Best Local Marketing Firm in Los Angeles
Thanks to Ninna and her team of pros , my company still in business and striving. I wish their would be more honest companies like DCM who delivers results .

+1

Non-Performers: use their competitors, get better results.
One should always question a company that has nothing but 5 star reviews, especially a computer technology company. They will simply cherry pick those reviews that are positive, and the more honest reviews seem to vanish into thin air. Dot Com Media is not interested in their customer's business unless it also assists their own bottom line. After 3 years of marketing, I saw absolutely no increase in my positioning on the major search engines; essentially a waste of $36,000. My opinion, go with the other guys!

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:Dot Com Media Moguls contacted me via the telephone in late October of On the phone they told me how optimizing my website would increase it visibility and in return increase the number of people contacting my website Their representative explained how many of their customers increase the amount of their business revenues through this form of advertising Before signing the document, Nick their tech person said he would remake my website in order to close the deal Although it was not written in the contract, it was definitely discussed and agreed upon After hearing the response from [redacted] , I guess I should have not trusted DCM and insisted that the reconstruction of the website be in the written contract Since filing the complaint, Nick ask me to retract the complaint and he would redo the website as originally agreed on He said that he would complete the new site during the next days After days, I have yet to see any portion of a new improved site nor has Nick ask me the appropriate information to rebuild a new site In the past, whenever I had a website constructed it was usually completed in less than two weeksIn every case, there was always a lot of communication between the website engineer and me Unfortunately, this has has not happened here I resent the fact that they have twisted the truth I am not extorting them for any free service and this is a bunch of nonsense It is amazing that their response to other complaints is that everyone is trying to extort something from them They seem to forget, they have already been paid by me $5,and still have not rebuild the website as originally understood Who got extorted? They got my money and I got a bunch of broken promises Regards, Stephen [redacted]

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: The response is very concerning as the Company does not address the fact that 1) The credit card company mad e a determination that the services were not provided appropriatelyand 2) the Company does not address or acknowledge that since its services were not provided, they breached the contract and as such no money is due, 3) the Company's actions are so outrageous that if the Company does not pull back on the collections company, and respond to this complaint, I will be forced to bring formal legal action against them, including a quasi-class action (representative action) pursuant to CalBusand ProfCode section 17200, as well as a breach of contract cause of action, and breach of fair dealing, etc Per California law, the representative action allows for the recovery of attorneys fees, since is was the Company's common business practice to pray upon the public at large I look forward to the Company's timely response Regards, M [redacted]

none;">We have been in continuous contact with this client, before and after he filed this complaintThe client did contract us to perform optimization services on his website www[redacted] cpa.comWe are currently working on his site and since we began working the client has earned over 1" page placements on the major search enginesThe complaint that he has filed states that he contracted us to perform web design and optimization work, which is not accurateAs you can see in the attached contract which the client signed and agreed to there is no mention about web design work at allIt does however detail what optimization steps we will take in order to achieve increased organic placementsIt also clearly states that we guarantee to achieve at least 1" page placementsWe have in fact achieved almost times that number of resultsWe ran a report prior to beginning any work on the client’s website and that report clearly showed that the client had zero placements on the first page of Google, results on Bing and on YahooAfter our optimization that is proven to be successful since the client now has 1" page placements on Google, on Bing and on yahooWe have attached the detailed report for your review as well, which can be validated simply by going to Google, Yahoo and Bing and simply searching for the keywords listedThe client is unhappy with aspects which we were not responsible for changing such as the look of the site or the likeability of his site in the eyes of his clientsWe did recommend site design as we believe it to be an important aspect in client conversion, however Mr [redacted] decided against the design based on the price pointRegarding receiving our reports, we explained our timeline to the client and informed him that reports were issued in a timely manner as explained previously in his terms and conditions, as well as in a service timeline information sheet that was sent to the client when he began working with DCMHe has received a total of reports since he began working with DCM in October The client has spoken to his account representative weekly, he has also spoken with upper managementAny message that he left with the receptionist were taken, and calls were always returnedThe validity of these claims should be closely evaluated since all of the statements made in this complaint are falseThe other concern is that instead of allowing us to compensate his obvious concerns whether they were legitimate or not for the sake of customer service were countered with threats of negative reviews if a full refund were not issuedIt seems that this client is a fan of extortion tactics and that is obviously an enormous concern for usRegards, [redacted]

MrM [redacted] contracted our company for SEO services with a month commitment on 01/12/We were hired to improve the client's search engine placements for his website, www.plg1.comAs part of the SEO contract we also agreed to post blogs monthly to his blogThe blogging aspect of SEO is done after the programming work has been completedWe are very successful at this service and therefore we offer a specific guaranteed resultWe do require a 12-month commitment and we provide the first report with results in month The client was impatient and issued a chargeback against his payment with Visa in February, that is just month after the client signed upHe did not give us a chance to complete any results before he issued this chargeback under pretenses, stating that the services were not providedWe did complete the programming work and were not even able to complete installationWe did send the client to collections as is our policy for defaulting on the contract and issuing a chargeback I have attached a copy of the signed contract detailing the services purcahsed as well as the terms and conditions detailing the process, timeline and guarantee

Complaint: 11439934 I am rejecting this response because: Dot Com Media Moguls contacted me via the telephone in late October of 2015. On the phone they told me how optimizing my website would increase it visibility and in return increase the number of people contacting my website. Their representative explained how many of their customers increase the amount of their business revenues through this form of advertising. Before signing the document, Nick their tech person said he would remake my website in order to close the deal. Although it was not written in the contract, it was definitely discussed and agreed upon. After hearing the response from [redacted] , I guess I should have not trusted DCM and insisted that the reconstruction of the website be in the written contract. Since filing the complaint, Nick ask me to retract the complaint and he would redo the website as originally agreed on. He said that he would complete the new site during the next 10 days. After 8 days, I have yet to see any portion of a new improved site nor has Nick ask me the appropriate information to rebuild a new site. In the past, whenever I had a website constructed it was usually completed in less than two weeks. In every case, there was always a lot of communication between the website engineer and me. Unfortunately, this has has not happened here. I resent the fact that they have twisted the truth. I am not extorting them for any free service and this is a bunch of nonsense. It is amazing that their response to other complaints is that everyone is trying to extort something from them. They seem to forget, they have already been paid by me $5,500 and still have not rebuild the website as originally understood. Who got extorted? They got my money and I got a bunch of broken promises. Regards, Stephen [redacted]

We responded with proof * did you get it? Or we send by accident another companies report?, so we don’t know what else do you want us to respond with , to this random blabber talk from this customer, who just talks with no proofOur Legal team is preparing to take actions again this company for defamation and trashing our company with lies she posts publicly which she just gets from her headWe have the smallest page agreements in the industry , as an attorney she needed to read them before starting work and that is what she did and signedSo when she says tricked , what she is doing is getting a free job by taking our money from work we have doneThis is not a good business practice on her side, especially from an Attorney We delivered results as promised and was sent to Revdex.com to look atWe don’t know what results this person has in her head, but we work according to Google guidelines and straight forwardWe never promise exact keywords, only relevant that Google will pick up form their websiteDot Com Media Moguls

The client states that they contracted DCM to transfer hosting of their website from Foster Web MarketingHowever, if you review the attached contract you will see that NO WHERE does it mention hosting or hosting transfer in the contract. The client also states that DCM deleted data and that
DCM refuses to admit itWe absolutely did NOT delete any dataTaylor Law Company’s website went down because their contract with Fosters Web Marketing expiredIt would have been unlawful to transfer the website prior to their expiration dateAlso, because the contract that Taylor Law Company signed with DCM did not specify hosting we were unable to transfer their website to our serverThe only reason their website was no longer live was because Fosters Web Marketing took it down when their contract endedDCM had no part in their website no longer being live. Our representative had discussed a transfer with the client that would have been seamless, had the client chosen to add this option to their contractWhen the website went down the representative tried to help them regain the information they had lost. Unfortunately the process would take several days, and Taylor Law Company was not happy about the waitIn order to appease them and out of good faith of having a long prosperous relationship with Taylor Law Company, we agreed to pay their previous company for a “static” version of the website (a static version is the information without the functionality of the website or even the format)DCM did end up paying the $for the “static” versionHowever, Taylor Law Company was still not satisfied and decided they wanted to terminate the relationshipWe offered to refund the money they had paid so far $2700, minus the $DCM spent on the “static” websiteTaylor Law Company declined and proceeded to do a chargeback. Please note that this series of events in no way have any part in the contract that Taylor Law Company has signedThe $that they paid was for a Search Optimization Package, please review the attached contractAlso I have attached the completed work that DCM was contracted to do and completed, for your referenceRegardless of Taylor Law Company’s claims, DCM did do the work that we were contracted to do. Also please note that the reason for this complaint is because they have lost several attempts at processing a chargeback because the Credit Card Company agrees that we are not at fault for their website being down and we did uphold our end of the contract

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]
Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: I am not slandering this company. I am stating the facts. If I am slandering you, sue me. As for the illegibility of the contract, the person on the phone said that I had to return it by the end of the day in order to get the benefit of the offer and it was 4:in the afternoon. If this company is so professional and has such a great product, then why do they simply not give me a refund and go the next person who is just clamoring for this?? The reason is that there is no next person. And, above all, make them produce the recording. I assure you that if they did and after an expert analyzed it for tampering, the truth would be clear. DO NOT EVERY DARKEN MY INBOX OR PHONE WITH YOUR PRESENCE AGAIN.
Regards,
Stephanie Hendricks

The client signed into a month service contract for
Advanced Local Double Impact SEODot Com Media offers its clients exclusivity,
meaning that we will not work with another company in the same specific
industry in the same areaDCM guarantees to achieve at least first page search
engine placements by the first Ranking Report which is with approximately
months if nothing on the client's side is interfering with our process which is also indicated in the full contract which by the way we only have pages, instead of other seo companies that have pages +Our contract is very straight forwardAlso if the client signed contract by not even looking or She is says " Stupidly" , then how is it our problem? I think there is no reason for this client to even talk bad about us ( Defamation or Slandering) , because we only in the early stage of the process and no results have been achieved as of yetI would like for this client to remove this Public Complaint because it does not have any base at this timePlus this client is an Attorney who knows better , when you sign any papers you need to read it
Per the signed terms and
agreement the client is aware that the policy states that:( a snippet from the Contract signed by this client)
“No
refund will be rewarded prior to the Initial Ranking Report being issuedThere
is no cancellation policy prior to the Initial Ranking ReportAny alteration
or cancellation must be agreed to and stipulated per addendumIf DCM fails to
achieve twenty-five (25) 1st page placements within the Local
Map and/or the Organic Results by the Initial Ranking Report, Client may
obtain a prorated refund of its fees after additional services have been
deducted after the Initial Ranking Report has been issuedMonthly maintenance
charges following the initial term will be billed month-to-month at then
current services prices (subject to future price adjustments), until terminated
in accordance with service agreement terms & conditions which are hereby
incorporated by referenceIf client would like to cancel monthly maintenance
services after the initial term, a cancellation addendum must be signed and
submitted with days prior notice of the effective cancellation dateThere
is no cancellation during the initial contract term.”

I have already stated why I am rejecting this complaint. This business is fraudulent and does not take care of the services they are to provide for customers. I did not file this complaint on principle as they allege. I stated the basis for my complaint the first time I sent this and also when I responded. We maintain this company DID NOT provide the services they were contracted to do (even putting aside the hosting issue), they admit to this in emails, they admit to deleting data that caused issues with our site, they offered to refund money and never did so, and they admit they could not provide the services they were contracted to do which is why we terminated our business with them. We as a consumer have every right to complain about being defrauded and make it known to others that this company is NOT to be trusted. They can allege what they want but the email upon email of correspondence between us and them clearly demonstrate they could not and did not provide the services they were contracted to do. That is the basis of this complaint and when principle is mentioned it is soley to get word out to prevent this company from victimizing other consumers as they did us. Thank you for your time

This client signed and
verbally agreed to a contract with our company on October 16, 2014, at which
time we began working right awayThe client was continuously difficult to get
a hold of and failed to provide requested information in a timely manner
However we
continued to work and do additional research in order to complete
the programming portion of the work as necessary so that we would achieve the
guaranteed resultsWe have made multiple attempts to assist this client to no
availPer our terms and conditions once the work was completed we sent the
client the completed work to self install, unfortunately the client failed to
install the programming that we spent extra time creating and that is why he
has yet to see the promised resultsBelow is an excerpt from the terms and
conditions that the client signed and agreed to:
“DCM will not be liable for non-positioning and non-delivery of placements and positioning if DCM is not given access to add
the necessary SEO code (sfiles) onto client’s website via correct and accurate FTP access information and/or CMS administrative access information when necessaryIf client fails to provide accurate and complete website access in a timely manner or the access does not give DCM the ability to apply SEO code (sfiles), they will then be created to the best of DCM’s capabilities without proper access to the client’s websiteThe SEO code (s
files) will then be sent to client and/or client’s agents for self-installation.”
Instead of responding to us
so that we could assist in installing this work the client avoided usWe also
faced multiple payment issues with this client, there were many declined
payment as well as the client providing fraudulent payment informationThe
payments we did receive, the client attempted to process chargebacks on,
fortunately his credit card company agreed that we did in fact meet the terms
of our contract and his chargebacks were dismissedNow this person is
attempting to slander our good nameThis complaint has no bases and we would like for Revdex.com to delete it from the records because this client is Slandering our name, this may result in us taking legal action against this individualThis is our only respond will be to this person

At this point whether or not this client rejects our proof is irrelevantShe has admitted to her own incompetence by not reading a legally binding contract which she signed, she could have requested another copy of the contract that she said was illegible but chose not toWe do not use pressure tactics and only show potential clients results already achieved for existing clients who are satisfied and grateful for our servicesShe saw the potential and that is why she chose to sign the contract and pay a depositSince she said yes and provided her signed authorization , we locked down her industy and location and are currently not offering it to anyone elseWe also send our contracts not just by fax but also by email, which she chose not to mention in her complaintSo if the fax did not come out on her side very well ,she could have printed the emailed version or requested to re-fax before she signedI really dont know who is more of a crook here , a company that would promore this client's website to achieve more exposure and thus business or this client who is trying to spread lies and call us names based on no fault of ours or how she says her own stupidityThis is our last reply , because we feel that this client likes to just Slander the company that she hasn't even given a chance to attempt the promised resultsThank you
