I called about a dumpster rental on 6/*The man on the phone appeared helpful when he offered a dumpster for $flat feeI asked about weight charges and he told me the total was $and not to worry about weight, everything was includedI agreed and gave him my credit card numberA few minute later he called me back and said he was unaware of the drop fee of $but would drop it to $ I agreed and he told me the total was $He told me he was sending a contract, to read and an e-sign it and they would get me on the scheduleAt no time did he say anything about cancellation fees, etc Only to sign the contract to get started They immediately charged my card I NEVER signed the contract A few hours later I called to cancel and only got an answering service I was told to call back in the morning I also emailed them to tell them to put it on hold as we were still working things out with our projectFirst thing in the morning I called and asked to cancel the orderThe first person to answer was a male who demanded to know why I wanted to cancel I told him we did not need it and he hung up on me! I called back and a female answeredShe was extremely rude, raised her voice and told me that I was being charged $cancellation feeI told her I did not sign a contractShe rudely replied that I did not have to sign it and the fee was clearly stated in the contractThey charged my card before sending me the contract and never said anything about a cancellation fee at the time of the order I would never have agreed to that and would never have given my credit card numberOur conversation went back and forth about my not being told about this and she refused to refund my moneyAdditionally they added at $processing fee that was not agreed to and added $per ton overage on the invoice after I was told that weight did not matterLuckily I cancelled before a dumpster was droppedI asked to speak to a supervisor since she would not help me and she replied "I am the customer service manager." She said we obviously we not going to be able to resolve this so we needed to end the callI told her I would take it up with my credit card companyShe said that was fine and they deal with peoples credit card companies all the time I'm Not Surprised About That At All! I have never, ever dealt with a worse companyThey are criminal Customer service is disgraceful
