I was really pleased with the business of Down Right Satellite. They were timely, friendly, courteous and all installation was done right the first time. They even performed some tasks that were not required of them, such as, removing cable cords that were left from the last installation company. That was a huge help in itself, and greatly appreciated. They even will take the time to answer any questions about installation and the cable/internet provider. I will continue to do business with them from here on out!

Their service was awesome. We had a couple of problems with our original equipment. They came right out and fixed it. Then when the problem happened again, they came out and replace all of our equipment. Now my service works wonderfully.
