Our technician was polite and knowledgeable He was a good salesman for George Brazil-- we even bought a membership Although he had to return to fix a small problem, he remained pleasant and helpful

I didn't like the fact that they do not give you an idea or a block of time ( like from 7am to 11am) instead you have to wait on them anywhere from 7am to 7pmThe first thing when this guy set foot in the house he started the sales pitchI just wanted my hot water flushedI had gone through the sales pitch over the phone with the first contact (Bill) when I called to find out how much the job would costThen when I told him I had heard it already, he continued to try to convince me to get a 3yr or a lifetime contractThen he wanted to get my permission to go through my whole house to check for plumbing or electrical issuesThis is way too intrusive and noseyFor all I know he could be casing the joint!!!!!! I told him NO! I just want my hot water heater flushedabout minutes later he came in and tried to show me and tell me that I needed to replace the anode something or other because it would extend the life of the hot water heaterTOO MANY HIGH PRESSURE TACTICSWHEN HE WAS DONE I HAD TO SIGN SOMETHING THAT SAID I WAS SATISFIED! How should I know if I was satisfied before a I could evaluate if the thing was working properly or not? I know that other companies are also high pressure especially if you are elderlyI think we are targeted and they try to intimidate us and that we probably have the money in general when you live in a resort communityI am not convinced by all the "reviews"???? Brazll employee arrived at my home after regular hours as planned Paul Gwas quick to get to work on the stopped up kitchen sink He is a good representative of the Plumbing company with his no nonsense, solve the problem attitude Thank you George Brazil and Paul, your representative

I had a Saturday plumbing emergency and fortunately George Brazil was able to send out Ernesto within the hour! Ernesto was very efficient and capable was very pleasant to have in my home I asked additional questions which he was able to explain and was knowledgeable in all areas as well as the condition of Phoenix water All the work was done neatly and with no mess left for me to clean up Thank you!

I had previously used George Brazil for an A/C problem that turned into an A/C replacement that was handled with professionalism and courtesy I am an out of town condo owner, so being able to use George Brazil and get the response I've gotten has been greatI have already referred them to six of my fiends in that area
Michael showed up on time and was very friendly We look over the problem and then went over the options He gave me an estimate on the work Michael was very professional and worked very hard on the projects He would often explain to me what he was doing When the work was finished, he cleaned up He was excellent and I have trust in the work to do He also went over what he had done and answered my questions and some instructions
I was very pleased with the initial phone call to George Brazil the customer service was very cheerful and helpful Connie in the scheduling department was very helpful keeping me updated on when the technician would be at my house Now Raul Vargas was the best very cheerful and pleasant from the time I opened the door to the time he was finished with what needed to be fixed I liked the way he explained everything that he was doing to me I would highly recommend George Brazil to my friends

Had power surges in our mobile homeTechnician took almost hours to troubleshoot and correctFinally was told that the breaker at the outdoor electrical pedestal was the problemAfter replacing it, was told that the cable from the pedestal to the breaker box also had to be replaced at additional cost Replaced one breaker and some cable for a total cost over $1,Quite a coincidence that the two problems occurred at the same timeI feel ripped off by this contractor

I was able to get an appointment at a good time for me Technician arrived at the estimated time that was given to meElectrical Safety Inspection was done with recommendations for for other work that should be done with the various options and costs and only the work that I wanted done at that time was done at the cost given to me
I had to write and say what a pleasant experience when we called "George Brazil Plumbing & Electrical Services They were available when we needed them, also had a great Electrician " Gabriel" He knew his stuff The company is a great business and will use them going forward I cannot say enough how professional they are and prompt to the minute Kudos.......Great business, great employees I will definitely pass the name to our friends and neighbors
