This review is for site visit, evaluation and quotation on replacement of an old hot water heater The technician generated quotations for both a current version of the tank type heater as well as one for a tankless version, and took the time to explain what would be done including some accessories not currently present but required due to code changes Very thorough job
We've used George Brazil to replace our hot water heater, replace the supply lines in our laundry room, and most recently to replace the faucet, angle stops and supply lines in our kitchenGary G*** did a great job of walking us through the faucet options available from the company, and we ultimately chose to use a faucet we had purchased from Lowe's Installation and clean up was completed and we are very happy with the results

Service person called me when he arrived at the rental property Rather than telling me straight forward what was wrong, he began to up sell a discount plan that would save me 11% on the services I would purchase,and then tried to get me to agree to replace a perfectly good water heater and gas lines, sighting he had replaced many in this complex This had nothing to do with the reason I called After asking repeatedly for exactly what was wrong and finally getting the price for just the problem, I explained that for replacing a wax ring and possibly a flangethat his price would come to $per hourmore than an attorney's feeand I declined to allow him to do the work I then called another contractor, and the work was completed for one third the cost days later
