They guy Chris who was suppose to be Dave is what a rude employee named Jeremy said. Dave introduce himself as Chris when he came to the house. I want them to replace the thermostat that Dave or Chris broke.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offerAgain, your technician told me several times on site that your installers did a poor weld job.  If he is telling you different now, he is a liar!!  There has been NO work done on that since you installed it with the very poor installation!!  Your technician pulled on that line and caused that leak, end of story! Do the right thing and fix this because it was your company that installed a faulty weld and your company that broke the weld!

Mr. [redacted], Upon our technicians arrival there was a solder joint on the system that had been tampered with and a non refrigerant solder was used to try to do a repair. Airtron installed the system 7 years ago and it was mentioned that there has been 2 different companies work on your system over...

the years. Your System has a 5 year warranty and unfortunately your system is outside the warranty period.
