Mr***, We apologies for the inconvenience you had with the double leg posts and the anchorsAs we look into the order, we can see that your dealer was misinformed regarding our double legs postsThis is why an employee of the Dreams Carports office called to schedule your order, and
informed you of the double posts. You were originally certified for the mph wind load, but as double posts were now added those posts are also required to have anchorsOur employee made a mistake and did not include those additional anchors costs for the certification of wind loadUnfortunately, because you do want the certification there would be no reimbursements issuedYes, our office employee made a mistake but either way for the certification you are wanting those anchors needed to be charged for and needed to be installed. Again we apologies for the inconvenience, and the mistake that occurred.- Dreams Management

Mr***, The scheduling department has you schedule for the week of Feb th - March 2ndUnfortunately, at this moment there is not a sooner schedule available, but scheduling department will keep you posted if that schedule changes. thank you, - Dreams Management

Mr***, We apologies, there will be no refundYou agreed to such terms when placing the order, and signing the contract. We understand of the situations that occurred and caused you to cancel your order, but no reimbursement with be issued.Thank you,

I am rejecting this response because:The issue is not snow load as snow load is not required for Henderson, NV The previous message stated that it had to do with wind load When documentation was provided that we did purchase a certified 105mph wind load installation then now they change their story to snow load Paula with City of Henderson Planning and Development has also called and spoke with the office manager in regards to this issue She informed the company that it is their responsibility to provide engineered drawings for our permit as part of the purchase for a building this size She instructed them they needed to contact us to arrange receiving these drawings and we have yet to hear from the company It seems their story changes each time someone talks to them about this issue
Sincerely,

Mr*** ***, I apologies for the inconvenience this process has been to youI can certainly understand your frustration and the doubts you have had with the company. I just want to share the process that they company goes through in order to assist and deliverWhen an order is
placed, and has been sent to the scheduling department, the scheduling manager has to gather all orders, and schedule them according to the areas, and has to ensure the installers truck is fullThis meaning that although you are about hrs away from our Rapid City, SD shop the order would not go out until a full truck load has been made. The scheduling manager has informed me that she has a full truck available to go and install your building for the week of July - Aug 4th. Thank you,

Revdex.com:Your response is really very frustratingIn my original statement, I acknowledged that I both called and purchased additional panels after my initial purchase and that I was unable to pick up the panels that were from the original purchaseI acknowledged that I was given a discount for self install and pick up, but never once have you acknowledged that you made the mistake and didn't look through my original order to see that I ordered panels to go down both sidesInstead, you are just trying to cover your mistake and get me to back down by threatening me with extra delivery charges and telling me that the entire reason that only half the panels that I ordered were delivered was because I called and purchased more of themI will accept the resolution that you have presented, that includes that late July delivery of the missing panels at no additional delivery charge, however I do not want this complaint closed until I have the panels in handYour business promised delivery of the missing panels once before and then completely changed their story which is how we have landed hereSo my confidence level that you will hold up your end of the bargain is not goodOnce I receive that panels, I will close the complaint, but no sooner than that.
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because:We were told when you couldn't meet the snow load specifications on the contract for the price we were quoted that we would get our money back! Joey is your sales RepEven though the down deposit was written to him, the contract was written between us and Dreams Carports and BuildingsThe deposit paid on ththe contract shows Dreams CarportsJoey also told us he would have to start making monthly payments back to us and we have called and sent him text messages numerous times with no responseI have a degree in marketing with a specialty in internet marketing and will ruin you guys if you do not give us our money backWe were told the snow load would meet Wasatch counties specificationsAlso, that the price would beat anyone's priceWhen you raised the price because of the snowload it did not beat everyone's price Joey still works for you guysYou need to give us our money backYou couldn't make the building for the price on the contractWhen you told us the new price we immediately asked for our money backYou guys are the ones that broke the contractNot usSo we need refunded.

Again, we cannot provide engineer drawings for your building. In order to create engineer drawings, the Engineer requires a snow load and a wind load certificationBecause he goes of of your county requirements and coding which is Clark County. Clark County requires a snow load and a wind load to be met, all which your existing structure does NOT meetPaula from your building department did not speak with the office manager, she spoke with the engineer departmentWe are in NO way obligated to provide structural engineer drawings to any of our customersWe made that very clear to you in the terms and conditions when your building was purchased as well the many times when we called you and asked "Are you required to get a building permit and engineer drawings?" and you responded with "No". Therefore, you building was not created to meet the Engineer or the County's Requirements and for that reason we cannot provide you with engineer drawingsAgain, your best solution is to remove your carport, and have one that does meets the requirements your County needs. Thank you,

*** ***, We apologies for the inconvenience and delay that you are having. Unfortunately, you are not scheduled to be installed until the week of JAn th - 18thNot sure who informed you of Feb 2018. If any openings or cancellations come up, we'd be happy to move you up
Until then this is the soonest, and currently the only week available for your installation. thank you, - Dreams Management

Dear ***, I apologies for the inconvenience this process has been to youWe can understand your frustration, and we wish there was more for us to do in order to service youUnfortunately, we have a contract with the installers of the amount of weight we need to met in order for them
to travel the distance to MT, or in this case to Shelby, MTIf the orders do not meet the required weight limit unfortunately, the waiting time becomes longerAs it would not be worth it for a installer to travel so far for only one order that they might only make for example $on. We do tend to service the area of Montana at least three times in the year, as the snow season starts early and last awhileWith this being said, it is only possible to go those three time varying on the amount of orders that are receivedThe first load that went out this year was in the billings MT area, still too far from where you are located.Regarding your deposit, this is something you would need to discuss with your dealer, Reel Steel, as they were the ones who took that down payment, not Dreams CarportsThe dealers are not obligated to do any refunds as per the signed contract you made states "No refunds"However, this is a conversation for you to have with them personally and work something out. Again we truly apologies for the inconvenience

I am rejecting this response because:legally, I am still entitled to the refund because I am not at faultYou are the one who cancelled the appointments, not only once but three timesIf you have aquired a bad sub contractor why do you have to pass down the cost to your costumersYour business practice is not fair and justI will therefore pursue what I think is right for the consumer.
Sincerely,

We have been working with customer to go out and change the Trim and Ridge cap to the color of the roofCustomer has declined that Dreams Carports go to his propertyDreams is willing to do the change of the Trim and Ridge CapWe do not have the color of the Trim and Ridge cap that is placed on
his building for the roof The color available is Evergreen and we have it in the Trim and Ridge cap to match customers roofDreams will go out and do the repair once customer gives permission again for us to go to his property

*** ***, Again I can understand your frustration for the long wait. I have no idea why an installer and the dealer would have told you something that is incorrectYes, your building is large; however it does not fill up a truck load to go thereFor the state of Montana truck loads need to be minimum $45,000.00. The reason being the long distance. Secondly, it has to be during the time when weather is at its bestWhen you had placed your order back in January there was still a lot of snowI understand and know that right now there is not snow, so then the wait began to fill up a truck load for your areaThis is something your dealer knows, and should have informed you. I would like to inform you that the scheduling manager has informed me that she has a full truck load ready and available to go to your area for the week of Aug 7th - 18thTwo weeks prior to these dates you will receive a phone call from the scheduling department to set up an exact date, and the approximate arrival time of the installers. Thank you,

When customer called in we did state to her that he contract does state that all permitting is required to be done by the customer purchasing the building. " Seller and Buyer agree that the Seller will sell to the Buyer the metal building (Unit) described above and install it,at the
address stated above and the Buyer will obtain all required permits, prepare the site for installation, purchase the Unit and pay the price as stated above."The contract does has underlined that the building being purchased is a 30LBS Ground Snow Load and Certified for MPH of Wind Load. We are unable to add extra material to the building because of how it has been made for the certain code of 30LBS Ground Snow Load Customer is needing a heavier snow load which requires extra material, and posts to come closer, etcFor us to make building to code we will have to install a new building that meets customers city code. The customers building that is on her property can be taken down at a cost from our company or customer can decide what she would like to do with the building. We are unable to do anything to the existing structure to make it to city code.Thank you

If you can send any images to [email protected] I will be glad to assist you in anything further to resolve this issue. thank you

***, Dreams Carports never saw, or received anything from the down-payment you made with JK RVIf you had an agreement with your dealer to pay you back monthly, then it is with him whom you should continue to contact and request such reimbursementYes, the terms and conditions states that contract is between Buyer and Company but if you and the dealer made, and had other arrangements outside of the company, then Dreams Carports is NOT liable for what was agreedPlease refer to your dealer JK RV.Thank you,

I am rejecting this response because: i just talked to my customer and he said to cancel his order. Your company is a joke We will now have Coast to Coast carports put this building up for us
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Mrs. [redacted], As many of our employees informed you over the phone, the building you purchased is not a certified structure and therefore CANNOT have engineer drawings issued. The person that told you that you did not need engineer drawings, was your Dealer, not anyone directly from...

Dreams Carports office. Your terms and conditions clearly state that any agreement/ conversation between Dealer and Buyer does NOT involve the Seller. It also states that customer is liable for all permitting, and requirements needed from city/county before installation. As a buyer you should be aware of all permitting and requirements for your area before having purchased the carport, and before installation was scheduled. Our suggestion would be to have the existing carport removed, and purchase a carport that does have all the requirements that your city needs. Thank you, - Dreams Management.
