented the program to me and my family in a public meeting with a follow-up at our home. The presentation was not only informative but also entertaining. Each of us experiences different symptoms, but all of our conditions will supposedly respond to DIY Neurocare's program. After exploring the treatment with Tanya. we each agreed that each of us could and would benefit from the program. The company extended the requirements for us, since our discretionary income is severely limited. We were not pressured in any way whatsoever; I personally feel we've been gifted, because the approach seemed to be personal and not necessarily solely centered around business.

I went to a seminar for DIY Neurocare and listened to the speaker at the restaurant. My wife is diabetic and has feet that are on fire every night. She said "this may be for me" and I have been suffering from the same thing and pins and needles in my hands and feet. So my wife said to go to see what they can do for us. Ken was our speaker that night knew exactly what he was talking about, We found out he knew because he had it too. My wife is on the same medications. Eventually she is hoping to get off of those medications. We learned that nerve neuropathy is NOT specific to just diabetics it is also from surgery and all of the other causes and was surprised to hear that. All the drugs on the market only ever talk about diabetics. We also know its from surgery and we had no idea. We loved Dustin! He was very sincere and truthful and shared with us his own experience. He let us decide what we felt about it and let us decide from there. We discussed things and decided to go for it. We wanted help and it meant a lot to us. Price was no object and we couldn't afford alot but we knew we had to do it. We were overwhelmed because we didn't expect to have DIY and Keith be so generous and care enough to help us. For the first time my wife was speachless.

The lights have 90% cured my neuropathy but the bigger pain issue from my RA has diminished considerably. I had progressive symptoms for the last 4 years. I had my total knee done and noticed my toes were more and more numb. Probably the thing that made me take notice is I was in the pool and pushed off and scraped my foot and toes and was bleeding and I didn't even feel it. It caught my attention something was going on. I went to a DIY presentation and started looking for reasons and cures. We had been putting out a lot of money out because we had just moved but knew I needed to do something. At the seminar the science intrigued me since I have a medical background. It was explained perfectly and it made sense. When the initial evaluation he went into the science more and I realized my neuropathy had progressed more than I had thought. I bought a system and did it religiously and it was easy to do just do it watching tv or relaxing. The level of numbness was gradual and and the fact it was clearing up my toenail fungus made it clear it was doing something for me. About two months in my neuropathy I was noticeably better. I've just continued doing it every day and noticed my rheumatoid got worse when I quit so now I go back to treating every day again. My daughter is also encouraging us to go Vegan, gluten free and non GMO foods and that combined has helped turn things around. The other day we went for a long walk and when we got back my feet and toes were so painful so I immediately went back and did my treatment and felt so much better! I would anticipate doing this virtually forever but anything that makes you feel better without taking a pain pill is worth doing.

I made a reservation by phone on August 17th, and it was confirmed by phone from a representative on or about Aug.19. The presentation was to be at [redacted] Café at 9am on Aug. 22 in San Diego, both printed on the mailer I received and the phone call on the 19th. I arrived at [redacted] about 8:45 am on the 22nd. The waiter at the door told me that the representative had left about 8:40 am saying that there were not enough people present to conduct a presentation. No one was there from DIY to meet or great personally. I will not try them again.
