I highly recommend Dry Force. They contacted me within an hour of receiving the referral from my plumber and their technician arrived within 3 hours (it would have been sooner but my schedule didn't permit that). Raphael, the technician, was very professional & courteous. Best of all he did an excellent job of minimizing the mess and inconvenience throughout the numerous days it took to clean up our plumbing mess.

I want to share a positive experience about Dry Force, Inc. I had a drain leak 2 days before Christmas 2016. After the plumber identified and fixed the leak, my walls had to be dried out and my lower cabinets removed. The technicians at Dry Force were excellent. They arrived on time, did their work quickly and cleaned up before they left. They called and scheduled times that were convenient for me and were always very professional. I would happily recommend them to anyone who has an urgent need for water restoration as I did. Thank you, Dry Force, Inc.!

Yesterday was my first experience with this company, and I was very impressed. Matt S. responded the same day called, and arrived when promised. He explained the problem as well as the solution. I definitely recommend this company.

Please be advised that Dry Force did in fact issue a refund check on February 4, 2013, in the full amount requested by the customer, and mailed the check to the customer on the same day.  This dispute, even according to the customer's own account and demand, should be determined by the Revdex.com as resolved.   Furthermore, ownership and management personally emailed Ms. [redacted] informing her of the refund check, and she did not respond.

Dry Force did a really good job remediating my house after the water heater failed. Their expertise in documenting the damage and communicating with the insurance company was great. I really appreciate the good job they did.

We had a sewer line crack . The professional and quick response that we received from this company was OUTSTANDING. Our representative was Mikey. He was so nice and understanding. He did a great job. He was very quick and thorough. He cleaned up the area very nicely too. I would highly recommend this company.

I do usually write reviews but I cant let this one go without letting everyone know that Dry Force is an amazing company! They were at my house within an hour of my plumber calling them.. and that was on a Sunday evening! Prompt service, reasonable prices and professional and friendly workers. I wish every company prided themselves on the customer service that Dry Force does. Wes, Jesse and German were the individuals I was fortunate to work with.

We recently moved into a new house and found water damage from a malfunctioning water heater. Dry Force came out same day and started the drying out process. They are so professional and keep yiu informed about every step that wIll take. Johnny was our local contact here in Payson after Matt assessed the problem. Johnny spent many hours working to get things ready so our new water heater could be installed as quickly as possible. After that he continued to work to get rid of all traces of mold and water damage. Would highly recommend Dry Force to anyone needing help in tge,Payson area.

After we noticed a stain on the ceiling in our kitchen, we soon learned a leak in an upstairs shower had developed. Our plumber suggested Dry Force and after I called they were at our house within the hour to start the cleanup and water removal. For three weeks our insurance, warranty company and home builder were all pointing fingers at one another assessing blame for the cause and trying not to cover the loss. Dry Force was the only company we dealt with that was willing to work with us to make sure we got our shower repaired. Instead of worrying about who was going to pay for what, they treated us like human beings knowing that we just wanted to get life back to normal. Thank you to the techs and the front office management for great customer service in the middle of a very stressful situation.

I have used Dry Force in the past and as recently as a week ago and this company has always provided excellent service. They take pride in the work they do and their staff has always been courteous and professional.

Hello [redacted],I was the one dealing with this customer.  He and I came to and understanding with a discount, and he paid his bill in full with us on 04/07/2016. His bill was a lesser amount than the original estimate we gave because the scope of work changed, he was a little confused by...

this.  Upon paying his bill, he let me know that he had made the complaint, but now that we were in agreement he would agree to resolve everything and dismiss the complaint. please let me know if there is anyhting else you need from us as this issue is resolved and should be closed.Thank you

A few weeks ago, I got a surprising call from a neighbor telling me that water was streaming out of my garage! Yikes!

After returning the water heater company removed my busted water heater, they noticed significant water damage to my home. Thankfully, they recommended Dry Force.

Soon after calling, the savior from Dry Force, Joey arrived.

Not only was he outstandingly professional and efficient, he helped me navigate the entire water restoration and home repair process with Dry Force, other vendors, and my insurance company! I even received a call from Northern California Director, John, who further assisted both myself and my insurance adjuster.

I can't say enough about how ethical and competent Joey was throughout the entire two-week saga that my water heater replacement became.

I had a water leak that went upstairs to downstairs. I called Dry force and had a great experience. Juan was great to work with. He answered all my questions and I felt the customer service was suberb. I would highly recommend them.

[redacted] from Dry Force did a fantastic job removing the black mold from our outdoor refrigerator. He showed up in a timely manner to quote the job and was able to do the job in the same visit. He was professional and removed the mold within the price quoted and in a timely manner. I had to leave the property before completion and he called to let me know he was finished.
