The time the seats were allocated we did not have a rule where psgr would have to payThis was introduced at a latter stageAs an airline we can change rulesAs mentioned earlier when the staff finds that the psgr is unable to help himself they can deny the emergency seats.This is not just with Airindia but with all airlinesWe are sorry we will not be able to give you a refund on this ticket.

The response we have received from both Bangalore states as we mentioned earlier,that no one was at the counter when they closed itThis is clear that you were late Again in Mumbai you were late so they could not accept you on the flightNeither station claims to have told you anythingTherefore we are sorry once again we cannot refund your ticket as you bought it on your own accord

We need to have the ticket numbers names of psgrs in full so that we can take up the issue with our counter parts in India as the occurance was in MumbaiWe shall have their explanation on receipt of the details received from the psgr

This is absolutely ridiculous! You accept all of the faults in the service rendered by Air India but at the end you say that you still cannot refund my money? How is that even fair? I did not pay ~$to be served uncleaned food, have a horrifying jetlag and back ache because of discomfort caused by your aircraft and be served by incompetent staff members! I will absolutely not settlle for anything less than a full refund of my money

We have nothing more to add as explained earlier the psgr had excess baggage therefore she was chargedThere is no refund in this caseA receipt was issued to her for excess baggage this was replied earlier

I am rejecting Air India response as they didn't inform us that they are putting us on a flight which was already delayed and when I spoke to Kuwait airways regarding putting us on a different flight, they told us that they are doing a favor to us by brining us when Air India cancelled their flightAlso, there was nobody from Air India in Kuwait to help us, they shouldn't reject my claim and serious look into this as it is their flight technical issue
