Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: danley garage is using excuse of bad concrete because they refuse to caulk like they promised, it's leaking around garage doors and sides I wwas told on several occasions they were to come out never showed up, just a simple caulking and they have recieved their payment but no fulfilled their committment to caulk simple garage Sincerely, [redacted]

The sales representative has been in contact with the customer and an order has been placed for the piece of replacement siding

the door was on back order, customer was told. it is now installed, all is good.Tell us why here

we did everything per contract, she was offered a direct price from cement crew on extra work, but refused, we didn't do other damage she claims.Tell us why here
