DOT Compliance Group

It was a pleasure working alongside LaShunda this morning. It's comforting to know that there are still employees like her around who are modest, polite, trustworthy, and courteous. She and others like her are what matter in the corporate world.

I've been back and forth with the DOT and insurance, and everyone has been giving me the runaround. I called this morning and spoke to Ms. Kimberly Lach, who was extremely helpful and advised me to deal with her going forward. She then informed me of the requirements I need to meet in order to be in compliance with the DOT, called the insurance for me, and sent the necessary paperwork. She is highly recommended.

The agent, Marcos , was incredibly attentive, really professional, and ready to allay any of my worries and assist us in resolving our procedures. He gave us a 10/10 and we gratefully acknowledge it.
