In response to this complaint, we will be happy to accommodate the customers request (subject to payment) to remove the $600 from the outstanding balance on his project ($7500.00)...
leaving a remaining balance of $6900.00. We will send a final revised invoice to him for this balance. Since we have issued a letter of intent to file lien on this property due to non-payment, Mr Ostermeier has another 10 business days to issue payment. Upon receipt of payment we will issue a final waiver of lien.

I have spoken with our customer, he is aware the revised permit was received yesterday and that we will be reframing for concrete this coming Monday, Framing Inspection is to take place on Tuesday and Pouring Concrete on Wednesday. Only potential delay to that timeframe could be weather related....

I am rejecting this response because: danley garage is using excuse of bad concrete because they refuse to caulk...
like they promised, it's leaking around garage doors and sides I wwas told on several occasions they were to come out never showed up, just a simple caulking and they have recieved their payment but no fulfilled their committment to caulk simple garage.

we did set up a electrician to get permit, they contacted customer directly.
Tell us why here...we have talked to customer, we owe him a small amount for driveway work, but the fence was not part of our contract
we have had three crews out there, nothing wrong with the sidingTell us why here...
The sales representative has been in contact with the customer and an order has been placed for the piece of replacement siding.
