hello [redacted] , you ordered on 10/ [redacted] we called you twice to sign the invoice and terms conds and called you another 2xs after you received the dumpster You even opened the email on the same date 10/ [redacted] at 1:pm and in our email it clearly states in blue and red colors that BY SIGNING ABOVE YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL TERMS AND PRICINGREMEMBER, WE DON’T AUTOMATICALLY PICK UP YOUR DUMPSTER, YOU MUST CALL OR EMAIL US FOR ANY AND ALL ACTIVITY

The order was placed on that date, the dumpster was received on that date. I was sent the invoice and terms and conditions which I opened and signed on 3/*/2016, a couple days after the dumpster was delivered. When I read the terms and conditions that's when I called the company and tried to rectify the situation. They again told me that the 7 days was applicable that if I had it emptied the 7 days would start over. The exception that the business is referring to is the one I understood the first time I called, when I called the second time the exception was not listed on the terms and conditions. This is what I wanted and they wouldn't oblige. As far as the dumpster goes, it was not removed from our property until this morning at 08:33. I will add the picture of the dumpster still sitting on my property. If they have the weight ticket with the date of yesterday I would love to see it. Yes, it is true that the dumpster was used as the second it arrived we threw trash in the dumpster. I will pay for the use of it. Sincerely, [redacted]

I rented a dumpster on Monday, to be delivered on Tuesday they told me it would be there between and a.mthey never delivered it until Wednesday at 3:They charge my credit cardThen before they would pick it up the dumpster they email me paperwork that I had a sign stating what could and couldn't go in the dumpsterThat was on the [redacted] of MarchIt is now the [redacted] of April and they still haven't picked up the dumpster and don't know when they'll be able toI asked to talk to the owner of the company they said the boss is never there and they wouldn't let me talk to him

This customer called this morning, and we advised her that she will be refunded right awayCustomer was refunded at 11:am, BEFORE she even made this complaintShe actually called with her bank on the phone, and was refunded and satisfied with the refund when she was speaking with the bank on the phone to my accounting department

Customer called and placed an order with our sales rep, Kevin, on November [redacted] for a dumpster to be delivered on Novembe [redacted] **, to [redacted] Customer placed an order for a yard dumpster for $457.60, which included tons of waste and rental daysAnything over the tons, she would be responsible for paying $per ton over, and anything over the days, she would be responsible for paying $per day overThis was all explained in detail on the invoice, terms and conditions that was sent to her email address when she placed her orderI do see we did have an incorrect email on file, but then obtained the correct one, and customer opened the documents on November [redacted] (delivery receipt received)Customer called yesterday, November **, and stated she wanted a refund as she did not get the size dumpster she paid forCustomer claims she ordered a yard dumpsterThe price she paid is not a price for our yard dumpstersI offered to refund customer the difference between the and yard dumpster, as well as include an extra ton of weight in her wasteCustomer refused, and said she would call me back with an answer

This company is absolutely horrible I called on a Monday to have a dumpster delivered They told me one would be delivered Tuesday morning They called back about an hour later saying their truck broke down and it couldn't be delivered until Wednesday morning but they would give us $off the price I said it was okayWe were cleaning out my mother's house who just passed away and had people there Wednesday to help with the removal of things We called in the morning to find out exactly what time they would be there, the lady said they can't give us a time but that it would be in the afternoon We explained that they told us morning and she said they can't give a time only that it woukd be in the afternoon now So we waited....I called again at 2:only to be transferred to "dispatch" who didn't answer and voice-mail box was full so I could not leave a message I called right back and the lady told me the truck would be there in the afternoon I reminded her of the time and her response was that if it wasn't there yet it should be there soon because it was getting late I called back at to ask what is the latest they'd deliver and no one would answer The dumpster never came I called the bank and the money was pending in my account to be taken out I called at 8am Thursday to cancel the dumpster The lady told me she would take care of it Then hours later I receive a call saying someone is about to drop off a dumpster I told them I cancelled in the morning It was a broker dumpster company is what I was told I called back Dumpster Rental inc and told them someone was trying to deliver a dumpster when I had already cancelled She told me that's fine I can cancel but that I would be charged a cancelation fee I explained that they have screwed up this entire process for me and that I shouldn't be charged She said that I opened and signed a document stating I would be charged if I cancelled I told her I never opened or signed anything She then told me that I did open it and so therfore have been informed of their policy I actually did try and open the eSign thing they sent me but it never opened...I never read or signed anything I told her I'd call my bank to stop payment and she said "I'm hanging up now go ahead and do what you need to do but I'm charging you the fee! " and then she hung up on me I'm hoping I will be refunded from the bank the full amount, if not they are charging me for nothing but mistakes on their part This is the worst company ever and the customer service is horrific Don't ever do business with them I am sure the only way they make money is by charging people cancellation fees
