This customer has a right to be mad about missed and changed appointmentsSummer is a very busy time for Driving SchoolsAll Driving Schools may miss or reschedule Driving appointments from time to timeTimes & dates are subject to change ! This is for the industry ! These parents have a great Teen whom I taught to drive safely but their out right lies, over exaggerations, embellishments and falsehoods are not appreciated ! They were more than happy to schedule and then reschedule their teens 2nd Drivers Training apptI never heard any complaints from them after the first Driving Lesson was givenBecause of the scheduling changes and not giving them another ApptOn the spot, they became angry and abusive on the phoneThis DMV licensed Driving School that has been training Teens to drive safely every dayevery week, every month for more than years will not put up with such behaviorThey were told to call back the next day and rescheduleThey never did and never answered our callsThere is a no refund policy on our websiteIf they ever calm down they can finish their Driving Svhool programThey can also expect a simple lawsuit for slander and liable for all their commentsAll Driving Schools deal with BIZZARE personalities, it's part of the businessMost are great people to do business with and then some are outright terribleGetting back now to all the great families this Driving School enjoy's dealing with.Thank You, Drivers Ed

This family read and signed my Driving School contractIt does say times and dates are sublect to changeAll the comments he is stating are eronious lies and over exaggerationsI showed up for our scheduled apptI did call and talked to my student, the daughterI showed up on the new agreed to timeI never recieved a call about wanting to reschedule this 2nd apptThis parent is mad because he $ [redacted] for waiting to long to schedule the 2nd appt and cancelling the same day at the front doorI stick to my signed contractsFee's are do and their are no refundsI have been teaching teens for yearsThis parent was very bad to deal with !

He makes a lot of untrue accusations and I am not going to go back and forth with his lies. He offered no resolution and I have already filed a formal complaint with the DMV. If your unsure about his company all you have to do is check out ALL the reviews for yourself. There are dozens if not hundreds out there. They all pretty much say the same thing. This Driving School has been training students how to drive for more than 20yrs. I train more than 500 students a year, this equals thousands and thousands of students trained with no accidents. This family likes to create drama and strife ! 1. All Driving Schools take payment... upfront. 2. All Driving Schools may be late to appts. 3. All Driving Schools communicate. 4. Parents were told how schedules work. 5. LIAR ! Only drop-off at the Pick-Up address. 6. LIAR !Never became aggressive, Never denied service7. LIAR ! 10 min conversation curbside not traumatic 8. LIAR ! Can not reach out to people. Identiy is secret9. 10,000 People trained ! I deal with some bad personalities 10. Thousands have finished with no problems11. Bad family with likes to cause problems 12. This Driving School will stick to it's contracts13. All Driving Schools run into BIZZARE personalities 14. Wish the public could have seen all the Drama they caused15. This Family could not simply complete their 2 Driving Lessons 16. Daughter did have 2 Hrs of Drivers Training, NO PROBLEMS THEIR !!!17. Let's now wait for the BIZZARE response coming, Oh Brother !

There was no contract signed, verbal or otherwise. There were no services renderedMy daughter was afraid after he called, yelled at her, hung up on her, called back and said he was comingThere was no way we were letting her in the car, upset, with someone who would treat a child like thatPlease see the attached pdf showing some of the numerous complaintsHe tried to explain away the complaint, I guess if Yelp sees that the business is defending itself, then it will remove the bad reviewToo bad this "business" waited so long to respond to the reviews that are CLEARLY saying the same thing that I am sayingThe difference is that they SIGNED a contract when he showed up for the first lessonWe never signed anythingAs a consumer, I am entitled to my money back for services NOT renderedI understand that there have been numerous complaints filed with the Revdex.com, I only hope they had a positive outcome
