Customer purchased the extended warranty and is due a pro-rated amount in reimbursement following vehicle turn-in. Our managers have been in contact with customer to resolve, communication is ongoing
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. As I have previously stated, which shows their ability to listen or pay attention, the repair has not been completedThe Driver's Village employee who returned the vehicle noted that it was still not fixedI tried several times to reach the company that day, however due to a snowstorm, lines were downAlso upon return of my vehicle, the window switches no longer work on the drivers side door, the signal light does not shut off when you make the turn, and the cigarette lighter no longer worksTends to make me believe that instead of replacing the Tire pressure sensor, that they actually removed a fuseEach and every time I speak to the company they try and bully meI don't bully well unfortunately.

My complaint regarding my rotors, brake pads, and fog lights have been resolved the 3rd row seating hasn't but happy so far from what they was able to fix
At customer’s request, a trailer hitch was installed on 7/23/15, prior to purchase on 7/25/16, as shown on attached Repair Order. The tow capacity of the vehicle is not related to this hitch. Nothing was misrepresented in terms of the vehicle’s towing capacity. The window sticker
inadvertently indicated that the vehicle had a trailer hitch, so we fulfilled the customer’s wishes and did install the tow hitch at no cost to the customerWe have recently spoken to customer and will accommodate with additional assistance as possible

I reread my response and realized the point wasn't made that the extended warranty
should take effect after the standard warranty was due to expire not at the same time as the standard warrantyIn other words an extended warranty on top of a regular warranty, both active at the same time? The check arrived but prorated $instead of $1500,as though the extended warranty was activated during the standard warrantyWhy would that not be fraud? Getting me to double up on a warranty? Regards, *** ***
The General Sales Manager of our Mazda store immediately reached out to the customer upon learning of their concern. We have scheduled a time and date to have the vehicle brought in and we will make every attempt to resolve this to the customer's satisfaction
We have consulted with customer, diagnosed the issue (resonator) and have agreed to cover the cost. Customer agreed with this resolution to this matter
The amount that was charged to the customer was $75.60, not $250. After conversation with customer, we have agreed to reimburse the amount of $out of goodwill. Driver's Village remains accountable throughout the lifecycle of any customer's ownership of a vehicle

We have spoken directly with the customer regarding this matter. Resolution was agreed upon, and we are providing complimentary reconditioning and oil change certificates at customer's request. We have addressed concerns and will work to ensure future satisfaction
