Drivers Education Driving School Reviews (72)

I also had a similar experience as the other reviewers. The owner, Kevin was extremely rude. His responses to my questions was extremely curt and onerous. He made me feel like he was speaking to a complete mn. I am writing this review because this incident made me feel scared for any future customers. It is already stressful enough for someone to learn how to drive, but under this type of duress, I feel that it is a safety concern now. After my interactions with Kevin, I do not want to continue doing business with this man, subecting my child to this hostile person. I had an uneasy feeling already on my first conversation with Kevin (I only just now learned of his name, he only addresses himself as "drivers ed" when you talk to him). He doesn't give you an opportunity to speak, he goes through a series of his own questions and when you do get a chance to speak he treats you like an mn and puts the blame back on you. But I gave him the benefit of the doubt and hired him and payed up front for 3 behind the wheel driving sessions. We scheduled the first lesson right away because it was part of the payment process. On the day of the frist driving lesson he showed up 20 minutes late, he Also had another student in the back seat. My son said they had to take some time to drop off the other student, then they had the make several stops for Kevin to make his phone calls and do his other business' like making a stop at FedEx to make copies/fax. He did not give my son's first lesson his full attention. However, I decided to give Kevin another benefit of the doubt when I tried to schedule a second driving session. I would leave him a message and wait 2-3 days, but no response then I would call back and leave more messages, after about 5 messages. I finally receive a call back. When I got the call back, he didn't give me any options and so we scheduled the 2nd session. But the problem arise when I asked to reschedule if possible. For the first time he actually called back promptly. He proceeded to ask me a series of questions again and with every questions and my corresponding answers, his tone and words progressively got angrier and angrier, he started accusing me of waiting too long to schedule the second session (when I was only following his instructions verbally and written on my son's paperwork to schedule a second session in December then the final one before the driving test). He continued with his angry tones and told me that he should charge me $45 for the late scheduling because he is very busy and that I am an irresponsible parent. As I was trying to defend myself by addressing his accusations. He became more aggressive and I told him that I will not continue this abusive conversation and that I am scared for the safety of my child to continue to use his service and that I will file a dispute. As he continues to berate me. I hung up the phone.I never ever felt so troubled by anything before that compelled me to write a review. I am truly afraid for not just myself but for future customers and thus it is the reason for my complaint.

We are so sorry that we did not search Yelp or the Revdex.com website before paying Kevin C. $200 upfront for 6 hours of driver's training. Our experiences are similar to all others who have filed a complaint. In trying to schedule an appointment, it took me three phone calls to receive one back (His outgoing message even confirms this process.). On our first scheduled appointment, he was over an hour late, and hence our 2 hour training was cut short to one hour. He did not get out of the car to even meet us, but rather texted our daughter to tell her to come outside. He didn't feel the need to introduce himself, but rather handed us a clipboard of contracts to sign. Our daughter felt uncomfortable during the training and heard abusive language directed at the next student who was picked up at the conclusion of her lesson. To schedule our second appointment, it again took three attempts before receiving a return call. We were told that because we were late in setting up our second appointment, it was going to cost an additional $45 in a credit card charge over the phone. At this point, the business owner became combative and angry, not allowing us to talk or reason. His reaction made my husband and myself completely uncomfortable subjecting our 15 year old daughter to continue services with this man. I would hope that with the series of similar complaints, the Revdex.com will more closely examine this business (and the several other names it has operated under. We also request a refund of $$165 for the unused training fee. No parent should subject their child to a situation that calls into question their safety and well-being.

Review: Extremely unprofessional, rude, and impossible to contact unless on his terms. Made my 15 year old daughter cry. Steer clear. Not worth the money you will save. Spend the extra money. [redacted] who is the owner/operator is very rude and once payment is made is the most difficult and disrespectful person to deal with. Never received his services. Will not dare trust this man with my daughter. After all is said and done, will not refund money as his website has all sorts of policies and stipulations that protect him from refunding you your money. I do not understand how this gentlemen is still in business.Desired Settlement: $199

Response:

This customers statements make no sense. He read my websites terms & conditions. He agreed to a verbal contract. He paid and scheduled a driving lesson.

How exactly does one make his daughter cry. We never even met ??? We never had a driving lesson ! Drivers Ed does not appreciate all the drama. How does Drivers Ed stay in business ? By providing Driving School services for a fair price. Drivers Ed picks-up, trains and drops students back-off at home. I train all students to be safe, skilled and more knowledgeable about driving. I protect my students, my car and the public from any injury or accidents. I have a great liability to deal with in this business. My website says no refunds for a reason. Some families bring all sorts of drama to Driving School. They should just start and finish the program they started. Thank you. Drivers Ed...

Review: I would like to file a complaint on this business for CalldriversEdnow.comI signed up my son for a driving lessons for the 6 hours behind the wheel training since april of this year and up to now he was only able to do a 1 hour lesson , and with this 1 hr lesson they have to pick up another student on the way, and also taking his break for getting a jamba juice while on my sons lesson.Everytime you make a call on the ###-###-#### number you have to leave a voice mail message for the schedule appt and if your lucky enough you'll get an answer back within a day, but unfortunately that never happen so we have to keep on calling and leave a message and he doesn't like it at all to call his business line so many times . He claims he was in business for 20 years and no wonder his business is not booming until now because his all alone by himself running the business, so he cant return calls right away. This is now month of june and weve been trying to make a schedule for another appointment since he missed the 2nd appointment we made and he blames us for missing it and lies about calling us for I never received a call prior to that appointment , I have a caller ID and I know whose calling and leaving a message and the time of the calls. This guy is too arrogant and cannot talk to him professionally and he doesn't even listen, you talk to him on the phone he just keeps on talking as well, so rude and unprofessionally. His website is no where to be found now calldriversednow.com so I dont know if he will ever finish what we paid for a very cheap price and a very cheap service, no wonder its cheap , you get poor customer service. I will never recommend this business to others.Just this week alone after he miss the appointment we called the 888 number at least three times and have not heard from him at all, we called his cell number which he doesnt like to be bothered on hiscell phone and keep telling us call him back on the 888 number and he never return a call , its always the customer that keeps making calls to get the service. This is already been prepaid and were not getting the service we deserved as a customer from this unprofessional guy. If we can just get our money refunded back to us and will just take our business somewhere else where we can get the service we deserved.Desired Settlement: See Complaint Text

Drivers Ed appreciates all of it's customers and their feedback. 1. A one hour lesson is subject at our discretion. Per our website and contract rules. We just keep making appts and moving forward. 2.We do pick-up other students at the end of the current teen who is driving. Per our website and contract rules.. 3. We will stop to use the bathroom and get a drink if we have to. We train for many hours a day in the car. 4. We return calls. We are a busy business. He did not have to call so many times in a row ! Just leave a message. He has to answer his phone as well. We are all busy. 5. We did call for the missed appt !!! Perhaps we called the wrong number. Things do happen. Times and dates are subject to change per our website and contract rules.6. We will not tolerate being yelled at by an angry parent. We will be firm if we have to. He has our phone number but not our proper website ? 7. This parent should call the business number only like instructed. If he calls the wrong number all the time then ?

Review: Very unprofessional. Inability to perform job duties. He was 35 minutes late to first driving lesson and was a no show for the second meeting.

He was rude in phone conversations and rude while instructing my underage son.

He completed one session and due to his poor business practices I can no longer subject my son to his teaching. He demonstrated an extreme anger issue in phone conversations and not apologetic for his errors. Completely inconsiderate and should not be in business with the public.Desired Settlement: I requested two thirds of a refund since he only completed one of the three drivers training classes. He stated there were no refunds, but his anger issues and his argumentative nature is not something that I will allow my son to be around especially alone in a vehicle. My child's safety comes first. His practices need to be examined and I feel he should not be around young adults

Review: I signed my daughter up for this service in February 2014, and I absolutely regret doing so. I should have been more thorough in my online research because if I had, I would have seen the MANY complaints and been led to the Revdex.com to see the negative rating on this "business". My dilemma began when the instructor [redacted] told my daughter that she had to wait to take her driver's test 6 months after the first lesson. This didn't sound right so I called DMV and they said that was absolutely INCORRECT. I also called several other similar companies, and they confirmed that this information was erroneous. I then called [redacted] and left a message - because you can NEVER get a live person - and after three calls and two weeks, he called me back. He was immediately belligerent with me and basically told me that I had not following HIS policies, which he claimed were in line with the DMVs. When I told him I had contacted the DMV, he became very upset and kept repeating how there were rules, and I disobeyed the rules. He raised his voice and told me to hang up on him or be quiet and listen. This went on for a while and he ended up hanging up on me. He then called me back and told me I didn't know anything. I didn't know what I was doing - he was going to stand by his company's policies and that was that. I told him I would not continue our conversation unless he could begin to treat me with the smallest amount of civility and respect and he told me I was manipulating him! I hung up on him and then he called me back a few more times. I ignored his calls but was "lucky" enough to capture his voice on my VM. This man SHOULD NOT be around children. There were a TON of red flags I now feel foolish enough to have ignored. One - During the initial call, he was abrasive. I thought maybe it was just a bad connection. Two - he was LATE with NO courtesy call to me as I waited for the my daughter's first lesson. Three - He had MY daughter drive another student HOME. This man is atrocious, and I feel lucky to be done with him.Desired Settlement: I am going to be seeking a refund from my bank, which secures me against FRAUDULENT companies such as this one. He told my daughter FALSE information, and would have strung us along if I hadn't questioned his actions. I have him on VM stating what he BELIEVES the DMV laws are. They are not. I can prove it. So, I will NOT be asking for money from him BUT I will get my money from my bank. All I DO ask is that Revdex.com do whatever it can to SHUT down this "business". Investigate him. Please. Thank you.

This parent had her daughter take 30 hrs of Drivers Education on-line. Her daughter received a pink completion certificate. This Mother had to sign the bottom of this certificate. She then had to take her daughter down to the DMV. She had to sign an application form for the DMV. Her daughter then received her driving permit after passing the DMV written test. All 3 papers state the driving permit is not valid until the 1st driving lesson is given by a Driving School Instructor. All teens under 18 have to have their 1st driving lesson when they receive their driving permits to make it valid. She waited about 4 months to start. Besides the 6 month rule, all teens have to put in 60 hours of practice. That would be around 20 min a day during the 6 months. If you don't start on time, you can't finish on time. 2 months left is not enough time to practice. This is DMV regulation. This is on my website and Driving School contract. She states no contract was signed. I have a CONTRACT signed by her !!! She had no problem with me teaching her daughter. I never heard any complaints. Only because I'm going to insist she follow DMV regulations, she is making up extra problems. She has to follow the rules like all other parents in Ca. I do not provide refunds. I provide driving lessons. I do not appreciate her drama. I follow DMV regulations and my signed legal Driving School contracts. Her whole complaint is absurd. I provide a great service to the community for a reasonable price. Thank you Drivers Ed...

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10001393, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I have not asked this business for a refund as I do understand from his website that he does not offer them. I stated in my original complaint that I am going directly to my bank and having them handle it. The money is beside the point. I can tell from the message left by the business AS WELL AS the call and subsequent voicemail that I received this morning at 5:20AM that he simply doesn't get what the majority of people online and in these complaints are stating about his company and his character. The mere fact that he deemed it okay to call me at all let alone in the wee hours of the morning shows his lack of respect and civility. He directed me to look at the paperwork and see where it says to sign up with a driving school ASAP. Nowhere on the paperwork does it state this. It DOES state that her permit is not valid until the first lesson. There are several companies that offer the required 6 hours of official behind-the-wheel in succession as opposed to spacing them out over time. The supposed 6-month waiting term from the first lesson is something that he has imposed in his own company. The official wait time of 6 months is from the date the permit is issued NOT from the date of the first lesson. I am not sure what he means by 20 minutes a day. My daughter - since her first lesson - has been driving almost every day for at least an hour to two hours a day. It is my business to see that this gets done on OUR terms, not his. All of this DOES NOT give [redacted] the right to treat me or any of his customers with flagrant disrespect. He does not get to tell me to shut up and yell at me over the phone. I did nothing to deserve his treatment when all I was doing was questioning his terms. I was nice and approachable. His temper was flared very easily and very quickly. I am not the only one to complain of this judging by other online and Revdex.com responses. This complaint was never about money. I would rather sacrifice the $199 (plus ALL subsequent FEES) than have to deal with someone with so little regard on how to treat another human being, especially one he is providing a service to. I can only hope that one day he will see while most of the complaints are about his self-imposed terms, the majority of the complaints about him are about his attitude, demeanor, and lack of respect. Thank you for your time.

I invite all customers to look at my CONTACT page on my website. This has all my rules, regulations and terms of service. Every page on the bottom does say NO REFUNDS. My Driving School contract that she SIGNED say's no refunds !!!. This customer clearly makes no sense. Her daughter received her driving permit many 6 Months ago. All teens have to sign up for Drivers Training when they get their driving permits. Not 6 Months later. You can"t have your permit for 6 Months then go to Driving School. All teens need to put in 60 Hrs of practice with their parents. During the 6 Months this comes out to about 20 Minuets a day. She thought she was going to have her daughter take Drivers Training then go to her Driving test. She was not following the Ca. DMV's rules that she read and signed or mine that she read and signed. I do not appreciate her drama or any drama from interesting personalities. Thank You, Drivers Ed...

Review: [redacted] owns a driving school under the name of Drivers Education Driving School1211 West Imperial Highway Suite 225Brea, CA 92821He is a scam artist who runs this school but keeps changing the name and website because of the numerous complaints against him. His last website shown below is what he advertises but it is not a real site. He keeps changing his website name. http://www.CALLdriversedThey way his scam works is that he makes you sign a contract and does not give you a copy. The contract says you have to pay an addition $45.00 if you do not call him back within 2 months after the first lesson. What he tells you is that it will take 6 months for the 3 lessons to be completed, so people will call a couple months later to set up the next lesson therefore causing you to owe an additional $45.00. It is very difficult to contact him but when you do, this is when the main scam starts. [redacted] will set up the appointment for the next lesson, but he acts completely crazy and screams at you for no reasons at all. He is so rude that you finally say that you want to cancel the lesson because of his crazy behavior and you would not want your kids around this type of person. He acts with the most bizarre, that he is border line insane with the things that come out of his mouth. His go to comment that he uses in his defense while arguing, is that you signed a contract and can't get out of it. Stay away from this individual, he is bad news and needs to be put out of business for good.

Drivers Ed Appreciates all of it's customers and their feedback. This parent may have some legal action coming. Easy Win. 1. Scam Artist ? Look up the definition ! 2. Like other businesses I have 2 website names. They point to the same place. Plus one is discontinued. 3. Drivers Ed does not make anyone sign a Driving School contract. If you pay for services, then yes we have a contract for a customer to sign just like other businesses. Your welcome to make a copy of it and even download a copy from our website's *Policy tab page. 4. Yes, there is a $45 fee if you wait to long to schedule a driving lesson. This helps keep people on track. All Driving Schools have rules. We rarely have to charge anyone. 5. This parent waited to long and had this contractual fee to pay. All this drama over $45. They should have called sooner. They clearly owe the contractual fee! Drivers Ed will not be slandered and called a scam artist. This parent will be held accountable. Drivers Ed provides services for a fair price. We bring all teens back home safe, trained and more knowledgeable about driving. We protect our teen drivers, our car and the general public from any and all harm. This parents exaggerated, outrageous and over the top comments are unacceptable. We do notice they wanted to schedule another driving lesson but for the $45. That's because their teen was trained properly and they were happy with the first driving lesson. That's what we are paid to do. Thank You Drivers Ed..

I found this Driving School to be the cheapest around. My daughter was able to take the on-line drivers education at home. This took her about 2 weeks to finish. This course had a talking teacher explaining the topics. Very nice for an added bonus. My daughter could just listen and not have to read all the screens. She was able to pass her DMV written test with only 2 answers mistakes. This was out of a 46 question written test at the DMV.

The Drivers Training portion was equally as good. The instructor Kevin was late to an appointment but called to let us know. The car he showed up in was pretty sporty and clean. I believe he runs his own business. Very organized.

After my daughter drove with him she was more confident behind the wheel. She was exited to drive and would come home from all driving lessons with a smile. I like how the instructor graded her on each drive. This was helpful for me as a parent to know what to work on. Over all the price was great and the on-line scheduling calendar made it easy to make an appointment. Our other daughter will be next.

Review: My daughter registered with [redacted] for a series of 3 sessions of driver's ed behind the wheel training. He provided the first training the next day, collecting full fee for all 3 sessions with a no refund policy. He cancelled the next lesson 4 times. I called numerous times to set up appointments and he takes days to return the call. When I asked him about the repeated cancellations he became very agitated, blaming me for not calling him, told me I was exaggerating. My husband called him back and spoke very politely to him. He started swearing at my husband using the F word repeatedly as well as the BS word. [redacted] seems very unstable and irrational. I would not trust my daughter to ride in his car again. He is very unprofessional on the phone. He stresses no refunds because he knows he will be called on his cancellations as we have now seen on other reviews, and also his terrible social skills.

After so many of the same complaints, he obviously is a scam artist.Desired Settlement: Along with our own experience, and reading all of the other reviews, he probably shouldn't be allowed to operate a driver's ed business.

Review: The company has not delivered on his service and has put my child's safety at risk. This company is ran by one person and he is deficient on answering and returning calls to his customers. I tried for 3 weeks to contact him to make an appointment for my son, and he would call me back each time two days later and ask me to call him the next day to make an appointment, and then not answer his phone when I called him the next day. When I finally got in touch with him, he proceeded to belittle me, yell at me, tell me I'm a bad parent, and would not listen to anything I had to say. When I was finally allowed to schedule my son's 2nd appointment, I asked to schedule the 3rd appointment right then, since it was impossible to get in touch with him, and I was lied to by him, as he said I had to wait 2 months between lessons by law. This, from all my research, is not a law. He was screaming at me that I do not know the laws of driving and was yelling at me so loudly and speaking over me that I had to leave the place of business I was in in order to continue my discussion with him. He called me names and proceeded to question whether I knew what was best for my son. As a customer, I am entitled to delivery of the service I paid for, at my request, and he is refusing it to me, based on fake laws that he quotes. When I asked for a refund, he told me I was contractually obligated to him, and I have never signed a contract with him! I received a blank copy of his "contract" but it is not signed by neither him nor me. I will be persuing a refund and continuing my son's lessons with another company, as I will not put my son at risk. He behaved unprofessionally and he put my son's life in jeopardy when, at his first lesson, he had my son drive on the freeway (he had never driven a car before that day), having him stop at Jamba Juice so he could eat, and making phone calls on his cell while my son was driving. I am so upset that this man is allowed to continue putting children at risk-it needs to stop!Desired Settlement: I would like to discontinue driver's education with this man. I am requesting a full refund of the money I paid up front, plus the $10 cash my son had to give him for "gas" at his first lesson. I paid $229 via credit card-I am requesting that my money be refunded immediately. I have contacted the Occupational Licensing Dept. for the DMV and will be putting forward a complaint there and also be contacting my bank for a direct refund to my credit card. It's in his best interest to refund my money.

Drivers Ed appreciates all of it's customers and their feedback. This parent by far is one of the worst we have dealt with. 1. Not delivered, she cancelled the contract not us ! Child's safety at risk ? Exactly how. A child does not drive a car. A teenager does. 2. This parent needs to answer the phone when we call. We can not keep calling. We are running a business with many customers. 3. Drivers Ed will not tolerate an Irate parent on the phone. We will be firm if we have to. Her colorful descriptions are unacceptable lies. 4. This parent had her son obtain his DMV driving permit. All teens under 18 by law have to have their first driving lesson to activate their DMV driving permits. Teens have to wait 6 months from the time they get their DMV driving permit to take their driving tests. They have to drive 50 hrs at home. We spread our 3 driving lessons over this period. We want to make sure they have their required hours. This is listed on all DMV paperwork ! She actually said she did research. This is also explained on our website, verbal and written contracts. A parent does not enter into a contract and then start making their own rules. Her contract was supposed to be signed and returned. We have a verbal contract as well. Services were rendered. 5. We are in charge of the driving lesson. If we have to go on the freeway for a few off ramps then it's ok. Her son did just fine and never refused. He was excited ! 6. I didn't know you could eat at Jamba Juice ? What ? We are in the car training teens all day. If we need to stop and use the bathroom and get a drink it's ok. All Driving Schools do so. It's human nature. 7. If we need to make or answer a quick call then we do. We are running a business. 8. Putting children at risk ? What ? This parent likes to not follow the rules. She did not follow the DMV rules, Driving School Rules and would not finish and sign our contract she agreed to. We offer an affordable price for our services. We take great pride in bringing teens back home safe, trained and more knowledgeable about driving. We protect our teen drivers, our vehicle and the public from any harm or accidents. We have a great liability in what we do. Drivers Ed does not appreciate this woman's special personality or state of mind. Her assertions are outrageous, over the top and ridiculous. Drivers Ed does not appreciate all the drama. We adhere and follow our website, rules, regulations ,Contracts terms and conditions. We do notice there was no negative comment about her son not being trained properly. Her son was taught and instructed. That is what we are paid to do. Thank You Drivers Ed...

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

[The owner/operator of this business is a liar and a fraud. I was none of the things that this man says I was and he assumed a lot of things about me and my son that simply were not true. My son had his permit a little longer than necessary because he was not earning the grades at school that I require my children to earn. That is all. I am not a rule-breaker who tries to do everything my own way. I have two other children that are already licensed and I am WELL AWARE of how the driving system works. I know of all the time lines and all the DMV and State of CA requirements for teenage drivers. He belittled me, called me a horrible parent, and questioned my judgement as to how long this process took. I never attempted to break "DMV LAW" as he puts it (which, by the way, doesn't exist-it's California law and DMV procedures), nor did I ever say that we were trying to break the law. He is a horrible business operator and I would NEVER let anyone I know put their teenager in his car. There was no drama involved until I actually spoke with this man and he started shouting at me. He is impossible to deal with and he is a liar. I am a teacher with a lot of patience and tolerance, but this man pushed me to my limits. I do not accept his response and the falsehoods he is saying about me and or my experience with him. He failed to deliver on his end of the contract by refusing to make another appointment in a timely manner with me and that is my biggest problem with him. He keeps shoving this pretend "contract" in my face, that I did not sign, but that contract also holds an agreement on his part that he did not follow through. The truth is-he can't handle his own business, he's running 3 or 4 businesses by himself and is too cheap to hire help, so he has to be on the phone during driving lessons, he loses track of who he needs to call and who he makes appointments with, and he tries to force people to schedule driving appointments out over the 6 months so that he can actually meet the demands of his customers. He told me it was a DMV LAW that my son had to spread his lessons out over 2 months at a time, which I know is not true, because my other two children did not have to do that. He only wants two months between appointments because it takes that long to get an appointment with him! I know the truth, as does he. P.S. [redacted]-a teenager is still a child, so yes, I have a problem with putting my CHILD in your car. And hire an assistant. ]

Drivers Ed does not have a pretend contract. She was given a hard copy and agreed to our rules verbally as well. That is a verbal contract too. This is all on our website as well. She is clearly just an angry person. She did not follow the rules. She created drama. The whole process is very simple. If she did, we would not be having problems. We stick to our contracts. Thank You Driver Ed...

Review: I paid to have my son and daughter do online and behind the wheel training with this company, and the first time I contacted after my son passed his written exam, the owner proceeded to lecture me, and talk down to me. Telling me I was a bad parent, and in his 20 years of doing this, he had never heard that a teen took 6 months to pass his written test. I expressed to Mr. [redacted] when we signed up that my son had autism, and it may take a little time. It was no problem when he was taking my money, but now, it was a different story. He is a poor excuse for an instructor, and he needs to have his license revoked.Desired Settlement: Refund due to me

Review: Hello, I would like to start by saying I should have done my research, but I did not. I choose Mr. [redacted] base on a website. He over promised and he does not deliver. He said it was the law to schedule our driving appointment within 2 month of each lesson. Okay that was fine since my son could not take the driving test until he had the permit for six month. The first appointment was on Friday 9-19-14 that went fine. The second appointment was on Thursday 11-20-14 at 7:00 pm, he showed up around 5:00pm. According to my son they drove on the freeway and he stop by the mall and he went in for about thirty minute or so while my son sat alone in the car at night. He was trying to fill his two hour driving lesson. On 12-16-14 at 7:20 my husband call to make the third appointment. Mr. [redacted] insist we never had the second appointment. He finally admit after he argue with my husband, myself and my son. He said a lot of things that no professional school would say. To this day I have no clue what he said to my son, but my son wants nothing to do with him. I insist on making the third appointment. Mr. [redacted] did not give us the third appointment that day. He told me I needed to call back and schedule the appointment, and maybe if he answer the phone, he might schedule it for us. He finally gave us appointment for Tuesday January 20, 2015 at 7:00. This was the day my son had his permit for 6 month. He did this on purpose. I knew he was not going to show up and was I right. On January 20, 2015 around 1:00 pm he call and said he was sick. (He does not sound sick). He said he will call to reschedule. I don’t believe him. As of today I have not heard from him. All I want is my money back because he wasted a lot of our time. He should be put out of business, I’m thinking he does not have the authority to issue the driving certificate, maybe that’s why he gave us a hard time. He wants us to cancel and that was his plan all along. He have our money before the first lesson is given and he has a no refund policy. I want my refund because he did not complete his service within a timely manner.Desired Settlement: I need an apology and a refund. If that is not possible he can mail us a certificate of completion.
