Our experience with Erie Construction was great. We were pleased with the organization and speed of install and are very pleased with the end product. They were careful of our property and thorough. Both Erie and the install team were very professional. Overall our experience was great and we would highly recommend.
They came out and put in a back door and have not did anything else.....still waiting for this company to show up. I called 3 times and they always say that they will be able to make it... but never show up. I will not recommend this company to know one I know
The Erie Construction sales rep. took the time to explain that a roof is more than the shingles on the outside. Lack of ventilation was a problem with my old roof system. A solar fan was offered as a solution to this problem.
The work crew showed up on time, finished the project in less time than anticipated, and cleaned up so that it looked like they hadn't been there.
Completed outstanding work even with a inclimate weather day delay due to snow and icy conditions. We didn't want anyone falling off the roof and getting injured. We are very happy with our New Roof and highly recommend them..
I contracted with Erie Construction Midwest Inc to blow in insulation into my attic, lay a radiant barrier on top of the insulation, and to install a solar powered attic fan. The cost was reasonable with the sales person willing to negotiate the final price. The work was professionally done and completed in a few hours. The insulation was blown into the attic through the hole cut into the roof for the attic fan, so there was no mess inside my house. The also crew cleaned up the yard after the work was completed. Overall a positive experience.
We had a roof done in the city of Rochester. The crew was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Our roof was completed in a timely fashion and the crew did not shy away to work on both Saturday and Sunday to complete the job. The roof looks great and the yard after was cleaned and left in a good condition. I would use Erie Construction for my next home improvement need.
They delivered the product as agreed and on time as promised. The sales approach from [redacted] was straight forward with no hidden costs. The implementation crew worked in total 2 full days over 3 days, even with rain off and on. They worked into the evening promising they would be done at a certain time and they did. The roof came out looking very nice and is much quieter than our old shingled roof. Quality of the materials was just as expaluned during the sales process. They cleaned up the work areas and all materials hauled away. Very clean job.
Very impressed with how efficiently and thoroughly the installation crews did their job (including cleanup), and I appreciate their supervisor stopping by to check-in while he was in the area. We had eleven windows replaced and new gutters and downspouts installed in no time at all.
I am most satisfied with the total job that Erie Construction did on my roof. When the initial meeting took place, the representative did a thorough inspection of my roof and attic. He went over my options with me and explained each one in detail. We decided on the Erie metal roof because we wouldn't have to replace our roof ever again. The crew that installed the roof did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. The total job only took three days!

It was a great customer experience - they made several visits to our home to make sure we were getting the color and product we wanted. The work crew was on time and extremely efficient. They had everythign finished in only two days and were very respectful of our home and time. We love our new roof, I would definitely recommend Erie to anyone looking to do any kind of home improvement.

Their staff was present on the job to ensure a proper installation. I was very happy with their services. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Erie sent a team of teenage kids walking through our neighborhood trying to get people to schedule appointments. Not knowing any better we agreed. They called and confirmed our appointment the night before, but the sales guy never showed or called. Read several other sites where other people had the same experience. They are not accredited and don't have a very good rating with the Revdex.com. We will not be doing business with them.
