We had a water leak coming from the ceiling and dripping onto the floor I called in the morning and the service tech, Alec E, showed up by early afternoon I was very happy they could come out on the same day as I had to shut off the water to the house He figured the problem out fairly quickly but the fix took some time in the sweltering attic Alec stayed cheerful and professional even though he was dripping with sweat as he had to enter and exit the attic several times He showed me photos of the problem and explained a solution for the fix When he was finished he showed me a photo of the fixed partI was very impressed with his courteous and professional demeanor The price seemed fair for the work and time that it took I will be calling George Brazil the next time we need rescuing from a plumbing issue
