Erie Construction installed a steel shingled roof for my personal residence. The sales team and crew were very professional and polite. The product delivered was exactly as I expected and installed perfectly. I have zero complaints.
My Mom & I had Erie do four windows in the front of our home. The windows were supposed to be tinted & we noticed that they had a bit of a tint to them & when the salesman came back to do the final inspection he noticed that they weren't tinted & that the tint we were seeing was from the windows being baked. He said that they were going to make things right. He never treated us like we were "a couple of dumb women"! He could've not said anything but he told us the truth about it & to us that means a lot!
They're a bit expensive, but the people are really friendly, and the roof does come with a lifetime warranty. The representative was very informational and interesting to talk to. I initially wanted the unused satellite dish on the roof removed. Somewhere down the line, this request was lost and forgotten. Upon coming home to them almost finished with installing the new roof, I requested the dish to be taken down, and they did it without a problem!
The whole Erie Construction Team has been great to work with during the phased approach in replacing 40 windows in our house. The are professional in showing their products, answering all questions and concerns, measuring and remeasuring windows before placing order. Especially noteworthy was the installation team,. They rare extremely knowledgeable and continually kept us advised throughout the installation process. Additionally, the site was immaculate both inside the house and out after the job was completed. Would have no reservations about recommending the Erie construction team to anyone.
Everyone that we came in contact with from Erie Construction Company was very polite and friendly! Everything that was going to take place was fully explained to us by Mr. [redacted] and the representative that was with him. Mr [redacted] later came out and told us what was going to happen and he was very pleasant! The Installer Mr. [redacted] was very courteous and helpful! He let us know just what to expect!
I was extremely satisfied with how the jets worked! I was having some back pain before I got into the tub. The minute the jets started, I could feel the pressure hitting my back and it felt good! The jets really helped my back pain!

Mr, [redacted] visited our home, observed my roof and provided a detailed description of their products and workmanship. He explained Erie's costs not the cheapest but was explained the quality and life of the materials the com[any would provide. We were impressed with his openness and presentation. We decided to go with Erie.
The installation crew arrived early and worked efficiently all day and insured the property was cleaned before they left. There is a small roof that needed to be completed. Mr. [redacted]. of the central office in Ohio has been in regular contact with me to ensure we were satisfied with the work performed and to make arrangement for the small roof over our back door completed when weather permits. I am impressed with Erie's follow-up contacts.
Our experience with Erie Construction Midwest, Inc. has been a positive one. The sales representatives were knowledgeable and courteous. They arrived at the
scheduled time equipped to answer all our questions. The construction crew was prompt as scheduled and their installation of 5 windows was accomplished in about 4.5 hours. They cleaned up after themselves during and after the construction.
One of the installed windows malfunction a few days later. A call to the company scheduled a repairman who came at the scheduled time and resolved the problem without difficulty. This company is a high class organization.
We hired erie to replace the roof on our home, when the crew showed up at daylight, they immediately started working and stayed on the job till dark. The roof looks great, and the crews cleaned up the site, just as it was before they came. After two days of about 14 hrs, each day, the job was complete. The crews were very professional and courteous throughout the job.
Starting with the low pressure and knowledgeable salesmen that got us a great deal on 5 windows to the skilled installers who did an above average job installing and clean up. All were very friendly, professional and courteous. The windows are doing the job lie we were told they should. The furnace runs about half what it used to and the house stays warmer.We would gladly recommend them and their service to others.
We are very pleased with the quality of windows that we had installed. The crew that came in were business like but very willing to answer our questions about the workings of the windows . I was impressed that everything was cleaned up inside and out when they finished installing. Would not be afraid to recommend them to my friends and family .
I called many months ago to get a basic quote. They insisted that both parties be present. So if you are married, don't tell them, otherwise you'll both need to be present for their presentation. If you have kids and or don't work the same shift, that's problematic. I eventually got a date worked out. The salesman called and said his current appointment was running over and he cancelled. OK. Well after a second appointment, the salesman never showed up. Like I said, this was month's ago. I called and the manager said it wasn't like that salesman etc.... Said she was gonna see about scheduling an appointment where my wife didn't have to be there. No calls, until today. The salesman, not sure if the same one or not, called to check and see if we were still interested. Long story short, I asked that my name be removed from their database. I don't have time to deal with a company that can't even give you a quote or hold appointments.
Erie did a fantastic job on our replacement windows-energy star, triple pane with Krypton gas. The salesman, [redacted], was very professional. We had unique needs because of our contemporary home and crazy windows, but [redacted] did a fantastic job at handling that. [redacted], the installer, is a true craftsman. He does the work really well no matter what the issue is.

Guys did a good job, love the results. Took a little longer than expected but the finished siding was lovely.
