This customer was on schedule for a delivery for TUESDAY March **She was never on schedule for a delivery on Monday March **She called on monday requesting an ETA of the dumpster, and we explained to her that the dumpster would be delivered on Tuesday morningShe was very rude and nasty to every persons he talked to at the office, as well as her fiance who called and was screaming at us, telling us all to shut upCustomer's card was charged the date the order was placed, which was March **Card was NOT charged on date customer is claimingCustomer has not been refunded in full as she cancelled hours within deliveryShe will be refunded minus the dry run fee, as explained to her and her fiance when they called on Monday

We were told the ton dumpster would be $for a weekTrying to get a hold of the company after the week was up proved to be very difficult since they never sent us the email with the link to sign the documents to get the dumpster picked upI had to look on my credit card statement to find their number (which is strange that I was charged even though I HAD NOT signed anything)When I spoke to Marie and asked what email address she had on file she repeated my email address back to me with an extra letter on the end, which seems to be common on other complaints)After finally getting the email I was so flustered that I just opened and clicked the sign button without reading the document which now was changed to say it was a ton fee of $Now we have received overage invoices which state the price per day you go over will be $and any tons you go over will be $per tonFunny how that number seems to change on every single complaint I've readOne complaint from April says they were charged $per day they went over and was quoted $for a tonOne from September says $per day after daysOne from June says $quote for ton with a $processing fee and $per ton you go overSo many inconsistencies, but the ONE consistent thing is how rude their customer service is and how they are scamming people into paying more than they were originally told

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: At no time during the conversations with Kevin J [redacted] was there any mention of a yard dumpster The order was for a yard dumpster from the beginning of the conversation and the company should stand behind what their sales representatives sell I talked with Kevin J [redacted] several times throughout the day on 11/ [redacted] and called later in the day to confirm what I ordered and what was going to be delivered for the price we agreed on If their sales representatives are not properly trained, they shouldn't be selling the products for the company I had an opportunity to get a yard dumpster from another company for the same price and since Kevin told me he could get me the dumpster for the $(+$processing), I went ahead and placed the order This company has told me that if I'm not happy with what I got then I can empty all the trash out of the dumpster and they will charge me another $for a dry run to come pick up the empty dumpster Now that's great customer service! Customer placed an order for a yard dumpster at the price of $431.60, for construction debriCustomer opened the documents we sent to her, on date of orderWe then received a phone call from our driver that the dumpster was loaded with concrete and dirtThe dumpster that was located at this site does not carry concrete and dirtWe were unaware of the concrete and dirt going into the dumpster, as if we were we would have dropped the proper dumpster at the locationAlso, our pricing we have is for tons includedIf we were to know it was concrete and dirt, we would not have included ton as that type of material can be extremely heavy, and weigh over tonsWe would have quoted the customer a flat rate price, not a per ton chargeCustomer was offered to have a dumpster dropped off that is meant for the proper materialsCustomer refused to pay anymore money

We will not settle for less than 50% of what is owed

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: This company is the worst company I've ever dealt with What they delivered and what I ordered were two different things At this point, it doesn't matter because they don't give a [redacted] about their customer service or the fact that their sales person lied to me about what he was selling me On top of all that, I signed the documents and returned them on December [redacted] and when I called to inquire why the dumpster had not been picked up, they told me that they were going to waive a $additional charge because I signed the documents late How kind of them It's all about the almighty dollar and what they can get by lying to their customers I called them on Wednesday, December [redacted] and was told that the dumpster would be picked up within hours As of Monday, December ***, the dumpster had STILL not been picked up and when I called the company who owns the dumpster on Monday morning, they told me they had not been contacted by Dumpster Rentals, Incto pick the dumpster up The company who owns the dumpster was going to call Dumpster Rentals to schedule the pick up Again, [redacted] Customer Service on their part This issue will never be resolved because this company only cares about what they can cheat their customers out of to get more money from them I would never recommend anyone use them for dumpster service unless you want to be overcharged and frustrated in your dealings with them In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question aboveSincerely, [redacted] ***

This customer placed an order on Feb **, for a yard dumpster to be delivered to his address on March *, Customer was sent our invoice, and terms and conditions of which he openedThese documents do state that there is days included in the rental and anything over that would be an additional charge of $per dayThe exception was, if he was to get dump and returns he could have the dumpster for days as every time he got a dump and return the rental period starts overCustomer used this dumpster, and it has been removed from his propertyWe have a weight ticket of proof that there was trash in this dumpster

Customer called on Friday 10/ [redacted] to have dumpster deliveredWe do not do same day deliveries, and are closed for the weekendsCustomer was advised that the dumpster would be able to be delivered the next business day with was Monday 10/**Customer called morning of 10/ [redacted] looking for a time of arrival of the dumpster, and was told it was en routeCustomer then stated they no longer wanted the dumpster and cancelled the orderPer the terms and conditions the customer signed, there is a $cancellation fee

I have spoken with this customer today in regards to this issueThe $credit has been issued, however, it does take - business days to appear back in her accountShe has disputed the charges for the dumpster rentalI explained to her that she will need to un-dispute them or send us updated payment information as she now has our services and has not paid for themShe advised me she will un-dispute them as we have issued her credit to her card
