Review: My car was illegally towed from a 24 hour visitor parking spot because of an expired guest permit. I parked my car in the spot around 10pm and it was towed at 1am. They lied about the address where it was parked and they broke into my car and took the parking passDesired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed $175, or if this has to go to court I'd like $175 plus court fees.

We did not lie about where this vehicle was towed. The complainant was towed from a resident space (not a visitor) which needs a valid permit, Complainant displayed an expired guest permit and was towed for that reason. We did in fact obtain the permit, which is required by ** law. Attached is a picture of the vehicle prior to tow- if the vehicle was in fact in a visitor space you would see " VISITOR" stenciled on the ground.
