I have use Down Right Satellite at my old home, new home and my business They are always on time, never rushed and always finish the job beyond my satisfaction I will not call anyone else when it comes to my Satellite needs! I have also recommended them to my friends and they have been very satisfied as well

Paul is fantastic for his customer service and providing us with exactly what I was looking for! I wanted to rent a portable satellite system to take to a tailgate party out of town, no one in our area could provide this service One phone call to Paul and he put together a system for us and delivered it to our house He sat the whole system up and gave us detailed instructions on how to do it, he offered to come to the tailgate and set it up for us but that would be hours from our home He is fantastic at what he does and I would recommend Paul for any technology services he can provide!

We decided to go with dish as we could not get cable at our Boathouse We had quick and polite service They were very helpful in directions as to how to use as we were not at all familiar with how dish worked They left us with a card to call for any questions, concerns or problems We have not needed to use that number as they answered all questions before they left

Down right corrected problems in my RV tv system and installed The Dish Hopper system in my homeThe installation in my home was complicated by the way the existng system was installed and they solved all the comparability problems in a very professional mannerI'm very satisfied with their service
