Regards,

We are very sorry you had this experience. Please note, we DO NOT USE WORDS LIKE " Calling to update" or " Just Going Over" ..We like to be very clear, so we say, WE ARE CALLING FROM ONLINE SERVICES WITH REGARDS TO A NEW ONLINE LISTING" Then yes we do read off your address, and ask if you
would like to include a website or email with your ad. Then we explain that we have every thing we need to run a ad for you this year. Then we go ahead and run your adAnd extend you day billing. We trust you, and your word that you will honor your agreement to pay the billIf you contacted us right awayA prorated bill for the first month should of offered. You did indicate you hang up on customer service repsThat will not resolve your matter. I would like to at this point offer you to close your account with a one time settlement for that first month. $dollars is the fee per monthWe bill in blocks of months at a time. Let me know if this works for youUnfortunately your account is past due and in collectionsSo let us know and I will stop all the collection process that has already begun

I am really sorry to hear we cant seem to find commen ground. Please understand, there are several companies they offer simalur styles of service. We know offices are getting alot of calls. And I am sure you told many of these other companies NO TALK TO THE DOCTOR. When we called, you did not, and agreed to our offer. And we have provided the service. I spoke to marketing. And we will close your account. We consider this matter closed

Regards,
The person that they spoke with does not work for the company so they had no authority to enter into a binding contract of any formThey are contracted with us, but not an employee therefore the advertising contract is voidWe want all charges and ads deleted and account closedNo other settlement will be accepted

We understand you are not clear on what has transpired. You state you did not understand the reason for the call. We want to be extremely clear about who we are, and what we are offering It is for this reason, that from the onset of our sales call we ask for a office
manager. Your employee offered to see if she could help us. The next line in our sales script, is "THIS IS ______________ CALLING FROM ONLINE SERVICES WITH REGARDS TO A NEW ONLINE LISTING". You never had a account with us, and we would like to sign you upSo we make sure to use NEW LISTING so as not to be confused. We go over your address as that is how the ad will run, we ask if there is anything else you would like to include such as your website we explain that we have all we need to run a ad for you you this year and a invoice of the services at 399,for months will be going out We then conclude by thanking you for your order. I listened to the tape the call is clearAnd we received a good acceptanceYou really have to train your staff, to know NOT TO ACCEPT ORDERS FROM SALES PEOPLE.If you do not want our serviceSome of the ownership must fall on you and your officeWe were very clearAnd are in no way effected by your claims. In providing good customer service, I see we have only been advertising you for just one monthEven thou we sold and received a approval for months at 399,99. I am offering to close your account if you pay for the first month of service we have already provided. Do note we have a solid sale at 399,and we do if not paied hand all past due accounts with collections

Until we receive a "SIGNED CONTRACT" we refuse any response from this company Unwanted phone harassment and bullying are unacceptable business practices Our attorney has been contacted, and if needed the police will be contacted, if this company does not stop harassing our business for fraudulent services it says it has provided This Marcus *** is nothing short of a liar and a con-man to attempt to operate a business is such a way Until he is able to provide a signed contract from an authorized signer of our business we refuse to discuss this matter any further.

When we make sales calls we are very careful to make sure we are speaking to a office manager. Normally they know who is allowed to make purchases. We let the business know we are calling with regards to a new online listing. And proceed to go over some of the business information. Typically the...

name address, phone and fax. Then we ask if they would like to add anything else. And let them know we have everything we need to run an ad for this year and the fee of 399 will go out via a invoice. Can we put that invoice to your attention. And then finish off by thank them for the order. No deceit. I listened to the tape and the call is good, every thing was explained perfectly. This customer has already been advertised for 3 months. The bill is for 6 months. I am happy to prorate this bill and settle for the time advertised thus far.

That is a total lie. We do not deleate parts of calls. We were not told to speak the the dr. If we were we would of not processed the sale. I am happy to prorate this account for the 2 months we have already been advertising. 132.00   for the 2 months. And that will...

close this account. Otherwise we do have a solid sale in the ammont of 399.99.

When we make sales calls. We do go over the fact that it is a fee of 399.99 and we will be sending a invoice in that ammount. If your office tells us that is ok, then we proceed and process your order. And bill you in the ammount sold. If your office wrongfully accpeted our services I...

am happy to assist you and prorate your bill for the time advertised to date. And close your account. But this is why you are getting yout invoice from us.  As your office told us to go ahead and run the ad and the fee of 399.99

When we calll and offer our services, we do state, that we are calling with regards to a NEW ONLINE LISTING AND WE ARE ONLINE SERVICES. We go over the ingformation we already have. And ask if they would like to include anything else such as a email, or website. We then explaint that we...

have every thing we need to run a ad. and will be sending a invoice for the ad in the ammount of 399.99.   Its all very clear. And we then process the ad, and send a invoice. If the customer would like to discontinue the service that is fine. However time adready advertised would have to be paid. As we have already advertised for 3 months. Half the bill is owed. I would be happy to prorate and accept settlment in that ammount.

When we call, we ask carefully for a office manager. That is who we spoke too. If your staff are giving the phone to random people, that is also something you should look in to on your end. If persons in your establishment are picking up the phone, your business phone. And accepting orders from sales calls, you are going to have many many issues. How do you think that is our fault.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me as long as all charges are canceled and our phone number is removed from your data base. Thank you very much for your help.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.Since no one from my office had any conversation with the merchant, the nonexistence of such sales call would automatically null and void the billing to my office regarding such claim.
Regards,

We are very clear about our service. We ask for a office manager, and let them know that we ar calling for a NEW ONLINE LISTING. We go over what we have, and explaing the we do have every thing we need to run a ad, and the fee is 399.99 and that we will send it out via a...

invoice.  This customer was explained everything. And agreed to the fee's.  However I see that this account has ready been deleated.  So this matter is closed.

We understand you must feel very fustrated. Please note we are not a scam, we do make sure we cover all basis for a good solid sale. If your office accpeted and agreed to let us advertise and accpeted the fee understanding the 399.99 is for 6 motnths of services. Then it is a good sale, and not in any way a scam. We do know ther are alot of scams out there and do make sure we are very clear. It would be best if you educated your staff to not accept sales calls to avoid accepting things you as the owner do not want.  I see we have only been advertising you for a few months, 132 is the total to date. I am happy to prorate at this ammount.

Regards,

We do not have an office manager and the people answering phones are capable of dealing with our patients, not business decisions. You do NOT carefully ask for an office manager, I am well aware of that. How we conduct business is none of your concern. Please clear this account immediately.

When we make these telemarketing calls. We do ask right away for a OFFICE MANAGER. And we inform the person who takes the call, that we are calling with regards to a NEW ONLINE LISTING. And inform them, of the fee's, and that we will be sending a invoce in their name. Your office agreed to the service. We do our very best to make each and every customer is happy. Problems arise when persons not listen to our sales person. Or agree to our service when they are not clear as to what we are offering. When this does happen, who is to blame. And when do we incure the loss. Or not. And proceed to enforce payment. I listened to the call. We did ask very clearly for a office manager. However none was available. [redacted] offered to take the call, and asked if she could help. Our sales person proceeded to offer our service, state the fee's, and finished by telling [redacted] "Thank you for the order".So our service was sold clearly, and prices were quoted, and agreed to. However in wanting to mantain good customer relations. I will deleate this account. I reccomend educating your staff. Other companies might not be so forgiving in the future.
