Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Prior to April 7, I received a notice to represent needed documents to a PLS store in order to keep my account activated I did represent my California Identification card and give my social security number, and required information to the customer service representative at this PLS STORE location:PLS Check Cashers [redacted] ***I inquired if anything else was needed and she stated that nothing else was needed She scanned my State identification card, and told me I could leave I had provided the needed information After providing needed information before April 7, my account was still terminatedI do not understand why my account would be terminated after I provided sufficient information prior to April Regards,

Good afternoon, *** I've attached the customer response letter and supporting documents we're sending to Mr [redacted] regarding his complaint The transactions in the complaint were from May 2012, and all three were declined His account has been closed since the end of with a zero balance I suspect he got confused by look at an old pending transaction list and thought that he'd been charged, but these transaction never posted to his balance Please let me know if you have any questions Thank you

After back and forth phone calls with numerous Bancorp representatives my money was finally transferred to my bank of choice
