The client states that they contracted DCM to transfer hosting of their website from Foster Web Marketing. However, if you review the attached contract you will see that NO WHERE does it mention hosting or...

hosting transfer in the contract.
 
The client also states that DCM deleted data and that DCM refuses to admit it. We absolutely did NOT delete any data. Taylor Law Company’s website went down because their contract with Fosters Web Marketing expired. It would have been unlawful to transfer the website prior to their expiration date. Also, because the contract that Taylor Law Company signed with DCM did not specify hosting we were unable to transfer their website to our server. The only reason their website was no longer live was because Fosters Web Marketing took it down when their contract ended. DCM had no part in their website no longer being live.
Our representative had discussed a transfer with the client that would have been seamless, had the client chosen to add this option to their contract. When the website went down the representative tried to help them regain the information they had lost.  Unfortunately the process would take several days, and Taylor Law Company was not happy about the wait. In order to appease them and out of good faith of having a long prosperous relationship with Taylor Law Company, we agreed to pay their previous company for a “static” version of the website (a static version is the information without the functionality of the website or even the format). DCM did end up paying the $1000 for the “static” version. However, Taylor Law Company was still not satisfied and decided they wanted to terminate the relationship. We offered to refund the money they had paid so far $2700, minus the $1000 DCM spent on the “static” website. Taylor Law Company declined and proceeded to do a chargeback.
 
Please note that this series of events in no way have any part in the contract that Taylor Law Company has signed. The $2700 that they paid was for a Search Optimization Package, please review the attached contract. Also I have attached the completed work that DCM was contracted to do and completed, for your reference. Regardless of Taylor Law Company’s false claims, DCM did do the work that we were contracted to do.
 
Also please note that the reason for this complaint is because they have lost several attempts at processing a chargeback because the Credit Card Company agrees that we are not at fault for their website being down and we did uphold our end of the contract.

We responded with proof * did you get it? Or we send by accident another companies report?, so we don’t know what else do you want us to respond with ,  to this random blabber talk from this customer, who just talks with no proof. Our Legal team is preparing to take actions again this company for defamation and trashing our company with lies she posts publicly which  she just gets from her head. We have the smallest  2 page agreements in the industry , as an attorney she needed to read them before starting work and that is what she did and signed. So when she says tricked , what she is doing is getting a free job by taking our money from work we have done. This is  not a good business practice on her side, especially from an Attorney  We delivered results as promised and was sent to Revdex.com to look at. We don’t know what results this person has in her head, but we work according to Google guidelines and straight forward. Do not use this service. The entire experience was unprofessional. I received a stock and ungrammatical web site submission and was placed in an unacceptable and incorrect category. When I requested there "Termination Form" it was not provided in a timely manner.

Before choosing DCM Moguls I was lucky if I was getting 2 hits a day from organic traffic on Google, Yahoo and Bing . DCMMOguls.com was targeting my site with about 25 different keywords. All of the keywords they were trying to optimize had no rankings in Google, Yahoo and Bing prior to their work has begun! Now all of my keywords are ranked: 2 in the top 10, 4 in the top 30 and the rest in the top 50. Now I’m getting 35-40 hits a day on nearly 40 different keywords! They provided plenty of detailed reports letting you know exactly how your keywords have changed since the last update. I’m really happy with their results and communication.

CM Moguls is a great company, and I am so thankful they called me about the problems on my website. Granted, that might sound a little strange, but it’s the truth. They presented everything in layman’s terms, and managed to fulfill their promise of getting me on Google. If I had to recommend anything it would be to get better graphics for their landing pages, but that’s not that big of a deal.

DCM Moguls team followed through with their promised work, were easy to work with, and were right on time every step of the way.
