Our home sustained a 60,000 water leak from a hot water pipe bursting under the foundation. The damage was extensive: soil expansion and contraction caused cracking throughout the foundation causing ripple effects in cracked drywall and raised walls into the attic. Dry Force held our hand every step of the way: mapping out the project, working directly with geotech and structural engineers, pack-up personnel, and the multitude of attentive highly skilled contractors to tear out and rebuild our home. The result is a home stronger, more beautiful than ever. We feel very proud and extremely appreciative to Fry Force!

EXCELLENT SERVICE, ON TIME SHOWING AND TAKING CARE OF DRYING OUR CRAWL SPACE UNDER OUR HOUSE IN A TIMELY FASHION HELPED US MOVE BACK INTO OUR HOUSE. VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF WHETHER IN PERSON OR ON PHONE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES TO ALL MY FRIENDS. I WILL DEFINITELY GIVE THEM AN A+ RATING.

Review: I had a leak in my upstairs bathroom which showed up on top of my water heater in downstairs garage. I called a plumber who fixed the leak. He then asked me to do water restoration and referred me to DryForce.

DryForce came and looked at the issue and gave me an estimate. They estimated that they had to move the water heater, and remove the drywall behind the water heater and dry that area too. They said this will all be billed to my Home Owners Insurance and I need not worry.

I was about to go on a pre-planned vacation. DryForce offered to work while I was out. However, they needed a plumber and a contractor to do the water heater work. They referred me to a contractor they use but I could not meet him before I left on vacation.

While on vacation, I tried hard to get hold of DryForce and the contractor. While on a phone call, DryForce suddenly told me that there was no need to move the water heater and that "everything was taken care of".

After that I received an invoice that had the same estimate as the original invoice. Not only did they not receive any authorization from me for the change of work, they were using that invoice and asked me to pay for it.

My points are the following:

1. The work was drastically reduced. The original invoice has an area of 40 sq ft to spray anti-microbial on when the actual area isn't more than 9 sq ft. I have pictures and videos of proof.

2. No prior authorization was requested from me to change the work. Neither did I sign any revised estimate

3. DryForce billing is now bullying me as I am trying to work through this. One of their reps sent me an email threatening me that they will put a lien on my property.

4. DryForce was so unprofessional that they did not even return my garage opener remote until last Friday the 25th of March 2016.

5. Their estimates are also totally out of whack - here is what their estimates read

Hello [redacted],I was the one dealing with this customer. He and I came to and understanding with a discount, and he paid his bill in full with us on 04/07/2016. His bill was a lesser amount than the original estimate we gave because the scope of work changed, he was a little confused by this. Upon paying his bill, he let me know that he had made the complaint, but now that we were in agreement he would agree to resolve everything and dismiss the complaint. please let me know if there is anyhting else you need from us as this issue is resolved and should be closed.Thank you

Dry Force did an exceptional job in removing water from a space under my bungalow,type built home. It took them approximately 2 days to remove all of the water and spread the drying (anti-mold/bug growth agent) compound. The drying fans were also left in operation for approximately one week. During the drying period, the company checked on the progress of this activity on a daily basis. The consistently went into the crawl space to check as well as around the outside of the house. Fans were checked to ensure that they were operating properly. Steps were taken to protect carpeting by laying of plastic so that the employee would not drag mud into the area and damage old carpeting. The men conducting this work are friendly and professional.

Prompt, Professional....and Knowledgeable....that's how I would describe the 3 Dry Force employees we came in contact with following a mishap with our water softener equipment, which lead to some flooding between the garage and back bedroom. Definitely would use them again, if the need arose!

As expected, having water damage in your house can be very stressful. Every person I came in contact with at the company was very professional and made a this an easy process. They did a great job. If they were running late they would call and tell me why. They got my home back to normal very quickly and now you would never know I had water damage. Thank you for a great experience.

Review: Dry Force came to dry my kitchen after a flood. 4 days into the dryout, a de-hu unit malfunctioned, & caused damage to the living rm wood floor. DF accepted responsibility and paid for the replacement/installation of a new floor. I was told I was getting the same type and grade of wood I had. Installation was in July. The installation was awful. Several uneven sanding marks, chatter, swirls, gaps, tongue and groove imbalances, and the use of extremely dark, flawed wood that doesn't match. They also left behind a piece of the original floor. It completely does not match the new floor. An upright nail was also left sticking straight up. I called the sander directly. [redacted], from [redacted] in Huntington Bch came out. He said the floor was the best it could ever be and he could not improve it. He said I can cover some of the chatter marks by putting rugs and furniture over it. I then contacted [redacted], the main contractor in charge. He came and became extremely upset, rude, and did not want to make repairs.He yelled I was too picky & only noticed the flaws b/c I didn't have furniture on it.I still expressed dissatisfaction, so we agreed to have [redacted] come and resand and finish again. 2 days later, the floor was no better. [redacted] was very annoyed that I was not pleased. He offered to have [redacted] come AGAIN. I initially agreed, but then decided not to. [redacted] had his chance to rectify the situation, and he chose to buff it, while instead telling me it'd be sanded. I then found an installer I wanted to use.I contacted DF directly & [redacted] and [redacted] came. They agreed the floor was unacceptable. [redacted] wanted to meet the installer. We all met, but they insisted upon letting [redacted] fix it AGAIN. Once more I agreed, but have since declined. I do not want them the THIRD time. [redacted] was extremely rude, as well as dishonest. NO ONE has provided [redacted] contractors license # and the #'s of his sub contractors despite several requests.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Refund

I ask that Dry Force pay for the labor to replace the pieces of flawed wood & resanding/ finishing. Wood was left behind,& can be used. [redacted] had the 1st chance to fix it; and he didn't. Even though he wants to try again(only allowing me to replace no more than 10 pieces), I would like to use my installer. His price is $2342.00 to replace all pieces of flawed wood and sand/finish. DF has this invoice. I don't want the same unprofessional people that did a poor job t

The Company agrees with the Homeowner and has offered to settle with the Homeowner so she can obtain a new floor. The parties are in the process of memorializing in writing their settlement.

We had water damage from a leaking hot water heater - in the wall between the garage and the house. Of course this happened on a Sunday. Within 3 hours of notification Dry Force had a knowledgeable technician onsite setting up the tents, blowers, etc. for maximum drying. Someone from Dry Force stopped by every day to check the drying progress. Everyone we dealt with was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. We are very pleased with our experience with Dry Force.

We have used Dry Force, Inc. twice in the past 2 years and found the company to be extremely professional and knowledgeable.

Last week, we had an air conditioner leak in our attic that severely damaged our upstairs ceiling. Water damage, ceiling hole, dry wall missing, etc. We were astonished by the amount of damage.

Because of our previous experience with Dry Force with our water heater damage, we immediately called Dry Force. They were at our house within an hour, assessed the damage not only in the affected ceiling area but also throughout the house making sure that no further water damage was apparent, provided a dehumidifier, two air blowers and a carpet dryer.

[redacted] was our technician and he couldn't have done a better job with his assessment. His initial visit lasted approximately 2 hours. He even contacted our insurance company and started the claim process. Now that's customer service at its best!

[redacted] was the technician who came back after several days of drying out our ceiling and carpet and did the demolition on our ceiling so that the construction company, [redacted], could start the repairs.

I have nothing but praise and positive reviews for Dry Force. They are competent, informed, professional and helpful. The follow up calls and appointments were always arranged at our convenience. Every time I called and asked a question, Dry Force was never too busy to respond and answered with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Within a week, our ceiling was repaired and all is back to normal. I sincerely appreciate everything they did for us and would highly recommend using Dry Force as a first call out for any damage you may have.

A wonderful experience!

100% total satisfaction in all areas. They were responsive right away as I was able to get someone on the phone as soon as I called. Came to the home within the hour and assessed the situation and fans were going within 30 min of that. Techs were friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. Weren't trying to sell me something I didn't need or push me to do something just to do it. Actually saved me thousands as there top of the line equipment took care of my problem in a few days. Would recommend to anyone who wants the job done in a timely manner, professionally and done right. Will tell everyone I know and continue to use them for any situations like this in the future. Also have a construction company ,[redacted] that followed up with the completion of the job and they were the same. Company knows what it is doing and does it well. Fair prices and dependable. I had an AC leak in my garage and due to that, water leaked into the drywall and baseboards. The AC technicians recommended Dry Force. They responded within 90 minutes. Upon arrival they explained the insurance procedures and exactly what steps they would be taking to get the area dry. They set up the equipment, got it running within an hour. Chas and Joe were friendly and knowledgeable about what was required and explained everything to my wife and I. Very positive experience for us. Thanks Dry Force!

Being a homeowner has wonderful benefits and stressful ones as well. Water is a vital necessity but does cause severe damage

thru no fault of the homeowner. There is a Diamond in the Ruff! Dry Force not only responded quickly, they kept all appointments for the six days of drying out services on time. Unbelievable!!! All of the employees servicing my home were professional, courteous and patient with the many question I had explaining the process as they went. This company far surpassed my expectations from start to finish. I had water damage in my home that was under contract to be sold in 5 days. It had a leak from laundry room lines, leaking down into my kitchen onto drywall. They were called after I had plumber come out. They got there within the hour and addressed and treated and started the dry out process. I contacted my insurance which in turn denied my claim. I was devastated. The professionalism and calmness of [redacted] helping me through the process and multiple calls to my insurance company was truly beyond what he needed to do. He was knowledgeable and the voice of reason as I was freaking out being out of state 2800 miles away. I am so grateful for [redacted] as well he was the one to place the equiptment in my home for me and reassured me all would be taken care of. long story short I had to pay out of pocket and the were reasonable and showed true integrity and compassion during that very stressful time.
