We have used Erie Construction to replace our windows and to add insulation to our home. We have been very satisfied with both experiences. They were very professional with the installation. Our windows are beautiful! The insulation was completed very neatly. Overall, we were very pleased with the entire process from start to finish and will use them again when needed!
Our contract with Erie Construction was for a basement remodel. We have followed the Owens Corning wall product in the past but poor reviews turned us away. The product has now been greatly upgraded and Erie is the sole contractor in our area to install the product. The design ideas offered in the initial meeting with Erie really helped us hone the project and the installers couldn't have been better. We are very pleased with the final product. Just so you are aware... there will be incentives to sign with Erie... make sure you bargain hard and get the most you can and then some. Our interface with the company and the product they provided are top notch.

up the area great when finished. We then had a problem with a leak called them

We had a very positive experience with Erie Construction. Our window were delivered on time, and were all installed in 1.5 days, by a gentleman who really knows his stuff. He had to come back the second day only to finish some outside trim work. Three of the double hung windows that replaced an old picture window were not locking correctly, but a technician was sent out from Toledo to tweak them and now they are working perfectly. All the other windows were and are working just fine. We already notice how much warmer the house is and see a difference in our gas bill. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional! I highly recommend this company.

The installers were friendly, worked hard and cleaned up afterwards like they were never there. Sales guys were friendly and helpful Company stays I touch though the whole process and checks in after job is competed. I would use them again in the future.
These guys are the thugs of the construction world. They get your info and try to sell you a lousy deal. When you turn them down they constantly harass you with calls and home visits as if I will magically change my mind and give them my money. The calls are constant even after you express your wish to never have anything to do with them ever again. If I called these people's personal numbers and harrrased them like this id be in jail by now. Being a member of the armed forces I'll be sure to put them on the do not do business with this company list. I'm not sure if these people are incompetent or vengeful.

The construction crews did a fine job from start to finish and the contact people during the project were great to work with. We enjoy both the energy savings and

I had a sales rep knock on my door at 5:15 in the evening who explained that he was working on a job down the street. He then started his sales pitch. I tried to explain to him that I was in a hurry and leaving for work. He would not listen and cut me off. I then turned to go back inside. The sales rep then became upset and called me a derogatory name and cursed at me as he was leaving. He was the most unprofessional person I have ever met. I will never do any business with this company. I will also tell everyone in my homeowners association about my experience to make sure they don't do business with them either.

I was stopped by an Erie salesman and asked if I would accept a free quote on new windows. Since we are actually in the market for new windows I agreed. However, after looking this company up and reading a lot of bad reviews, I decided that window companys are not few and far between and I have been given many company recommendations for companys with exceptional value and service. I decided I will not give my money to a company with bad reviews and who has left customers with unfinished work and problems. I just wont, there are too many options out there to settle on someone who is less than the best. When the manager [redacted] called me to confirm the estimate time I told him I decided to look elsewhere for windows and was no longer interested in a quote. He would not take no for answer, telling me that anyone can post bad reviews and that they are not necessarily true and basically I'm wrong for looking up reviews before deciding on a company. He then proceeded to call me a "single lane" and make other sexually harassing comments toward my decision such as "Just wow". This confrms my decision to steer clear of this company. WHY? I called Erie at the number listed on their website looking to talk with someone about ordering a replacement gasket for one of the step-in tubs they sold in 2012, and they said all their tubs are custom and they don't carry any parts. So, be carful with this company and don't expect any follow up or warranty because they will say they don't have parts. Disappointment is what they offer!!!
