Not only does this again fail to resolve my problem but it does not address the poor customer serviceYou sent me a letter late to advise of the day timeframe and your agent had originally advised me in the beginning of January there would be a resolutionIt wasn't until after I reached out again I was told by February 12th I would receive a resolution to the caseThis is poor service on all accounts and I feel like you guys should be accommodating to credit me as you have failed to properly advise me of timelines and respond to my inquiries.

I will be launching chimereviews.com and cloning to both chimesucks.com and chimefraud.com, then versions with 'bancorp' prefixed (It will be nearly identical to https://attmobilereviews.com)Naturally they will rank under chime.com because of domain relevancyI'll be creating profiles on all social networks for this and will use my automated software to blast the links in the comments sections of Chime's social media postsI'll also be adding these to my AdWords account and bidding for position so they rank next to chime.com for all relevant searchesJeff Drexler will be listed on the front page with his picture, as the cause for thisI despise bad service, that was the cause for "rude" remarksI can't stand incompetent people.Now I am also locked out of my account to even view my records, which is illegalI expect a copy of every statement provided to me or a lawsuit will be the second step.The sites will be live within weeks and will be sent to every email address my software can scrape for both Chime and Bancorp

There is still the matter of that is owed to me that the company is still unjustly hanging on toI have reopened my complaint with the FDIC as this is money that is still owed to meI am attaching a screenshot of what their customer service informed meThis company is vastly unprodessional and keeps incorrectly informing me or lying or evading the situationI would happily like to do away with them as soon as I am refunded my full monies.
