Tom M from George Brazil came to my home for a yearly inspection of the plumbing in my home since I had bought & paid for a service contract He determined that my water heater was rusting and needed to be replaced; he replaced it, installed a Flow-Tech water system and replaced my clothes washer hoses He was polite, informative and congenial He also was gracious enough to fix my toilet to flush on the first push of the lever and not have to hold the lever down as the first serviceman from GB in had told me to have to do with each flush With little granddaughters in my home, it was a nuisance to have to do that each time especially having to pay $for that repair in the first place I could have replaced the toilet with a new, higher one that I really wanted but he never gave me the optionI've been hesitant to use George Brazil since, but since I had the service contract already I thought I should use them, at least, for the yearly inspection No one ever came out in nor notified me of needing to do an inspection If it weren't for Tom I wouldn't be as satisfied Tom restored my faith, in, at least, Tom the individual He did a great job and I am pleased so far He was just at my home on 7/03,

In my house, our bathroom sink started leaking and would not drain properly...or at allSo I looked at google to find some reputable plumbers and George Brazil was the top oneSo I called them up for an appointmentFirst appointment, minutes after the scheduled time, I was calledShe told me that her technician was stuck at another job that went south on him and wanted to rescheduleOk, no problem, things happenNext available appointment was days later so it wasnt a huge deal
Second appointment, recieved another call which I thought was to verify the appointmentNopeThis was to say that her technician was stuck out on another job that again went south on him
So it seems like their ONLY west side technician cant seem to do his job within the time limits that they themselves setThey need even more time because whoever Brazil has doing the job cannot even do it properly
No, I would not reccomend this companyThey have made it clear that they do not hire trained individuals to do the job as well as being unable to hire enough people to staff the appointments they have made

My first experience with George Brazil was to purchase a new air conditioner The associates on the phone were friendly and sent out an agent to explain all the details, cost and time involved with installing a new air conditioner I am very pleased with the air conditioner and the company I just had a new faucet installed in my bathroom tub It was so corroded that I couldn't get it off, neither could my husband We didn't want to do more damage than needed so we called George Brazil again 2n time same associates were great and associate who installed it was friendly and informative We ended up getting a product that descales the water before getting attached to our pipes there fore NO MORE CALICUM BUILD UP VERY VERY HAPPY
Called on a Sunday when I lost power in two rooms of my homeRequested a electrician to come out the next dayThey said no extra charge for someone to come out todayAneese arrived shortly thereafter, identified the problem and had it repaired all within an hour to hour and a halfExcellent service and very courteous
