I am rejecting this response because:The first phone call Tiauna and I had she said that I could be credited for my time remain on contract (months, even though I haven't used the service for at least months after the deal went bad) or she could extend my contractI told her that I was not willing to do business with DoHardMoney againI am await response via email from her, if she will not credit me for time, we will not be able to find a reasonable resolution for both partys.

We were waiting on confirmation from the investor that the funds had been receivedThat was communicated to Mr*** on 6/and 6/We received confirmation on the 30thFunds were disbursed to his account this morning in the amount of $1276.50, which was the final amount as per

I am rejecting this response because: At this point this has been the worst business transactions I've dealt withPer Bank of America you the business has been fighting my refund however you've had my money for over months while were in the process of my charge back and then suspended all access, which is completely fine because your program wasn't what I was interested inMy only reason for soliciting your business was to get access to funding not to get a training systemI was completely misledNow because you have total control if you lend to me I don't feel if you could you would, so in the end you as a company will wait the waiting period out, not fund a loan and still keep my money if your allowed toAt this state I just want a refund and severe all ties with Do Hard Money

I am rejecting this response because: There is nothing with the credit bureau that should be stopping me OR my wife. Andrea is new, Freda my other rep was new and is now gone. Well training your staff is not my job. You have wasted my time. I will get my money back so I would recommend you just agree to the credit dispute so that we can both move on. I am not paying you all this money if your not going to finance the deals like you promised. I will continue to tell everyone I know on here, Facebook, yelp and every other service I come across how slimy you guys are. It is also the reason you guys keep changing your names. I have contacted the Attorney Generals Office in both your state and mineI will also be contacting the postal service and FBI about your scam

Research into this account shows the following: phone records of a minute phone call days prior to enrollment into the program, which indicates that there was plenty of time to weigh a decisionThe disputed purchase was for enrollment in a system to have access to tools and resources and not
a guarantee of funding for any/every deal brought to usThe signed documents are a record of agreement to and understanding of those termsFurther records show no potential deals submitted where there was interaction with our teamDocumentation also shows that this member gave us no opportunity to resolve any issues, clarify any confusion or help them to be successful with the resourcesLike all legitimate lenders we DO set the criteria for the properties and deals for which we will extend fundingIt would be irresponsible for us to do otherwise when lending in an industry where potential borrowers statistically need to review approximately potential transactions before finding one that is a good investmentThis member charged back with their credit card company before filing this complaint and has already received the money
