We communicate to you both before the plan renews and on the day that it renews to make sure you have an opportunity to end the plan without having to pay. Unfortunately, in this case, it appears you did not take action on either of those emails to end your account at the renewal time. You also did not take action when you were told on October 14th how to close the account by Jay H. It appears your account is now permanently closed and you did not have to pay anything, so I trust you are satisfied with this situation. If you have further questions, please let us know. Thanks! Again, this confirms that the account has been closed and that there is a $0 balance due.
We take credit card chargebacks extremely seriously and need to abide by our policies when they occur.We have refunded four of the five chargeback fees this customer has incurred as a courtesy.I can also confirm that web VPS service ($15/month) is active.We have also cancelled all charges for MySQL...
VPS service back to the service's creation date in June of 2016.Finally, we can confirm that this account is still active. There is still a balance due, however, and the user will be prompted to pay it the next time they login to their account control panel.All of this information had been communicated to the customer previously, via email, four days ago.
