Scammers. Send out letters saying you could be fined up to $10,000 for not doing a US DOT update that alot of companies do not even have to do. The letter is very scary, with big bold and underlined PAST DUE on it several times, and the sentence about getting fined in bold. Scammed me, a senior citizen, out of $149 for a service that was not even needed. I was never required to file these updates because when I owned a truck many years ago, I did not travel state to state. The man at this company made me believe that 1. I was dealing directly with the US DOT department (not true, this is a privately owned company), and 2. Everyone who has a US DOT number is required to file updates or get fined (not true, only companies traveling state to state have to do updates, which can be done for free directly thru the US DOT government website). Upon receiving the letter, I was immediately very scared and worried about the threat of a fine up to $10,000. I called the company and told them I did not understand what this was all about, especially because I sold my truck years ago and no longer work. Gordon led me to believe that it was absolutely required and pressured me to give a credit card over the phone for the $149 fee, then he sent me a form to fill out and return to him so they could file it. When I received the form, I thought I would have a friend look over all of this before I send it back, and that is when I found out from her that this update was never required and that I just got scammed. When my friend and I called this company requesting a refund because this was a service that was not needed, the man got very hostile with us, and I mean HOSTILE!!! I could not believe it. Stay away from this company!!!!

Liars and scammers. They'll lie and deceive you over the phone and try to get you to pay $149 to renew your DOT. If you call the DOT department directly they'll tell you that there is no fee to file or update. They're not affiliated with the DOT or government at all. There a 3rd party scammer looking up your info and mailing you a letter saying you need to call them to update your info or you'll be penalized $1,000/ day up to $10,000 which is a lie. Then when you call them out on it they become disrespectful and hang up on you.

They charged my Credit Card without permition. they will not refund my Credit Card. they did the same thing a year ago.
The D O T compliance group said I gave them permission to charge my card on Feb. 5th 2020 they then charged my card on Feb. 15th 2020 the charge was preceded by a .01 cent charge to see if the account was working. I was on vacation out of the country from Feb. 1st to Feb 15th and did not give them permission nor did I speak to anyone at thier company in this time. They told me that Ricky took my order. I asked to speak to Ricky and was told he was no longer with the company. I have called several times and they refuse to give me a refund. They did the same thing with the same credit card a year ago June 13th 2019 I put a dispute in with my credit card and they said their was nothing they could do. The charge in 2019 was for $149.00
