I have use Down Right Satellite at my old home, new home and my business. They are always on time, never rushed and always finish the job beyond my satisfaction. Paul and [redacted] installed an over the air antenna and DVR at our home. It was somewhat complicated due to the sheer amount of previously installed wiring they needed to sort through. They did an outstanding job. Even came back later at no charge to fine tune a couple of things. We highly recommend Down Right Satellite!

After I determined I wanted Direct TV I talked to my neighbor who had used Down Right Satellite to install his satellite dish. He was happy with the installation so I went ahead and had them install my dish.
I was very pleased with Paul and his assistant as they worked with me to place the dish properly, get the TV's hooked up correctly AND get it all going in a within a day or two. ( There were some concerns about hard wiring the various boxes SO we got a wireless system for free!)
I've had occasion to call/email Paul with questions and his replies have been quick and informative.
I would have no problem recommending Down Right Satellite to anyone looking to have Satellite TV installed at their home.

Paul is fantastic for his customer service and providing us with exactly what I was looking for! I wanted to rent a portable satellite system to take to a tailgate party out of town, no one in our area could provide this service. One phone call to Paul and he put together a system for us and delivered it to our house.

He sat the whole system up and gave us detailed instructions on how to do it, he offered to come to the tailgate and set it up for us but that would be 2 hours from our home.

We had Down Right set us up with Dish Network. They showed up when scheduled and we were very satisfied with the work.

We decided to go with dish as we could not get cable at our Boathouse. We had quick and polite service. They were very helpful in directions as to how to use as we were not at all familiar with how dish worked. They left us with a card to call for any questions, concerns or problems. We have not needed to use that number as they answered all questions before they left.

Paul & [redacted] are great to work with. Weve had issues with past installers so it was great to have someone come into my home(being female). They talked to me, explained things and had conversations. They didnt act like I was invisible! I cannot thank them enough for not only having awesome attitudes but for fixing the past installers mess! Will never call anyone else again!

Purchased an installed roof top antenna from these guys today. I'm getting all the local channels from out in Walford, IA with full strength signals. These guys are professional, considerate, friendly and fast. I was quite impressed and would recommend them to anybody.

We had Paul from Down Right Satellite help us evolve from being dinosaurs . . . to eliminate our old console & big box projection TV's and switch to flat screens (a 42" & 60"), as well as upgrade our DISH service to High-def. Paul really knows his stuff. He gave us options to operate the upgrade in four rooms and, from alternative selected, he set everything up for us (switched-out the DISH antenna on the roof, converted the old receiver to new "Hopper", and linked everything together . . . and even hooked-up an over-the-air antenna, too). And, best part, it didn't cost us a thing, because DISH covered cost. We'll never call an "800" tech support number again. Instead we'll call Paul. It's reassuring knowing he's readily available in case we should ever need assistance with anything satellite related.

I recently had [redacted] and [redacted] out to help me switch from one satellite system to another. This is the second time I have relied on Down Right Satellite to install a system for me, and on both occasions, they have show to have a high level of technical competence.
They installed the system quickly and were capable of answering all my questions
regarding operation of the various devices. I would highly recommend their services.

Our DISH system was 14 years old, and needed updating. Down Right Technology was recommended to us by our whole-house Integrator. DRT replied instantly, and was on the job at the appointed time. They worked methodically and skillfully installing a new antenna dish, two DVR receivers, and reconnecting everything to our Savant system. Upon completing the installation, Paul [redacted], DRT's owner/technician, double-checked the installation, and took time to patiently and thoroughly instruct us in how to use the new equipment. Authorization communication with DISH, and the completion of paperwork was accomplished without a hitch; and he is currently following up for us regarding a few related technical items. DRT's website is professionally constructed, as are their information and billing routines. DRT is a premier business, and one of the best with whom we have worked. I would highly recommend them.
