I want to share a positive experience about Dry Force, Inc I had a drain leak days before Christmas After the plumber identified and fixed the leak, my walls had to be dried out and my lower cabinets removed The technicians at Dry Force were excellent They arrived on time, did their work quickly and cleaned up before they left They called and scheduled times that were convenient for me and were always very professional I would happily recommend them to anyone who has an urgent need for water restoration as I did Thank you, Dry Force, Inc.!

Dry Force were very nice people to work with they were called out by the plumber very prompt and polite They got the job done even though it took longer then it should have, it was out of their control, the insurance codid not return the calls so they could get approval to continue with what needed to be done Someone came out to check the equipment and to evaluate the dryness of the walls on a daily bases Wonderful company and employees to work withI would call them back if ever need

Knew I was in a bind and sent someone right away! Thank you!

The estimator arrived when he said he would He was pleasant and efficient After he crawled under our house, he wrote up an estimate and then answered all our questions about it The workers showed up on time, friendly and started working The estimate was guys, hrs; the workers worked over hrs each They also said that they'd come back (after the plumbers started to work) for a "touch up"
Again, they showed up when they said Worked another hrs and then declared the job "done" They said if we had any "smell issues", to call them back and they'd do another "touch up"
Overall: Friendly, clean, informative, seemingly hard working
Was it a "good price"? I dunno; didn't shop around
But they stood by their original costing, worked longer than their estimate and were friendly and clean

I contacted DryForce the night our loss occurred and spoke to a person I received a return call from David who assured me a team would be at my home as soon as possible When they arrived, they knew what needed to be done They also referrred me to a pack-out contractor that could help me pack my things to facilitate drying areas flooded by our water heater They also recommended a plumber to handle the emergency We were really glad DryForce helped us Oscar was very focused when he demo’d the areas flooded They returned days later to check for moisture, remove their fans and dehumidifiers I would highly recommend DryForce They are top-notch

When I had a recent water leak, the Dry Force team responded quickly Bill and Russell removed damaged drywall and carpeting and started the process to get things back to normal They worked through the night and I was definitely impressed with their efforts

We were so thoroughly satisfied with the service we received from Dry Force The men who did the work were so knowledgeable and offered advice on living here They took time to answer questions we had They thoroughly cleaned up after they were finished

Dry Force was at our home in a matter of a few hours and immediately took control of the problem while keeping me constantly informed of what needed to be done They were quick, efficient and most of all, kept me calm by handling everything Highly recommend their service and staff!

My hot water tank failed and I was faced with wet carpet, dry wall and wet baseboards! My plumber recommended Dry Force When I asked if they were reputable I was informed they were the only company they used or recommended After placing a call their technician was there and handling the situation from that moment on till everything was dry I was very impressed with their customer service I would give them an A+ rating!!!!!!

I thought we were WAY overcharged ($+) to knock two holes in our drywall and run a couple of fans No clean up, no repair They LOST the molding they took off our bathroom door I'll never do business with these people again

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY!

Matt the Operations manager is cynical and sarcastic. He talks down to you when trying to resolve issue and he flat out lied to me and my family.

Donna, I assume in some sort of billing office, is his pit-bull and she is even more unpleasant to deal with than Matt! She was out first experience with the business side of the company and it was horrible. She called constantly harassing my family all the while we were TRYING to accommodate them. Seriously, She has a reputation at state farm home office! We called state Farm and described the issues we were having and before mentioning her name or company, the State Farm Rep asked if it was Donna at DryForce?! I kid you not! They have issues with her multiple times a week!

Is THIS the kind of company you want to do business with?

So Here's the back story...

My Mother passed away a few months ago. A couple weeks after she passed, there was a leak that flooded part of the house. We called DryForce out and the tech came out that day. We called State Farm and they confirmed they would cover and pay DryForce directly...Which they have done. Here's where it gets tricky. Since my mother had passed away and Chase is the mortgage holder, the check had to be made out to both DryForce and Chase Mortgage. Since my mother passed away, she cannot authorize Chase to endorse it and thus, DryForce cannot cash the check. We are in Probate for the estate and cannot endorse the check.

Issue at hand is they have placed a lien on my mother's house. I understand DryForce needing to get paid. We have been in direct contact with them from the beginning even getting several different checks cut from State Farm to no avail. I had a conversation with Matt, Operations manager, prior to Christmas and he SEEMED to understand and wanted to work with us without causing undue work and fees to either of us. Our Attorney specifically told us NOT to pay for the work out of personal (non-estate) accounts. So our hands are tied.

I am appalled at the attitude and treatment from DryForce management. I can understand if we were trying to stiff them on the bill, but we are NOT! They have the check in hand. They just have to wait a few more weeks to cash it. I will NEVER do business with a company like this and I will certainly not refer them to anyone.

If you like to be treated poorly, harassed and not be respected as a customer, then by all means, do business with DryForce.

Future customers beware! There are so many more better options out there! This company is a JOKE! Trust me, you want to avoid the Matt and Donna show!

Dry Force was recommended to me at the suggestion of my plumber. Dry Force was prompt and within a couple of hours a tech came out and assessed the extent of water intrusion and set up the equipment to dry out the wall(after spraying a solution to mitigate any fungus if any). Pictures were taken, measurements recorded and insurance info noted down. It took 3 days to dry out before they could certify that the moisture had cleared. Afterwords cleanup performed and certificate by email was issued. A positive experience .

They did a great job. They were quick to respond and finish their work in a timely manner.
